I had high hopes for my recent visit to Wing, but I was sorely disappointed. The dishes lacked the vibrant flavors I anticipated. Each course felt muted and uninspired, with ingredients that didn’t come together cohesively. My main dishes were par
We liked VEA and decided to try Wing too. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed. All dishes were beautifully presented. Sadly the flavors were below par. - 3 out of the 4 appetizers, I.e. eggplant, razor clams and abalone, were rather tasteless
Amazing Gastro Experience
Once again a superlative meal well executed and planned out. Food was amazing and the crispy chicken and Alaskan crab Cheung fan was to die for. Great wines recommended by their Sommerlier and the service by William and Swiss were impeccable.

Underwhelming Dining Experience Despite Excellent Service
Our experience at Wing was, unfortunately, disappointing, especially given it's inclusion on the World’s Top 50 list. While the restaurant aims to deliver a creative and contemporary take on Chinese/Cantonese cuisine, the execution fell flat f

Perfect experience!
The whole lunch was perfectly curated with superb culinary skills and unpretentious hospitality. Will return for sure. The pictures don't do justice to the team. Thanks for taking good care of me, Keith, Chef Vicky and team. Awesome work!
Very good food (but not the best)
We went to this restaurant because it made the list of one of the best restaurants in Hong Kong. Overall, the service is superb, and the food is quite good. But the food, while very good is not great (not among the top ten restaurants in HK, in our o

I work nearby and have been meaning to try this place for sometime. The place looks like it's been around since the 70's or earlier. I came by around 2pm on MLK day so there wasn't anyone inside beside the host. The place could use an interior upd

Fantastic in all aspects! Food was really good and service staff were very attentive. They keep track of your likes and dislikes. When you pay them a second visit, they’ll craft a menu from what they know your palate is. Takes a lot of work to be
Wings review Want to start the review by apologizing.
I came to eat here and the service met all service needs, I even was given my hot tea for free. I left a note to express my dissatisfaction with my server's behavior before leaving which was out of line for me to do and immaturely handled. Service do
I came here for lunch with my uncle and aunt.
It's a small place and only one or two parallel parking places on J Street so we had to park in front of a home on a nearby street. The food was good with generous portions. We were the only customers and the waiter was attentive and our food came ou

This is my favorite Chinese food restaurant. I always order to go and parking can always be found.
Superb! Delicious!
Wonderful tasty food, served beautifully and artistically. The staff were all so helpful and we enjoyed hearing about all the courses, the background to the ingredients and the reasons the ingredients were chosen. We had the seasonal tasting menu. Th

I love Wings! The food is wonderful and the service is great. I have to write some more characters,...okay, whew. I'm done.
Food was okay for what I ordered shrimp with veggies.
But the rice plate version was very small. They filled the bigger side of the styrofoam box with so much rice and then just put the food on the left side with the smaller sections. With DoorDash costs this dish was $20 ($14 on its own) but I was sti

I have been a bit hesitant to try Wing's based on some of the reviews but I'm here to say I LOVED MY DINNER! I'm not a vegetarian but got veggie chow fun and salt and pepper tofu. Let me say, these were some of the tastiest dishes I've had from a Chi
Connect with users posting reservations for WING Restaurant
AppointmentTrader is a community-driven platform where users can exchange their reservations or leverage their personal relationships with WING Restaurant. Buyers can make informed decisions using automated seller ratings, which reflect past transactions and reliability.
Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience
the user has and how many percent of their transactions resulted in them issuing a refund.
If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to WING Restaurant at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the WING Restaurant page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FatherlyCountry16, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* FatherlyCountry16 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FatherlyCountry16 for any questions Peter may have as FatherlyCountry16 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FatherlyCountry16 now uses their connections at WING Restaurant to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FatherlyCountry16 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FatherlyCountry16 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FatherlyCountry16's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at WING Restaurant!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
