Great service from Mohammed
Me and my husband came for dinner for the first time as we were staying at the hotel for a little getaway and were served by Mohammed. Not only did he help us with our menu choices given we had specific dietary requirements, he was extremely pleasant and lovely mannered. He made our dining experience that even more special. He did everything with a smile and no question was a silly question. He truly is an asset to the team. Thank you Mohammed for making our reservation even more special!
DO NOT DO THE BRUNCH PLEASE!
DO NOT GO TO NOBU BRUNCH! I mean it!! I went about 4 months ago with a client and it was excellent! The buffet was packed full of treats from The mini tacos! The crispy salmon bar! Plenty of Nigiri! A delectable mini cheesecake! And a complimentary Miso soup for £80! Not cheap but absolutely worth it! I then booked 2/3 in advance for my anniversary and imagine my shock when not only has the price gone up £10 but everything I mentioned above is GONE! No tacos! No nigiri! No miso soup! No crispy salmon! There’s a selection of sushi and sashimi which was fine but you might aswell go to eat Tokyo for £27 and have no illusions the sushi is just as good! I was so embarrassed to take my partner there for our special day after I hyped it up so much. The only reason I gave this two stars was the service! It was good I won’t lie but I want to be clear! DO NOT DO THE BRUNCH! It’s a disgusting scam and Nobu should be ashamed! If it’s too expensive to do the brunch to a decent standard get rid of it, reduce the time we get or increase the price and keep the quality! What happened to London! This type of crap is becoming too frequent!
Fantastic brunch, wonderful service
Really excellent brunch. Amazing quality food. Melt in your mouth Japanese food. I was a bit skeptical about the buffet starter approach, but was blown away with the choice and quality. Thanks Carina for the lovely service
Best Brunch experience ever!
My husband and I travelled to London and made it a point to have the brunch a Nobu Shoredich and had a wonderful experience. The selection and quality of sushi, the bottomless Prosecco and Elderflower coolers and even the service (by Yuliana) was first class. Even the deserts were delicious! 😋 We highly recommend it. £130 p/person

The best thing about this experience was our waitress, Yuliana P. It was our first time attending and she recommended our entire dinner. She definitely made our experience, I would book again and request Yuliana P to be our waitress! Her understanding of the menu was phenomenal, she asked us a couple of questions then took control of our order and everything she recommended was outstanding.

A disappointing experience....
We were overall, very disappointed. Poor service....we had to remind them about drinks, food orders etc. When you're paying over £1000 for dinner I think a much better experience should be expected. Not somewhere we would EVER recommend. We have had far better experiences in some wonderful London restaurants for a fraction of the cost!!
Jamal was excellent.
Food was okay and the sushi selection was great. Unfortunately I was not very well so could not make the most of it. Service was great. Jamal looked after our table excellently. He was attentive and friendly, clearing the table of plates elegantly. Credit to the restaurant.

I visited Nobu Restaurant for my birthday and I had the best experience. Our server Jamal was excellent. He was very attentive and friendly. I was also provided a space in which I could pray which was amazing.

The food was amazing and there were different variation of sushi which was excellent quality. We had a great service provided by Jamal who was really accommodating and friendly. He kindly assisted us all throughout our brunch. Thank you Jamal! Highly recommended to people to go and eat!
The worst customer service you'll ever get at a 5 star
The worst customer service you'll ever get at a 5 star hotel. If you can book elsewhere I highly suggest doing so. They are rude to white people and they blatantly disregard your order request in the restaurant/tell you what to order. Only good thing about this hotel is the spa.
Fab dinner and great experience!
Went for drinks with friends, amazing bar and atmosphere, nice vibes and tasty cocktails. After we decided to have some food and the gentleman at the desk kindly found us a table. Blown away with the dishes, Yellowtail just perfect, shrimp tempura with sauces a must, delicious bento dessert ! Staff was really helpful and attentive. special thanks to Vincent for the dishes he recommended, spot on!
Amazing 24th December dining
Me and my boyfriend we’re super happy for our experience in nobu on the 24th December dinner. The place was absolutely amazing we asked to be seated at the bar for couple drinks before our meal and the manager who collected our jackets (Stephan) at the reception he was super kind to bring us to the bar. The cocktails were really nice made by smile and happy guy Andrii. Once we been seated in the restaurant our waiter Jamal Russel guided us for the choice of the dishes , he was very attentive and helpful with the menu. I’m really happy for everything I felt at home all the staff were absolutely polite and kind and all of them made our night very special. Thank you so much Nobu we’ll definitely come back again, and again , and again. ;)
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
I was absolutely stunned by the beauty of the place itself. I went there with my fiancee and a couple of friends, we were looking for a nice place to enjoy a couple of tasty drinks and we actually found it!! The drinks were fabulous, service is 5 star, our lovely waitresses Yhuliana and Patricia guided us through the drink menu and they didn't disappoint us. We also had some small bites and they were delicious, we will definitely be back for the brunch as the team said it's so worth to try!! Thanks for having us guys.

Beautiful food, amazing staff who upgraded our room and sent champagne and cake for my husbands birthday! They really made an effort. The decor and amenities in the hotel are amazing! Will definitely return!
Wonderful dinner, amazing service
We had a very pleasant experience at Nami restaurant tonight. Everything from food to service was at the highest standard. Vincent was very helpful and attentive, made our evening very enjoyable. Compliments to the Shef as well, food was just delicious. Overal stay at Nobu was amazing, thank you!

2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* PerceptiveWash44, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* PerceptiveWash44 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to PerceptiveWash44 for any questions Peter may have as PerceptiveWash44 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* PerceptiveWash44 now uses their connections at Nobu Restaurant London Shoreditch to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If PerceptiveWash44 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, PerceptiveWash44 receives the $200 reward which is credited to PerceptiveWash44's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Nobu Restaurant London Shoreditch!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
