The honest answers.

What's the cost?

Nothing upfront. Members are paid out of the bid spread on each fill — the guest pays the reward, AT keeps a flat fee, and the rest goes to the member who handled it. Your service charge stays yours. There's no per-seat license, no monthly minimum, and no setup fee.

Will my brand show up anywhere?

No. The point of the program is the opposite. We don't list partner names, we don't co-brand, and we never speak to your guest. The booking transfers in the guest's name — the venue sees them, not us. Most properties prefer it this way.

How do my concierges actually use it?

One private inbox per property. Your team forwards the ask — email, WhatsApp, or a simple web form — and we route it to the right members. They get progress in the same thread, can chat with the picking-up member directly, and confirm the booking back to the guest in their voice. No portal to learn, no software to install.

Who are the “members” actually filling these?

A vetted, rated pool of AppointmentTrader users with track records measured in thousands of fills. They're hosts, ex-restaurant managers, retail clienteling teams, sports-and-entertainment fixers — people who hold the relationships an in-house concierge can't build at scale. Every member's reputation is public on AT and visible to the partner team on every assignment.

What if a fill falls through?

Same-day refund to the guest, automatic, no paperwork. AT holds payment in escrow until the booking is confirmed in the guest's name, so there's no scenario where they're charged for a reservation they didn't actually receive.

How do I get in?

By introduction. Email partners@appointmenttrader.com from a property address — ideally with one current member who can vouch — and our partnerships lead will reach out. Onboarding takes a day; the inbox goes live the next.
