Fantastic experience
We couldnโt wait to dine at Maaemo when we were in Oslo, and it really didnโt disappoint. From start to finish this was a wonderfully choreographed gastronomic experience. We particularly liked discussing the dishes with the chefs, who all told u

A Great Date in Oslo
What a wonderful experience. From start to finish, the staff was kind, friendly, and attentive (we even got to go in the wine cellar when one of our waiters noticed us watching her select multiple bottles). This is our first experience at a Michelin
Beautiful and flavourful
The food was exquisite, and the evening was a beautiful experience. Even the chairs were comfortable. The only thing that disappointed us was that the head chef didnโt drop by to say Hello.
One of the best meals i've ever had.
The most amazing experience I've ever had in a meal. The service was perfect and everything we ate was terrific. A great way to taste Norwegian food with a modern approach.
Excellent 3 stars in Oslo!
On our recent trip to Oslo, our party of 9 made a reservation to this lovely 3 star Michelin restaurant and we loved the food! Every dish was wonderfully presented! The taste was exquisite. We have been to other michelin restaurants and this place de
Food was average to bad-fishy oyster, salty crab, bad glass
Food was average to bad-fishy oyster, salty crab, bad glass of Merlot (but nice Burgundy). Service nice but slow between one dish (about 30 mins). One person in party asked for no mushrooms but were brought them 2 times. What was over the top was
DONโT GO
Worst 3 Star everโฆoverpriced ($500 per person to start). Food waaaaaaaay below 3 star quality. Small bites were good, their oyster dish was very fishy, crab too salty, we asked for no mushrooms (and they said yes but had to remind-several times),
Bucket List Worthy!
This was our all time best dining experience. Cannot think of enough superlatives to describe it all. And the staff was friendly, welcoming and not at all pretentious. Thank you for making our experience to joyful and memorable!
Wow.
Fantastic flavours all the way. Hosted by friendly staff in comfort. Simply a Wow experience.
Earns its accolades
As the only Michelin 3* Restautant in Norway Maaemo carries a banner, "Mother Earth" in Finnish Chef Esben Holmboe Bang serves a menu focused on organic, biodynamic, and raw local ingredients with the end-goal being zero waste but no restri
Amazing !
Absolutely fantastic! Amazing experience! The service was superb and the food beyond. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Oslo or live here. You canโt miss this!
An extraordinary experience that is highly recommended
The only trouble with this establishment was finding the entrance, something that took a walk around the block, as we missed it at first glance. It is discretely located on the corner of a block, with an unassuming wooden door, where the only clue
Connect with users posting reservations for Maaemo Oslo
AppointmentTrader is a community-driven platform where users can exchange their reservations or leverage their personal relationships with Maaemo Oslo. Buyers can make informed decisions using automated seller ratings, which reflect past transactions and reliability.
Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience
the user has and how many percent of their transactions resulted in them issuing a refund.
If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Maaemo Oslo at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Maaemo Oslo page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FluffyStar64, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FluffyStar64 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FluffyStar64 for any questions Peter may have as FluffyStar64 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FluffyStar64 now uses their connections at Maaemo Oslo to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FluffyStar64 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FluffyStar64 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FluffyStar64's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Maaemo Oslo!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
