Wednesday night experience only, when the main chef has the night off. Apps were on point. The meat and fish dishes were great, as expected. However, the pasta entrees were crap: small portions, overly cheesy, no garnish, poor presentation. Thos

Coming from an Italian food hotspot I'm always curious how Italian is other places. I stopped in for dinner on a business trip and was seated at the bar as it was a busy Sunday night. The bartender was attentive and helpful! I ordered the Sunday
Food was delicious but shockingly small portion.
We got the hanger steak entree and it was a 6oz piece. For comparison, the night before we went to Cork and Cap and had a 14oz New York Strip for the same price. Go here if you want to leave hungry.

Caroline was awesome!! The food and the service was so amazing. It definitely made our anniversary special. I would recommend the tiramisu. It made me shed a tear.
Delicious meal!
So glad we booked a reservation a few weeks before our visit to Lancaster- it was a great meal! The noise level was higher than I prefer, but the food, wine and service were all great, and it clearly has a loyal following and a well-deserved great r

Another fabulous meal here, and the food and service are top-notch. Always a go-to place when we're visiting Lancaster and looking for a special, delicious meal!
Menu needs more selection!!
Nice atmosphere but server wasn't very friendly. That's such a turn off when you're happy to go out for the evening! My party struggled to choose a meal - choices were so few and most specials were "sold out" by 7:30. Food
Super good pizza.
Not crazy ambiance but fairly easy to be seated (bar usually available for two).

After hearing a few people rave about this place, my husband and I decided to come here for date night. We made reservations as we figured it would be busy on a Sunday night. We were greeted by the friendly hostess and that's where the night wen

Managed to snag an outside table on a lovely evening.
Food was exquisite. Service was warm and attentive. The spring pea appetizer was incredibly delicious. 2 different pasta dishes were both top notch. Lovely tiramisu for dessert. We left very happy indeed.

NO PIZZA!!!!!!! Cool place inside but coming from DC, Philly or any other populated area this restaurant wouldn't exist. This is fancy dining for the people of Lancaster. 7 dishes other than small plates (3) on the menu. I didn't travel 2
Great Italian Food
This was my second visit to Luca and once again it was first class. Our server was Olivia who was super helpful and service was prompt and efficient. Our drink orders were taken and brought to us within a few minutes. I had the gnocchi which was to
Excellent Service, Delicious Food, Living Wages
We had an excellent meal at Luca's. I need to single out the service and our server, Carolyn, as particularly impressive. We had dinner on a Friday evening, and every seat was taken--the place was bustling. Even so, the service was quick &
Best time yet
Have eaten here enough times over the last seven years when visiting Lancaster that I didnβt bother to read the TA reviews before going back last night and was very glad that some recent negative reviews didnβt make me change my plans. Those revi
Underwhelmed by the service
My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary. There were 4 in our party and unfortunately our food was not served together. Their dessert even came out 15 minutes before ours did. Furthermore, when I made the reservation, I mentioned that we
Fantastic Dinner at Luca
Fantastic food and drinks! Great service. Every dish we had was excellent as were our cocktails and nonalcoholic spritzer. Loved the martini with alive oil gin! The butterscotch budino was out of this world!
A Foodie Surprise
I would not put this place in the category of being Italian, except if you were dining in Italy where everything is a la cart. And everything is, so no bread or salad with your main course, or any other course for that matter. The mains are very limi
Sit at the bar!
We sat at the bar and Iβm so glad we did! It was fun and Ty, our bartender was the absolute best. We will definitely return for the food, drinks and Ty!
Luca is a neighborhood gem!
Luca was a great find. My wife and I both ordered meatballs which are available on Sunday only and they sold out after we ordered ours. The dessert was a mousse and was delicious. The Barbera d'Alba wine I selected was particularly good. Park
Connect with users posting reservations for LUCA Lancaster
AppointmentTrader is a community-driven platform where users can exchange their reservations or leverage their personal relationships with LUCA Lancaster. Buyers can make informed decisions using automated seller ratings, which reflect past transactions and reliability.
Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience
the user has and how many percent of their transactions resulted in them issuing a refund.
If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to LUCA Lancaster at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the LUCA Lancaster page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FluffyStar64, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* FluffyStar64 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FluffyStar64 for any questions Peter may have as FluffyStar64 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FluffyStar64 now uses their connections at LUCA Lancaster to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FluffyStar64 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FluffyStar64 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FluffyStar64's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at LUCA Lancaster!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
