Ciao Papi Brisbane City Reviews
Expensive and Overrated
This restaurant has an identity issue. It thinks it is five star with the whole needing to give your credit card numbers unpon booking, so if you dont show up, they take $25.00 off you for each person you booked for. I have never had to do this anyw

Worst costumer expirience ever
Worst costumer service ever. Wanted to find if there was an option for a white sauce pasta for the kids and was told that I could look it up in the website, which I had done and there was jo option there. That was the reason why I went directly there
Fantastic
Amazing dinner, everything just right. Each dish served was very well presented and a real delight to consume. Service was very good, attentive, prompt and not over bearing. Will return.
A big disappointment
Took an overseas friend to Ciao Papi in September and had a great night, so decided to come back for a special occasion couples dinner. ... Bad move. Reception desk unattended on arrival as hopeful diners backed up in a line. The girl who was suppo
Lovely spot
Lovely spot for lunch looking over the Brisbane river - had a great aperol spritz and pasta. We didnโt fancy the brewery menu and if you just walk slightly further on you come across this beauty. Would recommend! :)
Not great for steak
We both had the sirloin steak, medium to well done. Throughout our year in Australia weโve eaten alot of steaks and unfortunately this was the poorestโฆ.but with a great bridge and the skyline view!! No sauce options, even garlic butter ( which is
Small portions and very overpriced for average food
Family of 4 for dinner. We ordered the banquet and paid the extra $8 p/h for steak. Great location. Food very average and portions very small. We all left feeling hungry. Definitely not worth what we paid. Service was very slow all evening and
Food good. Service sub-standard, staff not well trained, leaving much to be desired.
The food was good. The service was sub-standard and slow. Staff appeared to be inexperienced. Our table waiting staff didn't know much about the dishes or the wines on the menu. When the mains were served, one person waited 15 minutes longe

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Ciao Papi Brisbane City at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Ciao Papi Brisbane City page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
    1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ElaborateHouse74, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* ElaborateHouse74 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ElaborateHouse74 for any questions Peter may have as ElaborateHouse74 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ElaborateHouse74 now uses their connections at Ciao Papi Brisbane City to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ElaborateHouse74 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ElaborateHouse74 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ElaborateHouse74's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Ciao Papi Brisbane City!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
