We used love this casino unlike many others, but it has gone down hill since the lockdown. Some of the clientele is a little questionable. My family and I really liked that the air felt clean unlike many others. Red Rock has now joined the thick Smokey casinos. Catering to the smokers and those that don't mind second hand smoke. Disappointing.l and not interested in returning.
We Love Red Rock!
Red Rock resort & casino has everything g "senior" players might enjoy; Hotel accommodations, fine restraunts, free parking, one can feel safe here (way off the "strip" at foot of Mt. Charleston), uncrowded and better yet if one has "StationCasinos" Rewards card earn points for discounts). Also, on location is a first rate movie theater.

The Good: -Comfortable rooms, beds, large bath tub, great view of the strip and mountains -Lots of good restaurants - Loved the Mexican spot, Yard house happy hour was great, -Love that they have the option of movie theater, bowling and gambling -My seven year old enjoyed her time at Kids quest - $14 per hour with option for the kids to order food -Valet was free for us and anyone who visited which was great The not so great: -Pricy - April 2024 room rate as high as $441, $324, $259 etc in addition to a Resort fee of $51 per night -Pool closed early for our liking - 10am to 6pm. Wish they were open later -Ordered surprise cupcakes and bday balloons which were place in room. TY! Although the cupcakes were dry and not good :(
My new favorite property!
I stayed at Red Rock for spring break with my teenage daughters. I go to Las Vegas often, and this was my first experience at Red Rock. I can promise that it wonโt be my last! This is a beautiful, fun property. I loved its proximity to downtown Summerlin and the walkability of the area. The spa and pool were wonderful. There are so many delicious restaurants located in the casino as well. Excellent customer service. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel/casino!

Couldnโt fault a thing with the Red Rock. We came to use the spa and it he facilities were 10/10. Luxurious and clean. Couldnโt have asked for a better experience. We also had dinner there and a quick gamble and loved the casino. Next time Iโm staying in vegas Iโll be staying here

Although we have stayed at other Station Casinos, this was our first time at the Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa, and it was a 5 Star experience. It is located near the Summerlin area, which gives you an opportunity to also venture nearby to other restaurants and things to do. We loved the pool, the selection of restaurants at differing price points, and reasonable limit games and drink prices while not gambling. If you are into Keno and Bingo, the Red Rock has those low investment games as well. The customer service was great everywhere we ventured to including the restaurants, bars, and hotel itself. Regarding the hotel, the check in was a breeze, and staff members were welcoming and friendly. We stayed in King room with strip view. The room was clean and spacious. We had no issues with our room whatsoever. Customer service was also very good at the pool, and the pool area is fantastic by the way. It was refreshing to stay away from the strip, and if you do, I suggest the Red Rock. In fact, after this experience, I don't think I will ever stay on the strip again.

We were leaving Vegas after a soccer tournament and headed to California. We had been staying on the strip and wanted something quieter and further out of the city. We found a deal at the Red Rocks on the Hopper app. The Red Rocks Resort was really beautiful. The property was gorgeous and in such good location. There were tons of pools and hot tubs (weren't all open yet and even though they said "heated" weren't really). There is a kids club and an arcade on property, as well as the casino and spa. Plenty of dining options on property as well. We wanted to go to Lotus of Siam because it had such a stunning atmosphere but our kids weren't feeling it. The room was a huge step up from our strip hotel. The bathroom had a huge, deep tub. Our daughter actually took a nice hot bath (after she came back disappointed with the temperature of the hot tubs down at the pool). The toilet had its own closet, which if you've shared a hotel room with kids you know how much of a win that is. There wasn't a microwave, fridge or coffeemaker (which is typical of Vegas rooms). Mini bar and in room snacks for purchase though. The beds were comfortable and the entire room was very clean and spacious. We would be happy to stay here again when we're in Vegas next time.

This place is amazing! In my opinion it puts the Las Vegas strip to shame as its so clean, upscale/fancy and has all the things you are looking for in a casino without the dirtiness of the regular Las Vegas Strip. It is located approximately 20-25 minutes west from the strip, but it is an absolutely beautiful space. So well maintained and clean! There is a ton of parking conveniently right outside. They have an amazing outdoor pool with private cabanas and daybeds for those that are staying at the hotel. Their rooms are also new and very luxurious. There are ample restaurants and bars to choose from, including the Rouge room which is Parisian inspired inside (so cool)! They also have a spectacular high roller area. Five stars for everything here! I can't wait to come back again soon!

Had an amazing experience and was blown away with how Beautiful the entire property was. I stayed in a signature king suite and it exceeded our expectations. The spa was a little packed, but that's expected at 10am soo can't blame them. The food was incredible from the room service to the sushi down stairs. I really enjoyed the quality and convenience, it's not often you get both. The staff is very well trained in each department. The REDROCK beats strip casinos in everything.
The hotel doesn't provide very good service in my opinion.
I needed access to a computer, and the business center was supposedly "flooded," but I was told by one of the workers they were making renovations. Maybe it was flooded, but I heard conflicting stories. I then went to the concierge desk and pleaded to use any computer to access iCloud to brick my iPhone because somebody stole it from the bar, but was told it's the hotels policy not to allow guest to use any computer other than the ones in the business center. Then she told me "maybe you can go to the local library." Not sure how many local library Las Vegas has, but there wasn't one near Red Rocks. For the most part the staff seemed indifferent to the guests. I'm not sure if it's a post covid blah attitude that I've seen other places, but staff did not seem very interested in helping me or other guests in the interactions I witnessed. Since I didn't have a phone, I wasn't able to get a lyft or uber and there were no taxi cabs at the hotel. I asked the doorman if he could help me find a taxi and the only response was a shrug. He didn't even bother to say "no." It came off as disrespectful and indifferent. I was beginning to think it was just me, but I saw other people experience the same customer service. The hotel is nice and close to shopping and the minor league baseball team, as well as the Golden Knights training facility. I'll never return, but others may have had much better experiences than I did. I wouldn't recommend it to family or friends. I thought Vegas was about customer service, but this establishment was the opposite. It was almost as if it's the hotels policy to treat guests like they're a nuisance. On a positive note, the room was nice, and restaurants were good. I won't be returning.

We're local and booked a room as we have wanted to stay here for awhile now. Being local this is our favorite place to gamble. Our room appeared clean at first however my husband noticed a slimy, clear gel like substance on a nightstand. You can probably imagine what that was. Then at 4 AM the alarm clock across the hallway started going off and never stopped. We checked out early and notified the front desk. Instead of apologizing to us, she called housekeeping and apologized to them for having to go turn it off. Overall this is a great casino but the hotel experience was lacking.

Beautiful resort
The check-in was fast and easy. Beautiful lobby. Our hallway was clean. Our room was clean. I do have to mention they checked my son, His wife and 2 children into a filthy room. Only thing clean was the linens. Used soap in the shower. Flowers and food wrappers and an empty water bottle strewn on the floors. Called front desk, they said they could send someone to take out the garbage. But my son had already picked everything up and thrown them away. Our stay was lovely and the restaurants were a very pleasant experience. The pool was absolutely beautiful. It is under restoration, but on our last day they had opened a smaller pool. It was great. Warm water and gorgeous lounge chairs. I really enjoyed Red Rock Resort.

Great hotel just 10 miles off the strip. The staff was quite personable and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in a king deluxe room with canyon views which was perfect size for my husband and I. I must also commend the housekeeping staff as well. Our room was serviced every night without asking!! The hotel was 3 miles from the Red Rock Canyon which I highly recommend. The hotel is also close to shopping, restaurants and golf courses.
Highly recommend but overpriced
Nice, big, clean rooms. Very spacious with all the amenities you'd need. Good and easy to access parking. Staff was helpful. Nice variety of restaurant options. Enjoyed our stay immensely, but would but stay again unless I got a special deal because the rooms are very expensive.
Red Rock Casino, Las Vegas!
The hotel is Beautiful the Bar Lounge outstanding and so is its service. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Only down side the dealers at the tables are very sad and grumpy. Not many smiles and very little conversation. Its already tuff to lose but to have such a negative vibe at the table makes it harder. Other then that I'd stay again and would recommend the hotel.

Great food options, loose slots, luxurious rooms and great staff! Everything you could ever want or need is at Red Rock. Bingo hall, IMAX theatre, high end interactive bowling alley, dedicated Keno and Poker areas. Red Rock Canyon is right out your window. You donโt have to leave for anything! I would stay again for sure! The only downfall was the pool wasnโt open, even tho I called ahead and they told me one pool would remain open for winter, when we got there they were all closed.
Not a Resort, Just a Bunch of Rooms Inconveniently Attached to a Giant Casino
Although labeled a resort, this is merely a lot of roomโs inconveniently attached to a Giant Casino. It is designed to lure guests to use of the Casino by forcing them to walk hundreds and hundreds of steps every time they want to use their car parked in the self parked lot. Food and drink offerings are mediocre and priced at least double their value. Room service rates are simply shocking. No coffee maker is provided in the room, and if you want some coffee in your room, the charge is $8.00 for a small 3 cup pot. Junk โresortโ fees exacerbate the already excessive room rates. Housekeeping is slovenly. During my 3 day stay, housekeeping never even made up my room, despite my illuminating the โMake up my roomโ light whenever I was not in the room. Needless to say, I will never return and advise you to stay away.
Still Great
My wife and I like to come to the Red Rocks Resort for what we call a โcleanโ Vegas vacation. We frequent the excellent selection of vegan restaurants, hike and see a few shows. In this regard, I am pleased to report that Red Rocks is maintaining its quality as a great destination, the restaurants, theatres and other services remaining of the best quality. I would like to call attention to the yoga program in the spa, directed by Erika Trujillo. Ms. Trujillo is an absolutely excellent yoga teacher, with attention to alignment, recovery and the spiritual underpinnings of the practice. In Los Angeles, she would be a cult figure with hundreds of students .For the time being, I must recommend her wall yoga and chakra practices as a must for all yogis, and everyone who wants to keep their back supple. I would urge Red Rocks to continue to maintain this high standard in their yoga offerings.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!
Money transfer
As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
