Le Fluvio Châlons-en-Champagne Reviews from The Last Year
Horrible
HORRIBLE!! There was a wipe on my plate under the salad. Really disgusting. Even if a commercial gesture was made I won't set foot there again.
You will not be disappointed......
We love the place, all the people who work there are always warm and smiling.... The dishes are very good, my children love them too
Bad restaurant
Restaurant that refuses customers because supposedly reserved tables Bad service, no class Very ordinary pizzas I don't recommend where Edouard's Fluvio went, nothing more to see
Uncooked pizza and thick dough
Clean and easy to find restaurant Few people when we went but service a little slow Pizza with thick, uncooked dough... Milanese escalope and pasta with tomato sauce good but nothing more.
An address that resists in Châlons!
Good welcome ! Copious plates. Fair value for money. Fast service. The pizzas could do with a little more topping and the lasagna with a little more meat.
Positive experience
A largely positive experience! The antipasti board made with vegetables is very original. This is very good and plentiful (even for three people). As for the pizzas, they are also plentiful and excellent. They are cooked over a wood fire! As for desserts, the quantity remains copious. However, from a completely personal opinion, we were a little disappointed because it was not to our taste. Nevertheless, we can only recommend this small restaurant! The staff is also top notch!
Anything but Italian…..
I go to this restaurant hoping to enjoy a dish or a pizza from this country that I love, Italy. The reviews seem good so I expect to enjoy it. I choose a pizza from a large list. The compositions appeal to me but hey, let’s have a taste. I opt for a pizza. A Pascualina at €14.20 composed of Gorgonzola, goat's cheese and cheese. Surprising to put cheese. What does it correspond to ? We'll see. The pizza is coming. For €14.20, I find it small. It's a bit excessive. The visual makes me fear the worst. The paste seems thick to me, the cheese seems to me to be a low-end cheese and the blackish burnt spots confirm this impression. I taste to check. The dough is very thick and not cooked on the upper half. The cheese is indeed a low-end cheese, very stringy (nice if you are a child otherwise no interest). I have fun looking for gorgonzola and goat cheese. After a careful inspection, I ended up finding a few pieces of Gorgonzola, as for the goat, it is missing….. A thin layer of tomato sauce spread as much as possible so as not to add too much cannot counterbalance the heaviness of the pizza due to the fat.... The raw dough on the upper part ends up nauseating me. So I don’t finish what they dare to call a pizza…. When paying, I was asked if it went well. Considering the joke (price, size and taste), I have to say no. I point out what was wrong and the pizza maker, a few meters away, then asks me about the raw side of the dough. I then tell him that I am used to eating good pizza, especially in Italy and that this one is very far from it. Answer: “If you compare to Italy, we can’t fight…. » So you need to remove the word “Italian” from your facade……because this restaurant only has the name Italian….. To flee……
