Zeru Miami Reviews from The Last Year
Absolutely fabulous restaurant on Brickell.
Impeccable service and amazing food. Perfect place to impress for business or to go on a special date. My favorite restaurant in Miami at the moment. Highly recommend the tasting menu which is fantastic.

Highly recommend this restaurant for its food, menu, ambience and service. The menu is Basque cuisine with an excellent wine list. The bar, which is viable from the dining room, is a good option for a drink or dinner.

Upscale basque food in a nice setting, with an interesting and diverse menus (more than the most basic pintxos). Love that you can get a half portion of any appetizer (or single piece of pintxos) - let's you try more. With such an interesting menu and relatively high prices, it makes it a much more enjoyable experience. The Manchego fondant dessert was delicious, perfectly balanced with the vanilla ice cream. Almost like a Manchego lava cheesecake. So good

Zeru is a beautifully decorated, modern space that is also comfortable. The basque food was well executed and presented with fine dining elegance to justify the high prices. The service, however was unfortunately pushy and solicitous with upsells.

Amazing food, attentive service and beautiful room !! It's a new restaurant that's actually beautiful with great food and none of that bs non sense celebrity / influencer crap. Love this place
I must say, this place left me speechless.
Jaw on the FLOOR. The service was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. They gave us drink recommendations based on what we each prefer specifically, explained the menu items in detail, and even gave each of the 4 of us a complimentary sample of a snack. Don't even get me started on the food: EXCELLENT. I still have the taste of the wagyu from the paella in my mouth much later. The vibe in here was sophisticated yet romantic, splurge worthy, extremely clean and well decorated. Highly recommend!
Came in last night for anniversary dinner and enjoyed
Came in last night for anniversary dinner and enjoyed everything about this spot. First valet only option if you are driving in. Valet is $15. We had a reservation and they sat us right away. Usually in Miami it takes 30 min or so to sit for a reserved time. Off to great start. I had read reviews here and on Eater so had an idea about the food. My wife & I are foodies, we'd rather go to quality eating spots rather than be seen spots and food not so good. Our waiter was excellent, ulysses. He was super friendly and offered great descriptions of the menu. Now the menu had so many good options! We tried some stuff from the Pintxos (tapas) to try, Pata negra platter. We got the half. Highly recommended! Table side slicing of jamón. Fresh and excellent flavor. Must get! We also opted for the Black cod piquillo peppers. Amazing! Flavor was outstanding. We did want to try both octopus, and we did, but the Mojo one is the way to go! Amazing! We got half orders on both, but next time going full on the Mojo. Not that the Gallega style was bad, it too was good. But between the two. We moved on our entre, we tried the seasonal catch, Dorado. It was excellent, so well cooked and it was like butter in your mouth. We also got Socarrats which are like a mini paella. But it's the bottom part of paella flavor. We did a small order of the squid ink one. So good! Great finale was the Kobe one. Amazing! We didn't have one dish that we wouldn't order again. They treated us to an after dinner drink. It was a port wine. Flavorful and great way to end. The desert too was excellent. Seating is kind of close to your neighbor. Just an FYI. We spent about 2.5 hours for dinner. Timing on everything was perfect. Ulysses made for a great experience. I'd ask for him if you can. Made our experience a great one. Be prepared to spend some money, it's not cheap and adds up quickly. Bottle wine + our dinner with tip that comes included already, will run you around $600+ for 2.
New restaurant in Brickell that absolutely killed it! I
New restaurant in Brickell that absolutely killed it! I loved the ambiance, aesthetics, and service. The octopus was seasoned so well. The Kobe wagyu paella was so different but melted in my mouth. It is a little more on the pricier side, but I would come back again.
This basque restaurant has attentive service, beautiful
This basque restaurant has attentive service, beautiful nods to the Spanish culture in their decor, and most importantly, delicious food! The paella (josper socarrat) is one of the most delicious I've ever tried. It comes on a skillet where the rice is getting stuck to the bottom and coming out nice and crunchy (as it should! ). It is on the pricier side for the portions you get, but I would be interested in exploring more of the menu. Highly Recommend: Josper Roasted Organic Vegetables and Seafood Socarrat and the Manchego Cheese Fondant Add me on IG @MiamiCheatDays for more recommendations!
A legitimate dining destination for Miami.
Thankfully not another one of those "impossible to get into" American red sauce chains from NYC or another uninspired Mediterranean restaurant. The cuisine is original and has authentic Spanish flavors with a little twist. Must try dishes include the fried artichokes, the croquettas, the Dover sole and the manchego cheesecake. Between the two rice dishes the soccorat is the better dish. 5 stars for pushing authentic Spanish/Basque cuisine in Miami. Wine program (like all lists in Miami) could use a little work. More affordable white and sparkling wines from France, Spain, Italy, and Greece would really make this place a Michelin 1-2 star destination for Miami. Also a missed opportunity not to include Unico for the spenders. Not quite L'Atelier (nor should it be) but definitely better than Stubborn Seed. A welcome addition to the Miami dining scene and should really deserve more attention.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
