Zero Milano Reviews from The Last Year
Disappointing and expensive
Unfortunately I don't recommend it Expensive and the offer nothing special At 10.30am on Friday the kitchen closes and at 11pm they are kicked out because they had to close Paying 24 euros for a plate of huramaki is not acceptable
Where has the Zero of the past gone?
I make a reservation for two at the counter to eat omakase, but they tell us they don't do them because they have a birthday table. I find a black hair in the appetizer, they apologize and bring the plate back to me. We eat among the flies and ask to change seats, we move to the restaurant room to a table in front of the window overlooking the street, with drafts of cold air. I order some uramaki that you wouldn't even find in an all you can eat... a disaster ended with 300 euros for two! But they offered us a glass of rum... too bad!
Very good but overpriced
Zero is a very elegant restaurant, with an open kitchen, courteous staff and a refined atmosphere. It honors the Japanese tradition with very fresh fish and great care in the plating, but it pays for a frankly unbalanced economic positioning: ingenious proposals such as the Japanese Hokkaido scallops with turkey salami, truffle and quail egg, or even the very tender black cod, are certainly worth the €30-40 requested, but spending €24 on very small tartares is not easily justifiable. An excellent dinner, but the sacred monsters of the Milanese omakase don't ask for much more money: if €150 is the *minimum* amount to eat with dignity, I would opt for more rewarding experiences all round. Promoted… but “half-recommended”.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

My reservation expired but I did not get a credit and I see no way to cancel. How do I the funds back as a credit?

I have a similar question, it seems like when money is refunded it doesnt go immediately what is the process of this since its essentially a debit card and not a credit card
