Great food! Ok ambiance.
Crab cake was good. Very flavorful. We ordered two pasta as main: Pasta with clam and shishito pepper: so interesting! Never seen a pasta with shishito peppers. I love it! The whole dish is light and fresh. Pasta with lobster and shrimp: it's a bit overpriced imo. It's basically a seafood pink sauce pasta with spice. It's mildly spicy, but the flavor is great and seafood is fresh. Recommend ordering it if you don't mind the price. The restaurant is inside MGM casino, so it's a little loud. And the decor is more casual than I expect. They have a black curtain as the divider between the restaurant and gambling area. Their cocktail is $20+, and they have several menu items over $50. I'd expect a nicer dining area.

Be the first to ReplyThis is a tiny place.
My first piece of advice is to make a reservation to guarantee seeing at a certain time. That's a gift especially if you have show tickets. The waiters and staff are very friendly and attentive when they are on your side of the restaurant. As for the food, the focaccia was fluffy on the inside and crisp on the outside. The accompanying sauce to drip wasn't anything to write home about in terms of taste. I got the Grilled Prime Burger cooked medium and it came out cooked to the correct temp. Sadly the bun was not able to hold up to the burger which for me is one of the signs of a great overall burger. The overall burger taste was fine but not something that wows. The fries were crispy and well seasoned but partly over salted for my taste but came as an abundant mountain on our plates. However, for the price, I do believe it is a good portion size that both me and my dad couldn't finish the burger or the fries fully due to the richness.
Be the first to ReplyA good old fashioned burger review.
It's fair to acknowledge that a burger is a great way to gauge the overall effectiveness and communication from the kitchen. Here is what I mean. In my case a medium rare burger is fired. It's roughly a pound of meat, so it should rest for about 5 minutes. As soon as the burger is resting you drop the fries and then griddle your buns. My wife ordered a salad. So the chef fires the salad from garm when the burger comes off the grill. If it's done right the fries are piping hot and freshly seasoned, the bun is warm and soft from the griddle and the salad that was just prepared follows the burger from the hot line to the window where the food runners are waiting to take it out to the table. Salad plate still chilled fries still screaming hot. To recap this whole dance is centered around good communication. Here was how this placed stacked up:1) burger was perfectly cooked, medium rare. Well seasoned. So far the grill guy/girl is winning the race. 2) the fries came out Luke warm, we either have a timing issue or a slightly lazy fry cook. A common short cut is to keep some fries in a bowl under the heat lamp, a little parsley over the top in their way out the window and call it good.3) my bun was not griddle and was not fresh, on the dry side it took the burger from a 9 to a 4 after the first bite. 4) the salad plate was room temp, cold plate cold food. 5) the water here tasted super chemy. The beer was good. Final result: this burger was absolutely not worth $23.00; sorry, you can put a famous chefs name on the outside of whatever you want, the proof is in the first bite. This review hit 3 stars instead of two because the waitstaff was really friendly and brought me a piece of cake for my birthday. Great service, ok food. This could have been so much better.
Be the first to ReplyLunchtime and it was good.
We enjoyed Thai sticky wings - they were large and juicy. I usually want Ranch with my wings but they were so flavorful - nothing else was needed! The homemade chips with blue cheese crumbles were oh so good. Apple crumble pie wrapped up a great lunch. It was enough for two! Our server was so nice and helpful with recommendations. Thank you Relyn. You made out visit fun and enjoyable! Open restaurant with plenty of seating. Casual and fun.
Be the first to ReplyFood was decent but the service was extremely slow.
There was a manager walking around greeting people which was nice but after my mean was completed I wanted 20+ minutes to get my check. And once she picked it up it was another 10 min. There were 4 other tables around me having the same issue. I was here for a work conference and needed to get back asap. I didn't see her busy with other tables, in fact I didn't see her at all. Other than people just looking around with the same frustration.

I finally did it! I tried Wolfgang's famous salmon caviar pizza and I want more! We also had the prosciutto arugula pizza and split the two. My friend tried the chicken Alfredo and said it was the best she has had. Service was great. Would love to try their breakfast options looked so good.
Be the first to ReplyThe food was delicious.
As an appetizer we shared the Caesar Salad which was wonderful. I had the prosciutto and arugula pizza and my husband had the rigatoni bolognese as our main course, both were very tasty and hearty. For desert we shared the chocolate Mousse with vanilla ice cream which was decadents and rich. One of the better meals we ate on our trip to Las Vegas. The prices were a bit more reasonable and the food was superior.

This was my 3rd time eating here, but first for the rest of my group. I was so thankful to get last min reservations and was also thankful that they opened late. Food was delicious as always. Service was also great. Will definitely be back again!
