Terrible restaurant! Where can you get POISONED!
Terrible place! On the 6th I celebrated my birthday in a white rabbit. Initially, I was delighted with the establishment, a beautiful place, good presentation of dishes. But! In the evening, one of my guests complained of feeling unwell. From the very morning I felt unwell, I thought it was fatigue, unfortunately, after 2-3 hours I realized! This is POISONING! How terrible it is to get poisoned on your birthday, and all your plans have been cancelled. I couldn't get through to the restaurant for a long time. Having reached the phone, the working staff said that they would pass it on to the manager, and he would contact me at night or in the morning. What do you think? zero answer! Such a GREAT SERVICE! The restaurant does not justify itself and its status. I have never gotten poisoned after a restaurant, but here I am, after a restaurant with a Michelin star! I absolutely do not recommend it. I plan to appeal to Rospotrebnadzor and then to court. To be fair. I'll spend my time on this. Also, I would like to look at the accompanying documents for the delivery of all marine life! Take care of yourself and be healthy.

It was amazing! The reverent and sensitive attitude of the waiters is amazing! All dishes are wonderful! The steak mignon and cheek from the hot dishes are simply masterpieces! We would like to express our special gratitude to Nadezhda, she alone is worth returning to this fabulous place again!
Be the first to ReplyVery mediocre
A visit on March 3rd for my birthday was disappointing. The restaurant is obviously losing its position, this is reflected both in the quality of the dishes and in the work of the staff. The staff is working their butts off. They never asked if everything was okay, if everything was delicious. The filet mignon was just a misunderstanding - a tough piece of meat with a huge number of thick veins, it was impossible to cut, I had to express my displeasure to the waitress. In response, the waitress said that everything was fine, she didn’t see the connective tissues and fascia that were sticking out of the meat, and in general it was medium rare, so everything was ok)) To me, this looks like the obvious position of the restaurant not to fix anything, and make the client look like a fool. It’s very funny and strange when a client points out obvious shortcomings, and the staff argues. Especially in a restaurant that claims to be high class. Seeing my persistence, the waitress apparently could not stand it and called the manager Victor, who began to sing the same song. My nerves could no longer stand it. I eat filet mignon very often, and I have a very good idea of what it should be like, and it is by no means a piece of tough meat with a lot of thick veins. In the end, Victor gave up and offered to redo it. It should be noted that the new piece was a little better, but still not filet mignon. This is a steak with beer in a pub. Further. When a restaurant changes a dish, it is considered good form to ask the customer if he is satisfied with the replaced dish and if everything is ok. This was not the case here, the manager Victor was chatting at the bar and it was quite obvious that he did not care about the client’s impression of the restaurant. Otherwise, the cuisine, cocktails - everything is mediocre. The “tropical madness” cocktail is generally just “mango” juice from a pack. They came to clean up the bread crumbs 2 times in total. The waiters' communication style is similar to that of catering. What made us happy was that the polite hostesses congratulated us on the holiday and seated us at a nice table. Thank you also for the congratulations and the unusual dessert-candle, it’s nice. My review of the visit was sent to info@wrf.su BEFORE publication in Google and Yandex, I received a response that the manager would contact me. But of course no one contacted)) for some reason this is what I expected. I won't come back here again.

It's hard to find from the street. It would be a good idea to install signs or tips. The girl at the entrance was neither nice nor rude. They gave us a table with a good view. The waitress gave sensible recommendations on the menu and dishes. But she pushed water for 1000 rubles. Although she was told three times to bring plain water. The dishes are delicious. But they don’t produce a wow effect. This is not my first Michelin restaurant. I think that the cuisine is not the strong point of this establishment. Interior, views - yes. But the most important thing is the environment. After all, we all go to this kind of establishment for emotions. The staff are kind of nervous and tense. We didn't manage to enjoy the evening. Since we did not leave a deposit, we were only allowed to sit for 2 hours. Well, OK. I understand that it’s a passable dream, you need to earn money. But the bottle of champagne was refilled 2 times in 1.5 hours. And when there were 30 minutes left before the end of our time, there was still half a bottle left. At least you shouldn't put the bottle of togla far away from the table. We would have topped it up ourselves, since the waiters didn’t bother.
Be the first to ReplyDisappointed staff, silent and arrogant!
Good afternoon. I’ve been to some restaurants in Moscow: Beluga, Sakhalin, Twins Garden. Huge advice to the STAFF AND MANAGER of the Restaurant: learn to treat your guests without an arrogant look, arrogance and not to look closely at what your guests are wearing. A purely Russian approach, only in Russia this you can see. Learn to do this from other countries (Great Britain, Spain, France, USA), where they do not meet you by the clothes and labels your guests are wearing. Be more friendly and love your guests, more smiles for you. The food is fresh, although breakfast was scrambled with crab meat, and there was a smell from the crab. If it had gotten bad, I would have contacted Rospotrebnadzor and didn’t even finish it. And when you serve breakfast, be sure to ask if the guest has finished eating their yogurt, they took it away, and didn’t even have time to finish it.

The place is frankly overrated. The portions are microscopic, the food tastes mediocre, the cocktails are the most ordinary. The staff is not hospitable, their looks are arrogant. The table was booked about a month before the visit, and not the first time. Either that day the restaurant is closed for an event, or the required time has already been booked. Emails regarding reservations are answered within several days. One of the toilets didn't work, but there was no sign on the door. In general, the place is pretentious, but the food is nothing. My friend even had a stomach ache. I don't recommend it. Pros: location and beautiful presentation of dishes.

We wanted to have lunch and enjoy the view of Moscow. But they said it was booked and there was no room, only the bar. The box was clean, there was an empty hall at 16-00, not the most popular time. Well, apparently the reception knows better))) I won’t go again and don’t recommend it to anyone, they greet you at their discretion based on their clothing. I can say that the restaurant lost profit because of the employees.

We came to this restaurant just to have lunch. First of all, we waited a long time for food. For some reason, a compliment in the form of bread and butter was brought along with the food. Secondly, they asked to bring coffee along with desserts. As a result, the coffee arrived long after the desserts. Moreover, the coffee was brought almost cold, citing some misunderstanding. The question is why should your misunderstandings concern me?! Thirdly, the appraising glances of the staff and their arrogant appearance looks very strange and inadequate for a restaurant of the level you position yourself. Conclusion: I don’t want to go back yet. It left a very unpleasant aftertaste. The food may be delicious, but the service leaves much to be desired

For our anniversary we decided to indulge ourselves in a Michelin-starred restaurant “White Rabbit” immerses you in its fabulous atmosphere already from the elevator! Yes, the building for this restaurant has its own separate elevator, which is decorated according to the season and scented. The surroundings make you look at all the details and constantly turn your head))) The most important thing is food. At the entrance we were asked if we were celebrating something, and, having received a positive answer, we were escorted to a table. The menu is small, but the serving size surprised us. Everyone is used to the fact that restaurant servings are the size of a tablespoon?😅 everything is fine here. Not gigantic, but you will definitely be full. We ordered 1 salad, 1 main course, 2 signature cocktails, a shrimp appetizer and dessert (which we ended up refusing because we were too full!) We couldn't even finish the snack. Because in addition to the ordered dishes, we (and the people at the neighboring tables) constantly received compliments. Sea buckthorn sorbet, buckwheat bread with butter, baskets made of something complex, signature dessert eggs When we asked for the bill, they brought us 2 cute chocolate bunnies with different fillings along with it and wished us a happy anniversary. The service was brilliant. At the end of the evening, the administrator asked our opinion about their establishment and we honestly answered that we would come again someday. By price. It turned out cheaper than we planned. For a full (even unfinished) dinner for two, we paid 4,800 rubles.

Second time visiting a WRF-restaurant. Almost one of the best restaurant we've ever been to. Atmosphere is amazing. Great view and a beautiful restaurant. Presentation of food is already an experience on it's own. Highly recommend cocktails and especially the honey cake (I prefer the old-fashioned one) Only unfortunate thing on the evening where the waiters. - very quick in serving and explaining of dishes - long waiting time between dishes In general; the concept, food and quality is perfect. For us, we missed out on the staff. A personal touch and little bit off more hospitality would be pleasant. Even tho, we had a wonderful experience. Therefore a 4 star rating.

Although, TripAdvisor keep minimizing reviews of Independent Russian culture, we will try to provide some updates about White Rabbit restaurant in Moscow. First thing first, this place is located rooftop for years at the perfect location with a gorgeous view of one of the “Stalin’s sisters” (aka classical Stalin’s landmark) - Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 5 stars for location. #2 and the main, Food and drinks are very unique even for sophisticated city of Moscow. Chic and taste in every detail from basic appetizers to main course followed by deserts. Wine list is extensive and expensive (e.g. bottle of regular Opus One is at the ~130K Rub Or ~ by C$2500) although, some good finds. Our recommendation would be to stick to Russian vodkas and vodka-based cocktails. 5 stars for quality and creativity of old-timers and new variations. 3. Personnel is amazing with a decent portion of sense of humor and great knowledge of dishes and presentation skills on each and every dish. A M A Z I N G! 4. As mention below, the most weak point of the place is pricing… it is not for everyday dining, but very appropriate for special occasion(s). 4 stars as it is pricey, but unique selection of the components in the dishes. 5. Vibe… we liked it in every tiny detail (to include design of the restaurant; seasonal decoration; music selection and level of music sounds; etc) Misc. Please dress up for this place. It is very appropriate and very needed. All your best styles… You may call it snob, but it is part of the “system called White Rabbit”. Beautiful place with interesting/unique cuisine for beautiful people. Enjoy every moment! We would appreciate your “like” (thumbs up) - if you came to this point. Thank you for your time.

We came to White Rabbit based on Four Seasons's concierge recommendation. The only thing I found exquisite about this place is the interior design. The service was average and staff were not friendly; possibly because we are not Russian speakers. We asked the waitress for some changes in our dishes and she refused to make any. She wasn't accommodative, even when we asked for serving steak well done. The waitress wasn't helpful either when we asked for her advice on special dishes, as first time visitors. The food was good but not at the level of our expectation (except for a stewed lamb dish that was great). The waitress asked us about the food and we told her our opinion. She notified the manager, he came right away and was very polite and professional. He actually gave us a 15% discount and took out the dish and salad we didn't like out of the bill. The manager was very professional but his staff were not, I'm afraid.
