Great place with some caveats.
The place is great. The King Salmon was impeccable, and came with vegetables prepared and served in a very interesting way, tasty too. Very professional service. However, they don't serve soups, they don't serve hot tea, and they have limited options for dark beer. The espresso was superb, but tiramisu was very non-orthodox, it was basically some cream hidden inside a hard chocolate shell, which was hard to break without exerting substantial force, which would not be appropriate at the table, had to ask for a knife to break the chocolate shell. The waiter explained that the restaurant deliberately tried to present tiramisu in an unusual way. I would not really call it tiramisu - it is something entirely different, and was not really to my liking. Great experience overall.
Be the first to ReplyA tad pretentious
The food was only mediocre. My friend and I each ordered the spinach and ricotta ravioli on a strong recommendation from our waiter. There was a strong lemon flavor on it. I powered through, but canโt say I enjoyed it and my friend couldnโt eat it. Another ordered the salmon and he said he did like it. Three others split a massive porterhouse. They all liked it but it was under-cooked and they were afraid to ask for it to be cooked more as it had already been sliced. All in all, I expect pricey in Vegas. But if you are going to present yourself as a top tier restaurant, the experience needs to match it. It didnโt.
Be the first to ReplyOff the market
Very expensive restaurant inside the EATALY pavilion in Las Vegas. Rude service and good quality dishes (excellent ravioli and cold cuts) but completely out of the market even for Las Vegas.

Really really bad. Pasta was hard. Bread was burned. No spices. Drinks were awful. There was no part of this meal that we enjoyed. Iโm not a picky eater at all, and never write reviews, but I had to for this.
Be the first to ReplyNot really Tuscan or Italian. Overpriced
Expensive. Bland food, lacking in Italian spices. Octopus appetizer charred tentacles rubbery. Donโt order. Had far superior in the Greek restaurants in Astoria, Queens. Pasta was over priced, no oregano, garlic etc. Food seems to be directed at non flavor non discriminate flavor profile. Disappointing experience

The food and service was excellent - authentic Italian cooking However, the receptionist was extremely rude to both me and my wife - never argue with a customer. Clearly they can be replaced by AI!

We were in vegas and had alternate plans that we had to change last minute. Found this gem of a restaurant. Tucked into the Park MGM right next to Eataly. Service was amazing. Food was fantastic and overall a total thumbs up!
Be the first to ReplyAmazing wood-fired steaks skillfully prepared
This restaurant's steaks rival any of the well-known steakhouses we've visited (Gallagher's, the fix, Prime). If Scott is cooking your steak, you will not be disappointed!! He's a master at steak preparation. Be sure to ask Dylan for a wine recommendation. Amazing food, service and ambiance. Sitting at the bar near the fire was a fantastic experience.

Excellent food! Excellent service! We stumbled across this gem and it turned out to be one of our most favorite dinners! The Tiramisu is a MUST!
Be the first to ReplyTop Ten of All Time
The meal we had here was in my top ten meals of all time. We eat out a lot, all over the world. The restaurant was small, so we weren't expecting much. The menu at first glance only had a few selections that appealed. (my wife is anti-pesce and any animal that has a "cute" face. I started with The Medici, what I would call an elevated rye old fashoned, exquisite (huge pour, at least a triple). My wife demanded the Fococcia al Rosmarino. Hands down, one of the best breads I've ever tasted. So soft on the inside, it weighed almost nothing, just the right amount of salt. They brought a basket of these in just before we reached the podium, so they were very fresh. Next, we had the Prosciutto e house-made Mozarella. This came with balls of bread that were almost, but not quite, as good as the fococcia. We shared the Pappardella Al Ragu Di Cinghiale (wild boar) The pasta was perfect, the ragu so tasty. The suggested pair was a Dolcetto D'Alba wine, which went well. For dolce, we chose the house-made Flor di Latte Gelato. This giant mound of house-made gelato was brought to our table on a cart, and after the waiter scraped off a healthy (or unhealthy from some perspectives) portion, we had our choice of toppings. Of course we chose them all. I finished with a Stambecco (Piemonte digestivo) which was like heavenly syrup. Our waiter Jaden was always attentive without being overbearing. Perfect! So glad we were able to get a table on what seemed like a very busy weekend.
Be the first to ReplySo bad we couldnt eat it.
what a disappointment. salad was so vinegary it was hard to eat. lobster in sauce barely had any taste and it was yick- we coudnt eat it.
Be the first to ReplyOverpriced bland and stuffy
Super disappointed. Food was not good. Unseasoned and meh. Terribly overpriced. Donโt bother. Go to Bavettes instead - itโs 1000x better.
Be the first to ReplyWonderful experience
Had never ate at this restaurant made a reservation and was pleasantly surprised at the food & service. Very busy and can be noisy, but we made it a great experience and the food was wonderful. We had the special which included a filet. Large portions.
Be the first to ReplyReally good food
We ate here on two occasions during our recent trip to Las Vegas. The food was simply outstanding both times, the lasagne and gnocchi were some of the best weโve ever had. The service was very good, all the staff were very friendly. Will definitely be back next time we are in vegas
Be the first to ReplyZero for ambience, not much more for food and service
We chose to eat at Toscana rather than eat at Eataly which felt too much like a food court with cardboard trays. Should have been concerned when we arrived for reservation at 9.15 and the place was virtually empty. Frankly, the restaurant looks like a run down diner - old fashioned gloomy decor and furniture. We were seated close to a group of 6 who were getting ready to leave. As the staff cleared the table, the table fell apart and rather than waiting until closing time, the staff removed the table and chairs while we were eating. The central bar has glass fronted cabinets where glasses are stored and again, rather than waiting until closing, a lady arrived with a cart of glasses which she proceeded to unload while we ate. Having eaten at Lago the night before with wonderful views of the Bellagio fountains, Toscana rated zero for relative ambience. Menu wise, turned out to be truffle week which is great if you love truffles, unfortunately I don't. In desperation, I chose lasagna which was bland with a sauce so watery I had to request a spoon in order to eat it. My husband ate an equally unmemomorable pasta dish. So, 2 pasta dishes a beer and 3 glasses of wine and the bill (including tip) came to $180.00. And to add insult to injury, we had booked on line and changed our booking (emails to prove cancelation was more than 24 hours prior to booking) and we received a $25.00 no show charge Wait staff was not at all attentive- at one point, the chef had to let the staff who were chatting in a huddle know we'd like service. Frankly most disappointing food experience in 5 days in Vegas.

Really impressed with Eataly in general but ate in Toscana twice and can recommend the pasta dishes in particular.
Be the first to ReplyOutstanding Experience
We had a great experience at this restaurant. We sat at the bar. Juan Gabriel the bartender was spectacular. He gave us excellent recommendations for our food, and everything was delicious. He answered all our questions ,and tried to give us the best information about what to do that night. He really made a difference with his service and his conversation. Good food is not the only thing you look in a restaurant. Definitely Juan Gabriel went above and beyond making this a very special night for us.
