Regis hotels all over the world and generally only travel to luxury hotels and with the exorbitant amount of money spent comes an expectation to be treated with a certain level of accommodation and service. This place is an absolute JOKE. They do not deserve to keep their St. Regis branding. They were not only not accommodating at all- whatsoever - for anything our entire stay, but they also couldn't respond to simple requests for anything. A call for someone to come up to the room with something required 3 more follow up calls minimum. The rooms were not cleaned by noon, the staff was rude and I non-accommodating and of course everything was insanely overpriced (which you expect at this hotel but it comes with the territory for there to be outstanding or at worst good service with that). We truly never experienced worse service at any hotel. 0 stars if that was an option. Would never give them another dollar. Go anywhere else, they don't deserve your money. St. Regis hotels you should change your name off this hotel. 0 stars.
