Their service and food is to shame for. Unfortunately we celebrated the 30th birthday of my partner at this restaurant. We saw the menu on their website and decided to visit, it looked good (although there were 2 different ones on their website and then a different one in the restaurant again). Already when we entered we didn’t seem to be noticed, when they brought us to the table (half full restaurant on a Saturday eve? This should have been a sign to leave). We ordered a nice glass of wine, my partner 0.1 and myself 0.2, which hardly had a difference between the two glasses, except the price 6 vs 12 euro. We only ordered 2 steaks as we felt only a bit hungry… well I can say….. I can’t remember if I ever had such a bad gummy steak (not medium rare at all as I ordered). Probably a problem of putting cold meat on the grill? Check the Brenner restaurant (same chain/owner) they serve their meat perfectly. You would have known if you will ask your guest how the food is, but as you can guess, didn’t happen. I can go on and on, waiter with his shirt for 1,5 hours out of his pants, empty glasses and bottles which are not taken from the table, dirty tables all around from guests which left 1 hour ago, didn’t ask if the food was ok when serving and ignoring my “war ok” comment when taking the plates, 4 to 5 waiters but somehow all the guests had to call them to do their job. And maybe worse, not even 1 congratulated my partner with his birthday…… An experience to cry, and to be ashamed for if you are the manager, owner or investor.
