Extremely disappointed
I stopped by to pick up food to go and ordered the Asian Chicken Lettuce Wrap. Unfortunately the team completely forgot to include half of the meal (chicken and lettuce). Received a call later and the Cheesecake Factory staff expected me to drive 30 minutes each way to pick up what they forgot to include in the to go bag. A terrible ending to an otherwise nice day, since the family didn't get to eat what we ordered.

I took my granddaughter and her family to this restaurant for dinner. Her husband is a retired Marine with over 20 years of service and multiple tours overseas. It was Veteran’s Day, November 10, 2023, and I thought this would be a great treat for the whole family and HUGE thank you to her husband and all Veterans on this special day. To my surprise this restaurant DOESN'T offer any discount for our current or retired Veterans!!! How horrible!! What would a small discount hurt this huge restaurant chain to say Thank You for all our Veterans service??? What a huge disgrace!!!! Pearl

I haven’t had Cheesecake Factory food in a while tbh but I know that’s usually pretty good as well. But came here just for a nice dessert and I had the marshmallow s’mores one with graham cracker and my dad had the pumpkin one. I had a piece of his 2. As usual. Both were delicious.

Just had a truly shockingly awful experience tonight at dinner. Ordered the four cheese pasta gluten free. Our food took forever to come out. It finally came out and I was assured it was gluten free. I ate multiple bites and then the server came over and said "acutally I'm not sure that's gluten free". She took it to the kitchen and sure enough it wasn't gluten free. Brought me another one after another 25 minutes, and it was literally a pile of absolute mush. The manager then came over and apologized. She said they pre-cook the gluten free pasta and that's just the way it is (I have ordered this countless times and never had it be like that). I then ordered the miso salmon gluten free and was told that the snow peas on it were not gluten free (which after we left I did further research and the snow peas were of course gluten free, which I already knew). So my salmon took 20 minutes to come out, which didn't even include the snow peas. By this time we were just so over everything and wanted to leave. Our server brought the check over and literally NOT ONE THING was comped. We were absolutely shocked but couldn't bring ourselves to say anything further after an already horrible experience. Worst dining experience ever and absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. We are truly dumbfounded for how the entire thing was handled. And I am now dealing with stomach issues due to unknowingly eating gluten, as I have a gluten intolerance.

This was our first visit to Cheesecake Factory. I ordered the steak and shrimp combo and was surprised when I got my plate and saw that there were only three shrimp! The food was good but the portions were too small.

This Cheesecake Factory location is very good. The food and cheesecake definitely met my expectations, and the service was outstanding. If you enjoy The Cheesecake Factory, I highly recommend this location.

Well, here goes. My wife and I have been eating at the Cheesecake Factory for over a decade. However, we were going to it’s Denver downtown location where we always enjoyed excellent food and outstanding service. Now that we reside in Littleton CO, we have been going to the Cheesecake Factory in Littleton. So, my main concern is how this this restaurant does it’s seating done by the hostess. My concern specifically is where my wife and keep being seated which is either by the kitchen or next to the restrooms. Why they sit us there is confusing as when we go there is around 10:30 am to 11:00 am to avoid the lunch time crowds and when the restaurant has plenty of seating. Also, too close to the kitchen is very noisy and difficult to have a conversation and by the restrooms has offensive odors and sounds. Well, I spoke up and got seated in a preferable area. When I made my complaint to the manager of the restaurant about the situation he was completely oblivious to my concerns and just had no idea why someone wouldn’t want to sit next to the bathrooms while eating. He offered no resolution at all and this left me very disappointed.

we have not been to Cheesecake Factory in years. we got a gift certificate for Christmas. I could not find whole cheesecakes on website. So I called P.M location and Erin helped me out. First, her voice and presentation is so great, you are cheered up just to talk to her. She told me how whole cheesecakes can be found on the online menu. I told her how much the gift card covered and she helped me make a selection that would actually come in on perfect amount. She explained how the curbside pick up would work. I was almost ready to let the card lapse but it was such a pleasure to work with her, we are actually excited to pick up our cake!! Nice manager, Chris, who was very caring on phone too.
