Awsome Night!
Awsome night! We had a mess up on the reservation and Mariana came to our rescue. We had a great meal and had fabulous cocktails.
Be the first to ReplyWhy We Came to Miami
We ate here a few years ago and liked it so much that we were recently motivated to return to Miami for an extra-long weekend, primarily for another dinner at Bazaar. They outdid themselves. The tasting menus at Andres' restaurants are always outstanding, but this night we let our waiter, Julio, help us build our own journey. We loved every dish, and he added a few custom adaptations that made the whole experience that much better.

the food is so delicious, so many flavors and combinations…this is the place to dine! I recommend the mushroom soup!
Be the first to Replybest food, esp vegetables! Be aware outside tables too loud.
my favorite restaurant; wonderful for vegetables, been many times. Although Spanish food may be known for ham, what Andres does with vegetables is the best. This time we had asked for outdoor tables and the only negative was the music so loud we couldn't hear each other or the server (think outdoor tables considered Bar Centro). In fact, we later realized it was their music we heard on the beach and at hotel 2 doors away, but for food, and how Andres works to help from World Kitchen that is great.

Located in the SLS Hotel on Collins Ave at 17th St just north of the South Beach area. The is valet parking but this can be pricy. If you're willing to walk a few minutes, there is a municipal lot at 2101 Collins Ave that is a bit less. Jovany our waiter was exceptional and made a very good recommendation of trying different tapas from the different menus. He was very informative & personable. We were not rushed at all. Service was impeccable and as we got the steady stream of delicious tapas, we also got an explanation of what they were. As we ordered several tapas, Jovany helped us keep track of which ones we were ordering. It also may have helped on our part for us to keep a written list for reference. We started with a Cava, Spanish sparkling wine. We ordered conch fritters with the sauce inside, Cubano, coffee rubbed churrasco skirt steak, black rossejat a paella, croquettes with ham, watermelon & tomato skewers and smoked oysters. Seven tapas were delicious, although they all had five portions. Six would have been more helpful for sharing purposes. Portions were small but each tapa was very interesting & flavorful. They also have a great dessert menu.We could not decide so we asked Jovany to choose between the keylime pie and the flan. He chosed the flan for us and it was a wow! The place is pricy but that is to be expected in the South Beach area. We will go back.
Be the first to ReplyGreat dinning experience
Excellent ambient, amazing food and Jose and his crew provided a high class dinning experience for me and my family. Highly recommend
Be the first to ReplyAn amazing experience from start to finish!
Amazing! Can’t say enough great things. I came here for a birthday dinner. The food tasted amazing, looked like art, and the ambience and service was 10/10! If you go, look for Julio - he made our night and was the absolute best. Miami has a lot of options - but opt for Bazaar if you have a chance to do so - it won’t disappoint!

I have been to The Bazaar 3 times & each & every time my experience has been better than the last. Every waiter is extremely knowledgeable & describes the food so eloquently that when you take your first bite, your mouth is bursting with flavor. Jose was my waiter numerous times & recommended the tasting menu. What an unforgettable experience! I was able to try the best of the best & I enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you Jose, & thank you to the rest of the staff for contributing to such a wonderful night filled with intense flavors and textures.

The overall experience was average at best. We were there with friends. We ordered 11 dishes. The service was rushed from the time we walked in to the time we left. They seemed to only want to turn our table. We tried to slow down the meal and they would attempt to clear dishes when they were not even done. Our other dishes were not received very well. Three times they brought us the wrong dishes. I’d skip going there. There are much better options in the area. Especially for $150 per person.

Jillian is the upmost consummate professional and I what most business professionals on vacation would look for. Her incredible attitude to include an amazing personality is all a customer can ask for. I would like to include the SLS in future plans while visiting Miami for a great time and vibe.

Jillian (from Boston) was fantastic!! She was attentive, energetic, delightful, and made amazing drinks!!! All around 10/10!! I’d come back to the SLS pool/hotel bar just to see her!

Alexa and Leo made our culinary experience one we won’t easily forget for our first time in Miami! So friendly and generous, they both went out of their way to make our time unique and special. Banana mojito was amazing!

Everything about this meal was FABULOUS! We had the 10 year anniversary tasting menu and everything about it was perfect. Our servers--Jose, Timo, and J were excellent and made the experience even better. Would highly recommend Bazaar to anyone going to Miami!

It’s a José Andreas restaurant, so your expectations should already be sky high…but the actual dining experience was beyond fabulous. From the hostess to the waiter (Lach!) to the manager (Anton!) to the sommelier to the bartenders (Leo!) to the bus-boys and food runners, every single person and portion worked seamlessly together to create a true VIP experience. Each bite was better than the last and it was all organized and delivered in an order designed to maximize the taste. And to top it all off, we got a frozen cocktail that starts off as liquor and ends as sorbet. Tasty and quite a show! A truly magical experience that allowed us to not only enjoy the food, the ambiance, and the employees, but the company we arrived with. We left with bellies full of food and hearts full of laughter. Highly highly recommend. P.S. Ask for Lach as your server. P.P.S. Just do it. Make a reservation here. Thank me later.

We had another fantastic dinner at bizarre. The food as always was exceptional. The room is absolutely beautiful, and we had amazing help from Jose, who guided us through the menu, and made some great suggestions, in terms of what to eat, order to eat it, and suggested a wonderful wine as well. Highly recommend the bazaar!

This restaurant is superb. Delicious food, professional service from Jose and his colleagues, and wonderful ambience. The manager, Antoine, makes sure everything runs smoothly. A five-star experience. I look forward to returning when I am back in Miami.

Be the first to ReplyThe MOST amazing dining experience
Having dined in numerous 5 star, Michelin rated restaurants over the years, we arrived at Bazaar for a nice meal without any particular expectations. We were met by our waiter, Jose, who was not only knowledgeable about the offerings but quickly made us feel relaxed and excited about the food journey we were about to experience. We opted for the a-la-crate menu and with Jose’s assistance, selected a wide variety of menu items. From the the caviar cones to the Fois Gras PB and J and the squid ink paella with shrimp, the only word we could use to describe the night was WOW. The pace of the meal was on point, the variations of the menu items were perfect and the services was 10/10. We also met Antione, who was MOD for the evening who was gracious while being the perfect host. The ambience was relaxed, the cocktails were interestingly delicious and we walked away from the evening certain that we’d be returning as regulars. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.
Be the first to ReplyVery good but needs a few tweaks
Three of us dined there last night and loved the food and the excellent service and explanations from Sarita and Antoine the manager. We had the jamón ibérico and four-cheese plate, pan tomate, spinach with pine nuts and raisins, setas (mushrooms) with black garlic, PBAJ and scallops. However, we made the mistake of ordering everything at the same time instead of in stages, which is the way to go. We found we were already full and canceled the coconut and rice dish. The PBAJ should be saved for the end since it makes a lovely light dessert. Lastly, the wine list is long and varied but way, way overpriced. Jose Andres needs to offer some delicious but inexpensive wines from his native Spain, which produces them in droves, and increase the number and size (only 375ml) of fino sherries he offers for his typically Andalusian dishes. Expensive ($300+ for three three of us), with just a half bottle of sherry, but a wonderful dining experience and evening. Be forewarned: early diners will be treated/subjected to a parade of nearly naked women walking through the restaurant on their way back from the hotel pool, which is outside and next to the exterior dining area and bar.

Second time here and again a real pleasure. Great location (sit outside!!), very nice service and excellent food choices. Especially the ham (appetizer) from Spain is absolutely fantastic. Equally the manchego cheese on bread with tomato. Fantastic choices. Delicious!
Be the first to ReplyGreat service, perfect rib-eye steak
Great night overall. Jose was helpful and fun, he keeps us excited throughout the night with amazing food. We had a pleasant conversation with executive chef Orhun and had probably the best rib-eye steak. Definitely recommend it 10/10
