We just had a wonderful lunch here at Sushi Tower in Summerlin. Everything was delicious and very fresh. We had the miso seabass appetizer, spicy tuna on crispy rice, rainbow roll, New York sashimi, albacore sashimi, udon and the Angela special. The sashimi was amazing, so fresh and generous portions with a very interesting fresh wasabi mixture that is salty and mixed with other things. The Angela special is a yummy no rice roll. Plus the servers are sweet and attentive. We love supporting this family owned business.

My girlfriend and I both had pick 2 bentos. Service was good, and our server was very nice. Food: Combination Dinnet Special- Tempura and Teri Beef. My friend had the Katsu and Bulgogi. The combo plate came with Rice, Salad. 2 gyoza and miso soup. The food was delicious. I also had a few drinks and glad they have a full bar. Overall, I'd come back again.

One of my new favorite sushi spots in Vegas! Most recently tried the spicy salmon rolls
Be the first to ReplyI've been coming here for many YEARS.
Unfortunately, the sushi (especially takeout) has become terrible over the past couple years. Anything with shrimp tempura tastes like it was made yesterday. The ingredients in the rolls look questionable lately. Half of the time the sushi rolls aren't even cut all the way through. Also, I'm always charged a different price depending on the cashier. Sadly, I keep going back hoping it was just an off day but my palate and stomach can no longer deny the food quality and taste. (RIP their old S.O. Sauce) Even sadder, I have to finally accept that it's time to find a new restaurant to patronize.
Be the first to ReplyWE went to Sushi Tower for lunch.
first time there. We both had the lunch special. I had teriyaki chicken and beef Bol bogie. Both were very nice. Came with a small salad, 4 California rolls, rice, soup and 2 pot stickers.. No problem here. The other person had tempura shrimp and also tempera vegetables, plus all the sides. Only one shrimp though.. otherwise everything was very good,
Be the first to ReplyWe enjoyed all of our meals.
My son got a vegetarian dish and loved it. I got a sushi roll and sashimi both were delicious. We will definitely be back.
Be the first to ReplyI had completely written off Sushi Tower & Steakhouse a few
I had completely written off Sushi Tower & Steakhouse a few years back during the pandemic. Their take-out I thought was subpar and I was also not really impressed by an experience I had when I was sitting in the dining room portion of the restaurant. I thought that the place was average at best and kind of didn't find it necessary to even Yelp about it. My husband wanted to grab a bite the other night and knows my thoughts on this sushi spot, but encouraged me to go with him and specifically sit at the sushi bar. He thinks the quality is better than my initial impressions from long ago and wanted me to give it another try. I am glad I returned as he said I should, specifically sitting at the sushi bar. Although the backdrop of the actual sushi bar itself to me appears to be a hot mess (not dirty, simply cluttered), the sushi was better than my memory was remembering. Their options for fresh fish for sashimi cuts were not as unique or extensive as other local spots. With salmon and yellowtail as my bar to judge quality and of course available, they were pretty good. Their menu of rolls is really lengthy. We ventured out of the box a touch and ordered a Jay Roll and a Sting Man and both were very delicious. We always finish with a hand roll and man, it was super stuffed with spicy scallops. Was not disappointed at all with our meal. Staff was friendly and conversing football with us as we watched Monday night football on the tv parked about the sushi bar. Sushi chefs were detailed in their work and not particularly chatty. Although I am only willing to toss out a 3 for Sushi Tower & Steakhouse at this point (maybe the general clutter of the sushi bar back bar is weighing on my conscious more than I realize), I will go back. They are like a 3.5, but not a 4 to me. I want to be wrong about my 3 review and leave room for improvement during my next visit and a follow up review.

I came here on a weekday afternoon, was greeted right away and seated. I was craving some teppanyaki (hibachi) and this place is the only place that opens before 3pm. I really like their meat quality, their filet mignon and chicken are both tender and perfectly cooked (not chewy). Their scallops are just ok though, I think if I come back next time I'll just get their steak and chicken. Their salad dressing is also very tasty, I usually don't finish my salad but I finished theirs. The restaurant is big and clean, service was on point, maybe next time I'll come back to try their sushi as well
Be the first to ReplyThis place is delicious! Reasonably priced, too.
Highly recommend the Monica roll. If you love grilled onions, the Boston roll is definitely for you.

We have ordered from here many times but todays order was awful. Crispy rice was the size of a penny. The halibut tempura tasted stale. My grandson refused to eat the chicken as it looked and smelled funny. Sushi portions were smaller than usual and not with the price I paid. We will not order from here again as quality and quantity of sushi has diminished. Can't tell you how dissatisfied we were with the food. One star since I can't give them zero star After eating halibut I spent next 1/2 hour in bathroom Ugh!!

A doordash driver , this is the second time I've come here and the guy managing the place has horrible service towards me , first time I came I here I made a joke about if I can get a sample and he just gave me a disgusting look. Then he saw who I was picking up for and yet right before he hands me the food he said he wants to check the order ( it shows on his tablet l as if I'm lying .this time he stares me down and I ask if he ok ... this mf keeps going back n forth with the order and I know he's taking bad in his language. Then as I'm leaving he flips me off n again taking snack bout me ... I will never eat or support his business

Amazingly fresh sushi and sashimi! We order from Sushi Tower once a week. Our favorites are the Dr. Cash (nice kick), salmon skin salad, yellowtail w/jalapeรฑo (melts in your mouth), California roll (tastes so fresh), and the crispy rice with spicy tuna (perfect bite without the sauce)! They always deliver great food that is better quality than most in the area. Presentation of delivery is quality!

Very upset by the way we were treated-I've been going to sushi tower for 5 years now, we've always supported them even during Covid time. We still went to support them with masks on. They have a sign that says you can get 20% off on your birthday, so I decided we would go there for my birthday. When we came in, I told them that it was my birthday and we were celebrating it. There were four of us we got $210 worth of food and sake and when it came time to pay the bill we noticed that the 20% was not on there. We asked about it and they said you had to make a reservation and have preapproval for the 20% off for your birthday. None of this was posted anywhere. I am truly disappointed in them, they recognize us. they know us, we go in there all the time, and as much money that we have spent in there throughout all the years, you would think that they would stand by their 20% off on your birthday and give us the 20% off. Very disappointed. You have to care more about people then about money-also make sure you double check your bill because there were two errors on our bill. We were being charged for a couple things that we didn't even order.I will have to find a new sushi restaurant that appreciates our business.
Be the first to ReplyFound this place while driving around on a Saturday night.
First off, it's not a AYCE place, but that was fine by us. It was almost 6pm and it wasn't busy so we were seated in a booth right away. The first thing we noticed is that the table was very sticky. They gave us a bunch of laminated menus but didn't give us a sushi menu, which we ended up asking for. They have pages and pages with photos and photos of rolls. We settled on a 3 choice dinner combination, Chicago sashimi chirashi, uni nigiri, and Kobe beef roll. The salad that the dinner combo came with was soaking wet from wash and bland even with the dressing. Salmon was hard and dry. They only gave 2 pieces of shrimp for the shrimp tempura offering. The best part of the combo was the bulgoki. The uni wasn't soft and buttery and had that weird aftertaste. I've been trying uni all over the valley since moving here and less than a handful of spots have hit the mark on soft, buttery, sweet fresh uni. It took forever for our Kobe beef roll and when I finally asked about it, apparently they never put in the order so we had to wait even longer. Service is friendly and they are very attentive. The sashimi quality was excellent for all three fish types. We had tuna, salmon, and hamachi. If you're coming here, get the sashimi for sure. By the time we got our Kobe beef roll we had already finished eating everything else for a while. The roll tasted alright, the beef was chewy, but we ended up boxing it up and taking it home. Women's restroom wasn't clean, there was toilet paper unflushed and all over the floor in one stall and smelled like sewage similar to many places here in Vegas.
Be the first to ReplyService was slow.
Table was not clean it was sitting there dirty. I randomly picked this place as it was next to the pho4real. I never thought of looking at reviews. I had a party of 13 and there was only one server. I'm not sure if it was the owner that grabbed my cup to get a refill but he never came back to get my drink. Customer service should always be number one. Never leave a customer with a empty drink cup. Not sure how they got rated so high. They need to work on being more consistent and checking on their customers to see if they are ok. To rate the food, the teppanyaki which cost $30 for the steak, the portions were for a youth, I recommend ordering two for an adult. The pros are the sushi. The Kobe and mountain roll.

Be the first to ReplyIt's your middle of the road sushi spot.
Decor inside is a bit outdated so my family doesn't like to come here, but as far as food goes, it's definitely good enough. I tend to get togos here for lunch. Price is pretty fair, and the menu is actually a lot. Like I mean a lot a lot. They got a huge menu from hibachi things to probably over a 100 sushi rolls. Service is always good. Nothing professional or anything, just more of a mom pop feel. Give them a try if you're feeling casual

Stopped in with a work colleague for a quick lunch--we work nearby--and while it satisfied my craving for sushi, it was fairly so-so. I can't remember the names of what we ordered, one is the Lady Gaga and another was Give Me Five, I think. When looking through the photos, the one with the big bowl of dipping sauce was the chewiest sushi roll I've ever eaten--like crunchy, sticky chewy. While the texture was off putting, the taste was good. They had a fairly good lunch rush going on for noon on a Thursday, so I wonder what they look like at dinner time. This place is just ok, I can't figure out why my coworkers LOVE it so much. For reference, three rolls, a coke and a water came to $48 plus an additional tip.

We moved to Las Vegas a few months ago and have been on the hunt for our new regular sushi go-to. After a few trial and errors at various restaurants, I think we may have found it!!!! This place was comfortable and inviting right off the bat. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. They have a HUGE sushi roll and sashimi menu, plus an entire separate menu for other Japanese dishes like yakisoba, ramen, and curry (which is so great, because a lot Japanese places usually only do one or the other). We ordered a yellowtail jalapeรฑo sashimi plate. Bomb. A rice-less roll with shrimp, crap, avocado and all sorts of yummy crunchies wrapped up in soy paper with their garlic ponzu. Bomb bomb bomb!!!! We also had 2 regular rice rolls, both of which were equally delicious and they really don't skimp on anything. I love that at their rolls come with their own dipping sauces, it's a fun alternative to the usual wasabi/soy sauce combo. I'm so sorry I didn't get any pictures! We will definitely be back, and I'll be sure to update. Oh and they have a full bar, yeah-yuh!
