We booked well in advance and in the morning they sent an email confirming the booking. A few hours later followed up with a phone call to see if we were going to show up.Arrived 10mins before and had to stand outside waiting until previous seating paid and left. Very confined space and not that much room at your seat. 16 seats and hardly any room for heavy breathing. The time slot was 1.5hr, which is way to short to enjoy your dinner. The 15 pieces from the tasting menu was served in a rapid pace similar to an assembly line. This was so stressful since we could not really enjoy our food and drinks. They came, presented the dish and rushed back and within minutes the guy was there again. Really no time to order anything before our time was out and you get thrown out. The dishes were a bit on the tiny side for me and at the end the said they had something special if we wanted to order a 16th piece. This was going to melt in our mouth, but really no and was priced at 100kr/piece for one sushi. The food was good, but not Michelin-good. There's Alex sushi in Oslo for example, which is in a whole different class than this place and they don't have any stars. If I visit a Michelin restaurant I want to relax and really enjoy my food and drinks. It's not factory. Micro dishes isn't equivalent to exclusive, they are just tiny and harder to distinguish flavors from. The main focus here seems to be to fit as many ppl as possible in one day to maximize their investment. I expected more from this place, much more!!!
