Ft Lauderdale spring break for seniors
People were very nice. Great pool area, probably better before spring breakers take over area. LOTS of traffic. Unit was small, as expected, and needed better lighting, especially in bathroom, annd the water pressure was less than normal. Our toaster didn’t work correctly, but I should have for replacement.
Great Lovation
Older resort but the staff is terrific. The maintenance person works constantly keeping it in great condition. The office staff is friendly and helpful. It is located as close to the beach in a desirable spot . Also close to access for water taxi.
The view of the ocean is spectacular.
Silver Seas is our favorite timeshare location! First - it is located right on A1A. You can see the ocean from your room. To get to the ocean you just cross the street. The pool is right outside your door. The staff are extremely friendly and accomodating. Everything is keep immaculately clean. Yes - it is an older building but the cleanliness makes you forget it's age. The location is UNBELIEVABLE. Within walking distance of so many places. You just can't beat this place for a vacation right in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, right on the ocean, and comfortable clean accomodations.
Quaint little home away from home!
This was a gem of a hotel. The staff was super nice and it felt more like a home than a hotel. Only complaint I have is that the beds are super hard. Other than that I was thrilled with it. Enjoyed the observation deck. Being right on the beach was the best!
Hidden Gem.
Location is key. You can’t beat this location. Staff is amazing. It may be a bit dated but super clean. Private pool overlooking beach. No charge for parking. Next to Ritz Carlton which charges $500/ night. Walking distance to everything you need. Large suites with kitchenette and dining area. Large living room area as well. A hidden gem!
Silver Resort
Great location, next to the beach and full choice of amenities at walking distance. Has all it takes for a great vacation. The structure is a bit dated but all well kept and clean. Super staff. Norma was a great host, most helpful and attentive to our needs providing beach towels, umbrella, chairs and suggestions in the area. will for sure be back. Our booking was through RCI.
Perfect location, 30 second walk to beach. Beautiful pool.
Although our studio was large, it was a bit tight for 2 adults and a teenage kid. Property grounds and pool was cleaned every morning. Free parking with security onsite Norma was very personable and accomodatin. Would Definitely go back
Location is fabulous and the pool is perfect during hot days
The location is the best. Silver Seas is next to the Ritz Carlton and many other nice hotels. The ocean is across a street and then you are walking in the sand. There is also a sidewalk on the beach side or a sidewalk in front of the condos. We were part of a RCI timeshare trade and we had a 1 bedroom unit but it was very spacious with 2 queen beds and 2 bathrooms. When we spoke to other people in the pool, some people had full 2 bedroom units and others had smaller studio units. There was a full sized refrigerator, small oven but worked fine, small microwave which held 1 full size plate, dishwasher and sink. The bathrooms were recently updated, the beds were comfortable and plenty of bath towels. Our unit had a couch and a sofa/chair, plus 4 chairs and dining table. Dishes appeared to be for 6 people, we had 2 adults and it was great for us. A/C units worked well (I do wish other people would change their temperatures when they are gone for the day, no reason to waste electricity if you aren't in the room). Norma and Carlos in the front office are super helpful and friendly. They offered beach chairs and umbrellas, and first come first served. When I went into the office midweek, Carlos right away asked if I needed anything else to make our stay great. We did see and talk to a night time security guard so that made us feel safe. The pool had a nice view of the ocean and had a comfortable temperature but then it was very hot during our stay (over 94 twice and humid). But great for the beach and then pool. There is a shower by the pool, plenty of chairs and tables and lounge chairs. There is a sun deck over the office where you can sit and watch the ocean waves or get a tan. Parking and wifi are included. We would return.
Silver Seas
We travelled to Silver Seas the last week of May and were pleased with the location, unit and resort staff. Norma, at the reception area, was friendly, efficient, and helpful. This was a beach vacation, followed by a cruise out of Miami. We would definitely stay here again.
A Hidden Gem
This is a perfect way to beach for the week. You can easily hop back and forth between the beach and the pool. We love the location and never get in the car, everything is in walking distance. The fact it is small makes it so easy to run to the room if you forgot something. We feel safe, it is well maintained, and constantly being updated. The BBQ area is great and the kitchen is perfect to save some money and cook. The cherry on top is Norma, she makes you feel like family, she always takes great care of us.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I've reached out to customer support about this several times with no response, not sure what to do in this station. Hoping someone can advise.

I have a prepaid reservation, but I'm allowed to transfer that reservation to others for a price that I set (up to the total price I paid).
For selling POSTPAID reservations, do I charge the buyer the full amount of the reservation when transferring? And then the buyer pays something on top of that (which is what is listed in the AppointmentTrader listing?)
Major Issue for Seller
My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.

Just wanted to put this out there as I find it quite weird. AT will hold money if your sell through rate is to low. I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. It seems weird to punish sellers for listings not selling.

I am having a tough time contacting and elucidating a response from AT Support. I had a listing at 6pm, which was a mistake as the actual listing reservation was at 11pm. This got somehow approved by AT, and a customer bought this from me for 6pm. I want to cancel this listing and refund customer , but there is no way of doing this ! Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!
