Redlands Oyster Cult Redlands Reviews from The Last Year
Absolutely our favorite restaurant.
Emmanuel, the owner, is running one heck of a business with amazing staff. Jesus is such a sweetheart of a server, everyone is so attentive to detail. Every time is even better than the last. Came for my sister's 18th birthday and they made her feel so special with mocktail shots when they ran out dessert. When you're here, you're truly family. Food is the freshest you'll find in the area. Try it once and you'll be hooked
Excellent service.
Freshest seafood you'll find in Redlands Emmanuel the owner is fantastic and always so welcoming. Tonight I tried the Keylime pie dessert for the first time and I was blown away. Will be ordering a whole one for my next family get together.
Only went for the oysters.
They were very yummy but super small compared to oysters I have had elsewhere. Also 8$ for 3 palm size pieces if bread is a little expensive.

I shared with my husband last night that dining at Redlands Oyster Cult was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. After a grueling 12-hour journey from Houston to California, we were exhausted and famished. Upon finally reaching the Orange County Airport, I immediately started researching restaurants, and Redlands Oyster Cult stood out. The restaurant's design was incredibly captivating, especially to me as an interior designer. The staff greeted us warmly in a laid-back manner that instantly made us feel welcome and relaxed, as if we were in Europe or Turkey. They were quick to offer us cocktails, and I highly recommend trying the Retrograde, a delicious bourbon concoction. The food was perfect for sharing, and each dish, from the Oyster Butter Bomb to the salmon rillettes with rustic bread, crab cakes, and clam stew, was served with a perfect balance of unhurried pace and timeliness. Every bite was exquisite. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend this place. It was like a beacon of light after a long day of turbulent travel and uncertainty. The restaurant and its staff put smiles on our faces and set the tone for our 8-day adventure in California on a positive note.
I love this place! The interior is elegant.
The drinks are great! They don't have super fruity sweet drinks but rather some bold, strong flavors. The first time I went, I got a drink with their sourdough bread & seaweed butter. It was a great snack that paired well with my drink. The second time I went, I got a drink with oysters! They tasted fresh, but a staff member rushed us a little because my friends and I were talking for a couple of minutes before beginning to eat them & he was worried the ice would start melting.
Service is always great, oysters are always fresh.
The only place in town we do/can go for good oysters, and the bread plate is delish. Only complaint is it gets very busy so get in early because there is not much seating, but that's also part of its charm. 10/10
We had dinner on Saturday about 6:00 PM.
The place is small and was full but our waiter found us a table pretty quickly. Ambiance and decor was nice, service even better. We had the clam stew, shrimp, Caesar salads and crab cakes. All the food was tasty, especially the clam stew. We'll certainly be back to try the sea bass.

You enter the door under the oyster sign on state street, The adventure begins with a long narrow hallway with Spaulding bricks . You know already you're in for a surprise. Another door and you've arrived into another time. The 1880's. I envisioned a time of ladies in long lacy white dresses with Bussels and frilly white umbrellas, entering thru the open door off umbrella alley. I was drawn here because I love oysters. . They were delish. The agua chili soup like nothing I've ever had, both flavors and presentation. We got more than oysters. While a little pricey for us, I recommend it because it is an experience beyond my ability to describe.

Good vibes waiters are always on point with service and recommendations great place for any couples celebrating anniversary etc
This is probably the best spot in the IE for oysters.
My wife took me here for my birthday and I wanted oysters but didn't want to drive to the coast. The service and ambiance was great. My wife had the sea bass, the way it was prepared and cooked was amazing. It was flaky and tender on the inside with a nice sear on the outside. The quality of the oysters were excellent. I like my oysters on the smaller side which seemed like all they had which was perfect. I had atleast 4 dozen. I would definitely go back.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Can come from a lot of places, people who don't want to get charged their cancellation fee or people who just have them and cant go.

almost all restaurants aren't affiliated with AT and I'm guessing it's mostly people wanting to not pay cancellation fees.
