Terrible wait time.
Extremely disorganized waitlist/line. Party of 4 waited over an hour to be seated and constantly told it will only be a short wait. They seated another party of 4 before us, probably because that party tipped them to let them in. The food is good but just order takeout.

Mulberry location. Always a pleasure , staff is always so kind I was in need of shrimp scampi and a good glass of wine. Always pleased , the scampi was so perfect and fresh! To top it off I had the s'mores ice cream cake of course . Always a good time.
Be the first to ReplyWe came here as we love carbone but couldn't get a res.
We arrived early for our reservation and they could not accommodate us so we just sat at the bar. The wine was good- I got the red Italian. We ordered the pizza rolls, Caesar salad and I got the meatballs and noodles. The meatballs tasted exactly like carbones but a little drier and the noodles were not in the right proportion for the amount of meatball that was there- way too much and made the dish very dry. The pizza rolls and Caesar were tasty and the Caesar had a nice kick to it. The couple next to us ordered sandwiches and we may try that the next time.
Be the first to ReplyCrazy busy, glad we got there when we did.
Place is loud with limited seating, but we didn't mind at all. Food was amazing! You've got to have the garlic bread as it was divine! I cleared my plate and that never happens.

Have to admit I was appauled by the treatment of employees at Parm. While there multiple employees cried openly due to the severe stress as DoorDashers stole food not belonging to them and dumped it on the street. I was unlucky enough to step in some. The people working there went above and beyond to help me after this and thanked me when I apologized for the way the dashers were treating them simply because nobody at fault would apologize but I am rating this restaurant low because clearly they are being treated like trash for plain Italian American food. It was ok, totally, but this is good you can make at home. Save your money and go to Nonnas, Lenny's, Spumoni Gardens, Serafina's, Lexington Pizza Parlor or any place off the street in Bensonhurt or learn to make Penne Vodka at home if you love their Rigatoni. Believe me it's not hard to make at home with marinara, chili flakes and heavy cream. You will get the same thing at the same price for larger proportions without seeing the cooks and security team pushed to tears and sobs. Maybe it was the day of the week but at the very least I wouldn't want to return to this location on a Sunday. And to the bosses running this place it is not difficult to shut off DoorDash, which I'm sure you're aware but have more interest in lining ur pockets. Treat your employees like human beings and your guests. Photo is of my brand new boot after employees helped me clean up. Thank you to the lovely workers here and I hope your employer learns your worth

Very bad service and the food is mediocre since they are focusing more on the door dash ordered. Save your time and money and just go to the one on TriBeCa or upper west.
Be the first to ReplyThe food is amazing as always! NYC favorite.
So happy they opened a 2nd location! Can't wait to go back! Staff is great food is outstanding
Be the first to ReplyCame across this spot after a day of shopping in soho.
Never been so pleased with food and service I have gotten every single time. PARM is by far my favorite place to eat now. The chicken parm is AMAZING as one would hope. I try to come here as much as I can despite it being a little over an hour and a half away. The energy every time we go in is amazing. The security guards are also GREAT. I'm not normally a good crazed person, but for PARM... I'm allllll about it! So thankful to have found this place. Shout out to FRANK & Erika, they really have the best vibes!

Impeccable and friendly service! Don't miss out on the garlic bread - go deluxe with the tomato sauce and ricotta cheese, it'll be worth it. The garlic bread made with their sesame hero which made it even more perfect. We also had their chicken parm plate with a side of pasta, perfect for sharing! We'll definitely be back!
Be the first to ReplyParm has six locations in New York and New Jersey.
I visited the Mulberry Street location. Positioned in the traditional Little Italy section of NYC, Parm appears inconspicuous and resembles the old Woolworth counter service (I am aging myself here). They have a few tables assembled outside for comfortable outdoor dining, something that avails itself to people-watching in a very trendy-yet-touristy section of Manhattan. I was immediately greeted by someone at the door who asked if I had a reservation, which I did not. It was late in the afternoon, not quite dinner time, and on a Friday in NYC, it was the perfect time to dine here. We opted to sit at the counter where we were immediately given cold glasses of water (hot, humid, funky NYC day) and a drink menu. I ordered a Blue Point beer and scrolled their simple menu. The menu allows for various eating demands, yet doesn't overwhelm with a zillion choices. From my vantage point, I was able to converse with the bartender (Emma, what a gem), Frank, and Sarah (server). I had a clear view of the exposed kitchen area. This location is no doubt their smallest venue, but within these four walls, they still hold true to the cuisine that is unique to the concept Parm exudes: simple, traditional, mom-and-pop sauce joint food with a twist.THE GROWS: The bathroom is tiny. Think 1970's phone booth meets airplane lavatory. It was THAT SMALL. But be thankful it isn't like other NYC restaurant bathrooms, somewhere in the bowels of a basement, past the terrifying dank and dark spaces that only NYC basements can produce. Between the heat outside and the heat from the exposed kitchen, it was warm in there. Nothing else egregious worth noting.THE GLOWS: My grows are petty when compared to the food. We started with the pesto arancini which were fresh, flavorful, and enveloped in a crust that screamed "eat me". We also shared the cucumbers in hot sauce. Sounds basic, but the cucumber slices were large, the hot sauce was spot on, and the blue cheese crumbles diffused the heat. Yum. Our two entrees were the pasta scampi--shrimp scampi tossed with penne, and the chicken parm platter. Fresh mozzarella topped the chicken parm and instead of the traditional red sauce over the fusilli, their platters are served with a spicy fusilli. Outrageous. If you are in the NYC area, it is definitely worth trying Parm. I'd recommend this particular location because of the impeccable service provided by Emma, Sarah, and Frank. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure our experience was top-notch. We will definitely be back!!!!!!!!!(Follow my foodie adventures on Insta, the Dining Deal Foodie.)

Chicken parm yum yum yummy in my tum tum tummy !!! I got the broccoli rabe with both vodka sauce and pesto. Excellent choice, not to pat myself of the back or anything .
Be the first to ReplyCame here with some friends on Saturday night.
The wait for a table was long but we were lucky enough to finally grab seats at the bar. Wema, our bartender, was friendly and made us some delicious cocktails. It only got better from there as Ryan, the manager, brought us out Garlic Knots and Pesto Balls on the house...both were incredible. For our mains, we had the spicy rigatoni, and meatball parm platter...again, amazing! I hadn't been here in quite some time, but intend to come back soon. Great experience!

As you can expect, the chicken and meatball parms are amazing here. I definitely prefer the chicken with the spicy rotini pasta which comes in the most delicious sauce. The chicken is perfectly fried and the portions are pretty big. I also love the chicken parm sandwiches for lunch. Both of the bread options are great and very fresh but I prefer the hero since it's bigger!

you have to get the pasta & mozz sticks here!!! surprisingly the actual parm wasn't the best the food: got the shrimp pasta, parm sandwich, mozz sticks, and meatballs. the mozz sticks were super crispy and loved the marinara sauce that comes on the side - but the real star was the super thick pasta that had amazing texture shrimp pops!the space: decent amount of space in the back!

One of my big plans on my trip was a stop for dinner in Little Italy. Heard great things about Parm. Sooo glad I chose this spot for my meal. Had the Chicken Parm Hero and tried the Mozzarella sticks. Both were incredible. The real highlight though was the staff. They were all so warm and inviting. Traveling solo can sometimes be tough, but I really enjoyed the conversation and suggestions. You all are awesome!I'll definitely be back and you can't go wrong with choosing this spot.

Would highly recommend if you're looking for a no-fuss dinner or lunch in the Soho area. The seating is fairly limited, so it would be difficult to get a group larger than 5/6 people all seated together. The portions are large by soho standards, so would recommend sharing a dish if you're not super hungry. Finally, the service was incredible. Our server was incredibly attentive and gave us wonderful recommendations.
Be the first to ReplyDecent American Italian food.
Feel like it once was great? Wish the food was warmer. Service was excellent!

I wanted to go here last Monday night, but the amount of delivery drivers blocking the entrance with their bikes and crowding the doorway prevented me from even being able to set foot in the restaurant unless I pushed my way through them. ย Walked past twice - sane issue over the course of half an hour.
Be the first to ReplyOrdered on Seamless and the food never came.
I tried calling them three times and no one answered the phone. Even after calling Seamless, Seamless couldn't reach the restaurant. Horrible customer service!

Small portions, rude bartender, and the food is fine, honestly nothing super special. I wish the quality lived up to the ambiance!
Be the first to ReplyThis was the best chicken parm I ever had.
Those bad reviews must be old or they're all probably sensitive people because the staff was nice and asked how we were enjoying the food and drinks. Also I was high but I know the sober me with agree that the chicken parm and fries was so fire just imagine how every else taste. I regret not trying the s'mores ice cream smh. I will be back.
