North Italia Irvine Reviews
Went for lunch last Sunday.
The environment was great and service was smooth with nothing to complain about. Food was okay --besides the three dishes in the photos, I also had a salad (arugula and avocado) and the soup of the day (it had veggie, peas and pork cube in it). Over
First time at this restaurant.
Ambiance is great, really nice decoration with access to patio area. I really appreciate they allowed to be seated with other family members still 5 min behind. I feel service could have been better with more attentions as a big party but overall wer
First of all the service was excellent.
Our server Kristina C. Was very friendly and attentive. She would check up on us and refill our drinks quickly. Everything was handled so efficiently and well. The only thing that might take off one star was the chicken pesto, which was mid. But sinc

The pasta was okay waaaaay too expensive for the price.
Though the truffle bread was amazing a must try! Came around 5:30pm right off the bat the host proceeded to be rude. Which set the tone of our experience. It's a beautiful place but it was our first time unfortunately & to have great reviews

Mass-produced AMERICAN-Italian-ish food served in a crowded noisy room/cafeteria. Pleasant staff cannot compensate for poor food. Che vergogna!

Wonderful service.
Thank you to Eric for an effortless experience from beginning to end right down to finding our lost glasses. We enjoyed outdoor seating which was shaded and nestled next to succulents and olive trees. For starters we had a farmers salad and spicy to

Every bite of the bolognese was packed with mouth-watering flavor, and the pesto-swirled margherita pizza was everything I dreamed of and more (albeit slightly stretchier than desired, but that's just how the mozzarella crumbles). A surprisingl
Had the arancini and the bolognese.
Arancini had a strong cheese flavor, with the right crisp on the outside. The bolognese was meaty and had great flavor, love how it plays well with the wide pappardelle pasta. Both were amazing, will definitely come back to try the other items.
Service was quick and food was tasty.
We were quoted 20 minutes till a table was ready but were seated in less than 5. Pizzas were great, loved the hot honey one. The vodka pasta was a little dry but decent. Would go back and try that kale salad and all the great breads!
Nice place, great ambiance.
Doors all left open, creates breezy atmosphere. However, flies and gnats are pests I don't enjoy at dinner. Table wobbly. Service, okay. Wife used the restroom. Not clean. Sink water running, toilet overflowing. Food was okay. Hot honey and pr

Pasta was just OK and very expensive. Probably would not go back.
Honestly, I thought the pasta was just OK. Overcooked and very expensive for pasta. I got takeout for my family and got the pesto pasta with chicken, the meatballs and spaghetti and the vodka pasta. None of them were great felt more like fast food ho
Great, Fresh Food
All good was made from scratch, and it was delicious! They also have a ton of gluten free options. We got the spicy rigatoni vodka, crushed meatball ragu, the Italian farm salad, and the hot honey and smoked prosciutto.
Great weekend brunch
Have been there multiple times and the food and experience continues to be consistently good. Went for brunch menu. Omelette ( a repeat order) was excellent as always. Spicy meatball pizza was great. Friendly service. Recommend getting a seat on the
Many food options, including gluten free
Was staying at a nearby hotel for business and ate here for both lunch and dinner. Both times it was very busy. Service was friendly but slower that what I am used to at home. Food was good and sensitives/allergies were taken into consideration.

All - round perfection! From beginning to end an A+ great attention, service, presentation and flavor! We all (family members) ordered different dishesโฆAll terrific! Canโt wait to go back! Thank you!!!
I don't know.
.. North just cannot seem to impress me. I've been around 3 times now, and I am consistently underwhelmed. The wait is far too long for the food. I think its location and ambiance are what keeps it highly attractive. But if you're looking for the bes

Food was delicious! Loved the calamari and prosciutto asparagus bruschetta. Dee was very sweet at the front and easy going when putting our name down.
White truffle bread 3.
5/5: the truffle taste was prominent however it was so hard/crispy that it was cutting up the roof of my mouth Spicy rigatoni vodka 4/5: honestly wished the noodles were a little bit softer. Hot honey & prosciutto pizza 3/5: wish there was more
Drinks on point.
Liked the atmosphere. It's a very big resturaunt. Only got the bruschetta which was okay. It's not really an intimate dining experience but it's good
We went for an after graduation celebration last Friday.
Food is great and service is excellent. We sat at the patio which is nice and cool. We love the experience and we will be back.
The worst.
... Worst... Worst experience. Such a racist place it is. We had a reservation at 7:15 but the lady at the entrance offered us seating on the outside, she said 5 minutes to set up the table. We waited till 8 PM with our 16 months baby but still no re

The best Italian food
Great atmosphere, service was fantastic. Food was too good. Everything we tried was great. They also have a great happy hour.
In all honesty, I came here expecting pretty good food.
However, I have to admit that my expectations were unfortunately not met. The food had somewhat of a good presentation, but unfortunately the most important part, the taste, wasn't so good. Food was bland and boring. It is pretty overrated & the r

North Italia in Irvine is a good concept poorly delivered.
The restaurant has a fun, bright, and lively feel. The menu looks good and the floor staff are all friendly. Great start. However, despite sharing food allergies with the staff our food was delivered carelessly with the allergens we communicated.

Food was ok for price point service was exceptional it was busy but everything was executed well. Drinks were ok. Overall ok experience
Great location.
Super great staff. Worst food I've ever had. The breakfast sandwich was absolutely disgusting and almost inedible. Most of our large party ordered it .... But did not eat it. Who ever came up the breakfast sandwich combo needs to find another job.
I eat here often and always bring out of town guests
I eat here often and always bring out of town guests because the food is always so great! We love it ! Yesterday however , I placed an order to go, arrived and waited what was really an unreasonable amount of time, and was shocked that my pizza was

A Chain Restaurant That Is Not Even Close to Real Italian
This is a very popular spot, with good service and a seasonal menu. Parking is, to say the lease, challenging and if you want valet, it will cost you $10. Not a good start. The restaurant is open and very nice. However, the name is very misleading
Great Italian food great service!
The restaurant was super busy. The staff tried to their hardest to get us in for a table of seven and was able to accommodate us. The food in the service was fantastic. Definitely, this is a spot that you should check out if youโre in the Irvine ar
Inhospitable bar
Let's start on a positive note. I definitely recommend sitting in the dining area. The servers work well as a team, dropping off dishes and attending to customers' needs. Isabel was an outstanding server, and all who helped during our meal were frien

Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience

If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to North Italia Irvine at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the North Italia Irvine page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FluffyStar64, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* FluffyStar64 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FluffyStar64 for any questions Peter may have as FluffyStar64 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FluffyStar64 now uses their connections at North Italia Irvine to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FluffyStar64 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FluffyStar64 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FluffyStar64's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at North Italia Irvine!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
