Wonderful time spent in this pretty restaurant... Warm welcome, tasteful decor, very pleasant service and absolutely delicious meal. Original, fine and refined cuisine, with quality products. Excellent wines.

Booked this restaurant in advance during our Valentine's Day stay. Necessary because Mova is highly sought after by customers...Discovery menu, 6 courses is highly recommended. We took champagne as an accompaniment. Friendly welcome and super dishes. Real gems. Interesting...we were served by a look-alike of the famous English conductor, Jules Buckley of the Heritage Orchestra.

In our last visit to Paris this has been the best place we ate in. From a price/quality perspective is very good, the quality of food and the care for the guests is absolutely excellent. We enjoyed any single dish, the contrasts were very well balanced and innovation found its way meanwhile satisfying any need. On top of this, the menu changes every 2 weeks.. so.. worth coming back!
Be the first to ReplyVery pleasant moment! Except table neighbors who were disrespectful of the work of the entire team.
Great cuisine, very sweet and warm. I would say that it is reassuring cuisine. We had a very pleasant time. The servers are really great, very pleasant. Even if sometimes with the noise we couldn't hear very well. Everything was very good apart from the fact that on the next table there was a family very disrespectful of the work of the waiter and the kitchen, who allowed themselves to take the hand (very inappropriate gesture) of the waiter to then reproached him and later in the evening, the father took the liberty of criticizing my physique and my tattoos. Me and my companion found ourselves really sorry to see that people, under the cover of their statue, allow themselves gestures and reproaches. (Constructive negative criticism is not serious but there was nothing constructive there..)

Refined six-course menu at a very reasonable price for Paris. Very tasteful and beautifully presented plates. It would have been nice to have another starter or main course instead of the second dessert. Super friendly service. Reservations are essential.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food and a well thought out wine flight that is budget friendly but still delivers..
Great food wine flight at a fantastic price for Paris. You’d be surprised at the menu .. what might sound so so still comes out amazing, Two adults and a teenager had such an enjoyable time. Arrive early and grab a cocktail or two at the chilled out bar opposite if there’s space…

Simple but bright decor…. In terms of cuisine, it’s really delicious and refined….We loved the cod and also the wonderfully cooked octopus…The duck with artichoke cream is an anthology dish!!! The desserts are of the same level…. The original and intelligent food/wine pairing….(especially a Sicilian wine!!!) Very small downside...We would like a meat dish (poultry or beef!) The two desserts are a little too close...Although exquisite!!! Maybe some sweet treats????? Certainly the happiness we feel is due to the quality of the food but also to the warm and efficient service... We feel the passion that drives this team and which they share with humor. Ultimately, a jubilant moment especially since the quality/price ratio is ideal!!!!!

Mova was recommended to me and I give it a rave! Really creative cuisine and the limited but exquisite menu gives you lovely options. I went for the 3-course lunch (appetizer, main dish, dessert) and loved all the courses. The crema de ajo appetizer was outstanding, truly memorable. The service is friendly, not fussy. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere, and a nice wine list. Worth a detour!

Very nice address with a simple menu but executed with excellence. The combinations are original, the products are quality, the service is pleasant. A restaurant where we like to return. One of my favorite addresses in Paris.

Tuesday evening. The restaurant is on a small neighborhood road, but filled quickly and seems like a lot of locals who all seemed to be having a good time. Service was very friendly. We had the menu degustation with wine. The dishes were well executed, everything was familiar French cuisine but also surprising and manageably light. The veal was standout. Wine pairings worked well. For the price - about USD100 per person for the degustation menu and 6 glasses of paired wines, this scores well on the PQR ratio. I would definitely go back.

We had big expectations for this restaurant given that it had receiceved a mention in the Michelin guide and had rather good reviews in Trip Advisor. Yet the expectations were not met and the tasting menu of 39 euros was a disappointment. The entrée was a very sweet mix of tomatoes and cooked mozzarella mousse which was a bit lame. and tasteless. The second dish was the worst - a soup of some kind of lobster foam with a cod that tasted like scrambled egg while the other objects (maybe grilled aubergine or mushrooms and croutons) in the soup remained as a myster. The soup was also served in a wooden bowl which did affect the taste. The main dish, pig with salad was a pleasent one and was the highlight of the menu (in this context). The desert was, however, again a disappointment as it tried to incorporate an interesting element, peas, into the sweet desert but without any success. In addition to the food, one of the waitress was rather clumsy and spilled water to us and dropped forks etc. It was also very hot in the restaurant, regardless of the air condition (it was s very hot day though so this is not a big complaint). Would not recommend.

Very casual for lunch, although not a Michelin star service with the front man yawning neither the food.
Will come back for lunch to try the dinner menu hopefully better. Thank you anyway
