A clean, spacious and relaxing hotel
I stayed here on the day I went to Disneyland. The room had 4 beds, but it was spacious, clean, and relaxing. The staff greeted me cheerfully and I had a pleasant stay. It seemed like most of the guests were staying before or after visiting Disney Resort. Breakfast was buffet style and the restaurant was spacious enough, but I had to line up around 8:00 to get in. There was a wide variety of Western and Japanese food available, and it was delicious. The Wi-Fi was more than fast enough and I was able to enjoy watching videos without any stress. I was able to use the large public bath on the 7th floor until 9:00 the next morning. There seemed to be a shuttle bus from Disney Resort.
First trip with children
This was my first time using this facility for a family trip to Disney. First of all, I was surprised at how spacious the room was. My 2-year-old was delighted with the design and interior, which was designed with children in mind, and the Dream Switch, and I was also very grateful as a parent for the peace of mind. However, there were a few points that bothered me. The bathroom had noticeable black mold (near the window) and dirt (in the washing area) that seemed to have built up over time and could not be removed, and there were stains on the sofa and carpet in the room. The number of microwaves and elevator halls was small compared to the number of rooms, and it was difficult to move around, so the flow from the elevator to the guest room was very inconvenient. I think these are things that cannot be fixed by daily cleaning and inspection, but if there are any renovations, I would like them to be improved. It's a good value, so I think it will be difficult, but I would like it if there was a little more luxury and a sense of the extraordinary so that I could see the continuation of my dream. The staff and bus driver were very friendly and I had a pleasant stay. I was happy that some people called out to me when they saw my child's clothes, and some people greeted me as a guest just like an adult. Thank you very much for this opportunity.
Average hotel with great service
Wonderful service by all staff Room was spacious with foot massager and kettle etc Breakfast bar was amazing However room was outdated and carpet was very stained and dirty everywhere. Stayed in room 4046 with good views
The entrance was also at the breakfast venue, which was disappointing.
Perhaps it can't be helped given the high volume of customers who come in, but the floor mat at the entrance was always wrinkled and I tripped over it. I once told a staff member about it and they fixed it, but the same thing happened again the next day. I think it's very dangerous for small children. One of the staff at the breakfast venue was roughly stirring the food that had been set out, making a lot of noise. Also, when replacing bowls that were being heated in a hot water bath, I saw them carelessly stacking the original water-soaked bowl on top of the new bowl, and then roughly transferring the leftovers into it. It felt like I was being fed somehow, and I couldn't enjoy my food.
A couple in their 60s had a great time!
The front desk was very friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was more substantial than we expected, so we, a couple in our 60s, had a comfortable stay without any hassle. The direct bus to DisneySea made it easier to get there than the partner hotel, which was an odd distance away, and we plan to stay here again next time. The morning sun streamed in from the wide east-facing balcony, which felt great. There was a foot massager in the room, which was very helpful. There were no bottled water in the fridge, so we bought some from the vending machine, but the regular price was reasonable.
The amenities are limited, but it's comfortable!
Stayed here for Disney. There aren't many other hotels with 4-bed rooms, so it was a relief. However, perhaps because it was a large room, it was located at the very end of the hotel, and too far from the elevator. It was quite difficult for families with children. Also, since many hotels these days provide amenities such as lotion, we ended up leaving without anything, which was a problem. I understand the eco-consciousness, but to be honest, I wish there was a lotion, milk, and cleansing lotion. The kids' space in the hotel and the staff were very friendly! There is a shuttle bus to Disney every 10 minutes in the morning, which is convenient. However, the roads are crowded in the morning, so you should allow at least 30 minutes to arrive!

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I've reached out to customer support about this several times with no response, not sure what to do in this station. Hoping someone can advise.

I have a prepaid reservation, but I'm allowed to transfer that reservation to others for a price that I set (up to the total price I paid).
For selling POSTPAID reservations, do I charge the buyer the full amount of the reservation when transferring? And then the buyer pays something on top of that (which is what is listed in the AppointmentTrader listing?)
Major Issue for Seller
My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.

Just wanted to put this out there as I find it quite weird. AT will hold money if your sell through rate is to low. I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. It seems weird to punish sellers for listings not selling.

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!
