Service wasn't the best, wasn't asked for a name, nor was I given my receipt after making the order. My burgers were fine, but my grandmother chicken was burnt and crisp, so she drowned it in mayo. The fries were also slightly burnt.

m. they absolutely crush it. The speed of light they put every other McDonald's in the metro to shame. I am able to get a lot of orders in an hour done because they are so on it. Take notes other McDonald's. No one likes to wait 35 minutes in the drive-through line every night

I've been going to this location for almost a year and never had issues until tonight the forgot items the cashier was vaping at the window and when I came back to collect my missing item the woman at the window replied to a coworker "I guess she's missing something." Once again, ordered something simple and they manage to still mess it up. Hamburger, no pickle or mustard. Take it back and the manager gets an attitude with me. I simply said my order was made wrong and I was given the wrong drink. Having worked at a McDonald's in the past, it isn't hard to follow tickets and it's a managers job to fix wrong orders.. with a smile. If you find yourself hungry and close to this one, do yourself a favor and go down the street to burger King. The blondish male manager who works the late shift could use some time off.

Apparently mocking people's accents is acceptable at this McDonald's. 4215 Rainbow Blvd, Kansas City, KS I was told to come inside because my issue with this drive-through employee needed to be dealt with. When I went inside the manager says I need to close the doors, I'm going to call the cops. I asked "For what?" She denied having cameras of the drive-through interaction. My husband informed her we have the evidence recorded ourselves. She refused to give me her name or look at the video evidence of her employee's behavior.

Dude had an attitude and if it weren't for my kids being in the car, I would have been glad to climb through the damn window to put his ass in check and knock his teeth in. I mean I understand it's McDonald's but the least you could do is not interrupt me and let me tell you my order. Then when I get to the window don't tell me I didn't tell you no ice and argue with me about the situation. Your ass wasn't listening to a damn thing I was saying because you were too damn busy interrupting me telling me to hurry up and shit. Bottom line I said no ice because y'all dumbasses like to fill the cups with more ice than the actual drink. Shittiest McDonald's I've been too out of all of the shitty McDonald's down here.
