Lysée New York Reviews from The Last Year
Great boutique style hotel
Cannot say enough great things about this place. The staff are incredible, they truly make you feel special. Breakfast is very nice. European style, with eggs cooked the way you wish. When we inquired about gluten free restaurants nearby, Sebastian went out of his way to email us suggestions. Clean, comfortable rooms and the location is incredible. 10 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and of course the shopping in and around Champs-Élysées. Just a very quaint, modest hotel that makes you feel comfortable in Paris. We highly recommend it, and will stay here again on our next trip to Paris.
Very clean, updated, and GREAT location. Will be back. Sebastian gave us some great restaurant choices within easy walk
Very clean rooms on quiet street. No noise from adjacent rooms. Sebastian behind the desk was very helpful. Location is great, just off Champs Elyses. If you’re from US - bring adapters (all hotels in Europe are 220). Two pins. Don’t forget good walking shoes - Paris is a walking city. We didn’t use Metro, but I’m told it’s great. Get a museum pass, and reserve museum entry times on each museum’s website. Off season is great (weather and crowds)- we were there end of March ‘24.
Wonderful Paris Hotel
This is a modern and beautiful hotel, one minute from the Champs Elysee. Staff are extremely friendly, professional, willing to go the extra mile for their guests. Although rooms are a little small, they are well equipped and very comfortable. Breakfast is also very good. We highly recommend this hotel. Wonderful,!!
Don't look elsewhere
Warm welcome, impeccable room, ideal location - almost on the Champs Elysées. I highly recommend this boutique hotel. The breakfast is generous. Don't look for another place, this hotel is for you if you come as a couple, for work or with family.
Rainy days in Paris
Service was very nice and helpful, the location is really perfect very close to the metro. In general we can recommend the hotel. The room (we had a superior) are a bit small that is the only „negative“ I can say. Very very positive was the staff around there. All of them where very helpful, friendly and kind to us.
Comfort in the very center of Paris.
Excellent hotel with comfortable accommodation right on the Champs Elysees. Clean and comfortable rooms. The whole family liked it. Next time we will stay at this hotel. Very responsive and qualified staff, ready to help in any matter. Relatively good breakfasts.
Great value for the price
The hotel is in a perfect location, just a few meters from the Champs Elysee and very close to the Arc de Triomphe. Although the rooms are small, they are very comfortable, clean and in perfect condition. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
Tip Top !
Superb hotel and wonderful welcome! Very good breakfast, spacious and very clean room. Modern and warm decoration. Perfect for a professional or tourist stay. Ideally located a stone's throw from the Champs Elysées for all my meetings.
Excellent experience
Very pleased with the experience. Excellent client service. Simple, small, aesthetic and clean. Excellent location near the metro. Nice price. Recommended 100%. I plan to return in summer.
Great hotel
Location is great. Room is clean and comfortable. Also, it is larger than other hotels rooms. Breakfast is delicious and great. I will stay there, if I will visit the Paris. Stuffs are friendly and helpful.

Prepaid Reservation Fee

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
