Lucky Chan - Dim Sum and Sushi Parlour Bengaluru Reviews from The Last Year
Outrageous ! Overhyped ! Horrible
I ordered Veg Cheese dumplings. 4 puny pieces - not even hot and the bill Rs.520/- Never again to this place. Horrible !!!
Cute setting for Jap & Chinese cuisine
Friendly ambiance. Nice table, seating arrangements both instead & outside in the open. Elegant setting with pink floral designs. Interesting, tasty Japanese, Chinese cuisine. There’s a sushi bar, inside. f&b reasonably priced. Service can be improved. Serving staff needs to be know more about the offerings, & be more attentive to diners.
Overpriced for the quantity they serve.
Food and ambiance is decent. The portion size is too small for the price we paid. We had also ordered the vegetarian Dimsums which are tiny, size of a one rupee coin, and 4 pcs cost 465₹. We had orders 2 portions and didn’t feel it worth. The sushi’s are decent.

Prepaid Reservation Fee

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
