$30 per guest cancellation fee. Patio dining is dependent on weather. Cute floral aesthetics. "Smart chic dress code." Cocktail was great. Scones were delicious. Pass on the crab Benedict. Service was pleasant. Parking at the deck was free on Saturday. If you're looking to dine here for brunch on a weekend at a specific time, you better make your reservation on Resy at least 3 weeks ahead of time. One day I'm looking at all the available times and a few days later, the options have dwindled. Fortunately, I snagged a 12pm reservation on a Saturday for the patio. If the weather is bad, the reservation would be cancelled. (The weather was great when I went with some friends.) Just an FYI, they charge $30 per guest if you cancel the reservation outside the free cancellation time. I was a little skeptical on the food and drinks based on the reviews I read. Decided on the crab Benedict and it was not seasoned enough in my opinion.. had to request for salt and pepper to make it somewhat better. The eggs were poached just right. Wouldn't order this again. Friends and I split the scone basket, which comes with three scones that they baked for the day. We received two blueberry and one cranberry. They come with a side of strawberry compote and cream. They came out warm and tasted delicious. Not too sweet or dry. For my cocktail, ordered the rosé sangria, which came with rose reminiscence. The smell of roses elevated the drink. Not too sweet either. I saw a table nearby order one of their mocktails and it looked good too. Wish I had the chance to try it. Aesthetics were great for pictures. Unfortunately didn't get a chance to walk inside. The service was pleasant. No complaints there. They gladly took photos of my group. They must take a lot of photos for guests. Parking at the deck nearby was free on Saturday. That was a pleasant surprise. Truly would rate this place a 3.5/5 but rounded up. I'd probably return for the cocktails/mocktails and would have to try some other food on their menu or just come for tea time.
