The pork & shrimp fritters are tasty, comes with a sauce, Tom yum soup with shrimp is good balance of tangy & salty, large portion, Panang curry with chicken is spicy good. Decor is dark with hanging floral greenery, table has its own lamp, there are 2 other small levels of seating including a long bar counter for stools, big open kitchen, 1 gender neutral restroom.

Mediocre overall if they didn't try to upsell the larb that wasn't even on the menu. Pad Thai was fine - missing tamarind, peanut sauce driven. Chicken was good. Roti was fluffy and expected. Pork Larb was so bad - the dish we wanted (sausage) was not available and we asked if they had larb. They said yes and delivered the larb obviously trying to create on the spot. Chopped flavorless pork. Would appreciate more if they told us they dont do it and not qualify to serve it. It was dry, flavorless, textureless , ruined the whole meal. Service was slow. We expressed the larb was bad and heard nothing back. Would not come back.

I've come here about 10+ times and it's always great. The staff is friendly and the vibes are nice!! We always get the morning glory, pineapple fried rice with sausage, pad see ew, and massuman curry

My friend and I were just looking for a place to eat nearby and happened to find this restaurant. When you walk in, it feels very fancy and is well-decorated which was nice and would be a good place to go for dates or hangouts! We ordered pad thai and it was pretty solid (I asked for extra spicy and they were able to do that, which is great). We also ordered the wrapped shrimp (not pictured and forgot the name) which was really good to share. The waiter was very friendly and the food came out pretty fast as well. I would come back here if I am in the area again!

10/10 dining experience, everything from the food to the service to the ambiance is perfection. Totally worth it!
Be the first to ReplyWe came in for a post-work nosh with a group of 6.
We arrived at 5:30pm, which is opening time, so we didn't have any wait and had the place to ourselves for a while. Their drinks are strong. Great bang for your buck. I had the pork slider and wow wow, it was so flavorful and tender. Would 10/10 recommend. They had these dumplings that are basically rice rolls wrapped around shrimp, which were just OK. I think I would've preferred regular dumplings. Staff were very nice and service was very attentive. I would definitely come back for post-work nosh and drinks again!

I feel so bad riding this review because everybody at the table really loved their food. However, I got the chicken pad Thai and the chicken smelled like poop.

Good Thai food!! Got the Pad Sieew and In Honor of the King to share with a friend. I liked the Pad Sieew a bit more, felt the flavors were stronger. The In Honor of the King dish comes with curry rice, which I thought was pretty good. The dishes on the "Special" menu do come out a bit slower (they estimate ~30 min on the menu) so def plan ahead for that if you want to order something from that part of the menu. Service was pretty good as well :)
Be the first to ReplyVery good Thai food.
The service is great and the ambiance very nice and quiet. I had a soup that I never had before and I could almost have asked for seconds. We would definitely return to try out more on the menu.
Be the first to ReplyGenerous amount of seafood in their dishes.
Good quality food. Pleasant experience. Will come back again.
Be the first to ReplySimple small restaurant with adequate menu for Thai food.
Good service and spices, seasoning of the food was excellent.
Be the first to ReplyLoved the chicken pie entree looks like an empanada lol.
The food was good and service was fantastic.
Be the first to ReplyWow! Service was awesome.
Food incredible. Interior design pretty. Prices solid. The grilled flavor of the Thai basil was sooo unique & worthy of a happy dance. I literally think this Thai restaurant can have #2 spot now. If you can wow me with a completely subtle flavor than your competition & the presentation is also beautiful, you deserve a higher rank on the list! The spring rolls were great as well. I loved the touch lamps on the tables.Any restaurant that delivers a flower garden photo opp is a winner in my book. So pretty. And, any restaurant that keeps a candle lit in their bathroom values their customer experience. Lol Now, I don't know who came up with the name or if the chef is blasian, but it very much is a standout name. HahaGo, enjoy!!!

Beautiful botanicals - almost forget it's NYC. My party was seated promptly- we came for lunch and it wasn't hectic. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. I do wish the tables were set before we were seated, but that was a minor thing. We ordered a variety of things on the menu and everything was delicious. You just try the papaya salad if nothing else, but the veggie dumplings and chive cakes were delicious too. Everyone loved their entree - I had the noodles with the whole chicken leg which was a large serving, but delicious. I highly recommend this spot. Good for an intimate dinner of for large groups.
Be the first to ReplyReally good pad Thai and the coconut soup was fantastic.
I'd highly recommend this restaurant.

There aren't many good, affordable places in fidi, but this is definitely one of them! I've been here several times now (sometimes multiple times in the same weekend!) and I do plan on being a regular here. The interior is pretty nice, albeit a bit off-putting at times with string lights that blink in odd intervals. They also have all sorts of seating from regular dining tables, to picnic tables with benches, to bar seating. Pad Kee Mao - 4.5/5 Would have given this a five if quality was more consistent. Sometimes, there's very little sauce and relatively low quantity, while other times it's overflowing with sauce and quantity. Overall though, one of the best plates of pad kee mao I've had, although it is quite mild in terms of spice levels. Pad Se Ew - 3.5/5 Very standard Pad Se Ew. Unless if you have an incredibly low spice tolerance or just really like sweet things, would opt for the Pad Kee Mao instead.Ped Panang Curry - 3.5/5 Even though on the menu it says to order 30 min in advance, in all the times I've been here, I've never had to wait more for this than any other dish on the menu. With that being said, the curry itself is quite good, but the meat is dry. Not sure if this is the case, just for the duck or also the other Panang curries. The rice is also a bit undercooked/hard, but not a dealbreaker.

A wonderful addition to the area and great for large groups! My group was seated in the back, which put us away from the smaller parties in the front, which was great for all diners, probably. The fried chive cakes is a must-try, and I also liked their mini dumplings! For main, I got the panang curry with mock duck. So good! Menu says medium, but it was on the milder side for me. The portion size was enormous, and I had a good amount to take home. My dining companions also enjoyed their meals, including one who was trying Thai food for the first time. The restaurant is so spacious! And I always enjoy being able to see the kitchen. I also appreciated that they refilled my hot water pot for the tea I ordered.
Be the first to ReplyFood was mediocre, very slaw service.
It took more than 45 for the main dish to arrive. The chicken fried rice was good.

I was excited for more dining options in the FiDi area, but I don't see myself returning anytime soon. The interior decorations are super nice and it's shocking how spacious the inside was. I had high expectations for the food but our meal fell short. Overall it feels like large quantities of fast food, and quality was lacking. The Ped Yum was huge, and neither of us could finish. The duck was generous in quantity but pretty dry and unseasoned. The other items in the salad just didn't didn't feel cohesive, and felt like a bunch of ingredients dumped on a plate together. I understand that's the definition of a salad but this dish felt particularly unimpressive. The calamari was very large -- each ring is super big and the squid is very chewy. I guess some people might like that texture but again it was lacking in flavor in my opinion. I feel like this place has potential given the beautiful interiors and location (we really need more good restaurants in FiDi!) but the food did not leave a great impression on me.

I love Thai food and this place is very close to my apartment. I can't speak to the dine-in experience bc I always get takeout (once/ week) so this review is about the food. I've had the pad Thai, drunken noodles, scallion cakes and spring rolls several times. It's the most flavorful Thai food I've had. The pad Thai has a perfect balance of sweet and spicy and it's never dry (like many places), same great balance of flavors for the drunken noodles. The scallion cakes have great flavor and texture and the dipping sauce is light and delicious, same for the spring rolls. I'm summary, the food will have you saying OMG! after every bite.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent food with great ambiance too.
Basil chicken was fantastic. This is my regular go to in the financial district.

Absolutely phenomenal, what a find! Adorable place with lovely floral decor, spaced out tables, an open kitchen, and even some split level seating. The food was INCREDIBLE. The Honey Moo Slider with grilled honey glazed pork loin was one of the best things I've ever eaten. Also had the pineapple fried rice which was delicious, and my friend ordered the chicken puff pastry and panang curry, both of which were also perfectly spiced and super tasty. Drank a Thai iced tea that was just the right level of sweet!Prices were very affordable for the portion sizes and service was excellent. What a hidden gem, I'll definitely be back!
Be the first to ReplyAmazing service and food.
Great that there's a Thai place that sells dishes beyond Pad Thai. Had the salted egg yolk papaya salad, chive dumplings, calamari, frog legs, and fried snapper. Everything was devoured happily. And Kenny and Ti, our servers, were warm, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Delicious food, friendly service, great atmosphere - everything we could ask for. What a gem in the Financial District.Highly recommend the the Honey Pork Slider and Karee Puff for appetizers as well as the Honey Pork Fried Rice if you go for brunch.
Be the first to ReplyI dined here with a friend.
ย We both ordered the same exact meal, for an even split. ย The young, male waiter brought my friend a plate with utensils, but did not provide me with any plate of utensils. Then they brought out my friend's entree, but did not bring me any entree. When we inquired where my meal was, they said they did not prepare it. ย We put my order in a second time. ย It was an awkward dining experience as my friend was eating and I had nothing to eat. ย When they finally brought out my meal, it was entirely the wrong order. ย The meat ย (that I did not want or order) was not fresh and tasted a bit rotten. ย I think they forced it on me because they knew it was going bad.I ended up eating and paying for food that I did not order and did not want.I had to watch my friend eat separately. ย Then my friend had to watch me eat separately.Probably the worst dining experience I had.
