Le Nautique Restaurant Reviews from The Last Year
great waterfront restaurant
We didn't eat in the restaurant, but had a drink at the pool bar - the atmosphere is great with a wonderful sea view. And the service was absolutely top notch. We will definitely eat here on our next visit to La Digue!
Holiday food
Today we went out to eat as a family of four. To be clear, the few points we got are not for the food and the ambience. The food and the atmosphere made it a very nice evening. The only thing that surprised us was the request to call a taxi because it was raining and we had a half-hour walk to the hotel. Despite asking, we were told they didn't know the number. That's surprising despite two courses per person and two bottles of wine plus a tip. Luckily the neighboring restaurant was able to call a taxi. This service still needs to be worked on.
Perfect
Cool place. Right on the beach. The prices are a bit high though. The food was delicious. Great service! The drink prices are fair.
Memorable upscale oceanfront dining
Pork belly appetizer (245 SCR) was an amazing combination of sweet, salty, crispy, and juicy. Calamari appetizer (245 SCR) had perfectly battered squid rings. Garlic king prawns were large, sweet and meaty. Glazed seared tuna in the fish trio (495 SCR with jobfish and snapper) was tender and sweet. Chocolate lover dessert (220 SCR) with chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream was rich and decadent. Restaurant opens for dinner at 6:30PM. Located oceanfront with views of the sunset and of Praslin. Seating is assigned so not guaranteed a table along the water. Service is exceptional. Jenny was efficient and friendly. Reservations recommended. Best meals we had in Seychelles.
Idyllic setting
Great experience, beautiful surroundings and very nice food. I would put a downside on the quantity (it's too abundant, particularly on the accompaniments). The main one is very good and perfectly cooked for the fish. Given the previous comment I chose the chocolate lover. And the cake would have deserved to be smaller and more runny. That said, I'm a little picky and the address is worth stopping at.
Excellent sea view restaurant
Restaurant with beautiful location, very good Creole-international cuisine. I highly recommend the dish with beef, truly remarkable. Expenses in line with La Digue restaurants (expensive but not more than the others), service ok. I would stay here again!
Very good dinner
Very good restaurant on the water's edge. Very attentive staff. Delicious food. Special mention for the Chocolate Lover dessert that my husband loved.
Perfect !
Visiting the Digue for a day we decided to have lunch in the Nautilus. No reservation needed. Beach front terrace with air. Super friendly staff and efficient service. The meal was excellent ! The tender homemade fish and chips with delicious breading and not at all greasy. My husband had the shrimp tacos and he enjoyed it! The view is beautiful. Count around 350 for the dish, it's totally worth it
Wonderful waterfront dining experience!
The waterfront view was beautiful and refreshing because of the delightful breeze. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. I am very fortunate to be a guest in this hotel!
Marvelous
Wonderful place, super welcome.. I can only recommend it! Very good and very attentive to children, despite it being a very adult place. Highly recommended

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
