Disorienting - Comforting
So what can I say.... Driving 1 hour to eat in a restaurant is not common. But here I was already very intrigued by this restaurant and moreover on the eve of the holidays it was the right opportunity. So what can I say.... Just extraordinary and frankly hearty dishes and as stated in the title - comforting - We are not sure about the cuisine I look for my meat behind my radish :) but in voluptuous, hearty, delicious and consistent. From starter to dessert everything was perfect, the service also with good humor and professionalism. In these cases, the driving time is totally secondary and I will come back and recommend it too (to good eaters :) :))
La Fontaine was talking about rowing!
La Fontaine spoke of feathering and I of plumage, a writer's affair, of flesh, and not of the good pulpit of an eponymous corner! The Confessional to confess the excesses of good flesh, the heady wines, the dishes with sauces and the moments of perdition are not sins of the flesh! The penitents of molecular cuisine or vegan salad bowls will move on and that’s a good thing! The table is rare, and the place to conquer... we fish there, no doubt like the fatted calf, but in line! Places are earned and hell is full! Jesus is at the end of the andouillette...but don't confess it!

an exceptional romantic dinner
from aperitif to dessert, all in sweetness, flavor and fragrance as a starter the essential marrow bone, as a main course the confit leg of lamb, a tender, tasty meat and a delight. for dessert, crème brulée, the real one, the good one, the creamy one. all washed down with a red chorey les baune grow a free Armagnac if you want to eat well with good products, don't hesitate the service is great, kindness and smile are the key words
A moment out of time
Small charming restaurant adjoining a magnificent abbey. Entering the establishment is surprising, we swore we found ourselves in a small flea market. The room is warm and in keeping with the surrounding landscape. We were very well received and had an excellent time. The menu of this establishment is small but perfectly mastered. The mark of good restaurants I think. We had beef snout and stuffed mushrooms as a starter. It was already very rich but we didn't give up and followed it up with a duck leg confit and a chicken breast on a bottle of Pomerol... Perfect! Well prepared, we still wanted to try the desserts and set our sights on a chocolate mousse and a crème brûlée. Wonderful. In short, we will come back to it and we invite you to do the same. Bravo to the chef and thank you for welcoming the young woman at the service. You were perfect!

Discovery and happy!
The slate is varied and allows all guests to choose. The starters are tempting and match the description perfectly. No surprises or undefined ingredients. The (local) dishes as expected, plates garnished and succulent as desired. (no need to bring a bag of fries when you go out). For once, I let myself be tempted by fish, cod! A real treat, cooked to perfection with leeks. The desserts, top of the line. I insisted on the rum baba despite being told that it was not homemade, I don't regret it. The accompanying bread is a real killer. As it was my birthday, we were tempted by an Irish at the end of the meal. I was amazed, it's been a long time since I was amazed by a meal of this size. Impeccable and friendly room service, rare these days. Anyway, I'll be back as soon as possible.

what can I say about this restaurant.... perfect and wonderful..... with each dish I rediscover sensations that I unfortunately no longer find elsewhere... run young people....to go there......before this type of restaurant no longer exists

Prepaid Reservation Fee

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
