Kussmaul Wien Reviews from The Last Year
Good value for money.Austrian and international food
Very central restaurant. Good value for money. We ordered the typical schnitzel in Vienna, very good and crispy, for dessert sacher torte and tiramisu, both very sweet. With a 60 euro Austrian wine we came out to €156 for three people. A recommendable place .
Average dining experience
I had a fabulous appetizer, the antipasti mixti, which paired well with their white wine, muskatellar. It was too much for one person so I ate what I could and moved on to ordering my main course. I chose the risotto funghi, which arrived quickly but was undercooked and salty. I switched wines to try their grüner veltliner federspiel rotes tor, which had a surprising taste for a gruner veltliner. I am slightly disappointed at the main but the appetizer was so good that I rate the full experience average.
Delicious and well-prepared meals!
Very tasty and well prepared meal. Friendly service. Cozy interior. Centrally located yet quiet. Recommended!
Don’t miss out!
Absolutely fantastic Michelin Star restaurant and bar. Wonderful and delicious cooked foods and an amazing selection of wines and spirits. Veal ribs were out of this world. 100% recommended this place.
The Michelin guide does not disappoint.
Chosen at the last minute. Reservation made in a few moments. It is an option for a lunch break if you are in the center of Vienna, but want to avoid the tourist spots. International cuisine at a good price and good service.
Good food and nice place
Good service! The place looks very nice, looks very fancy, but the price was low and good! Food and drinks are very good! :)
This is not Michelin star restaurant
I don’t understand how this place got the Michelin star. Firstly I ordered beef wok and the meat was so overcooked - chewy like gum.I returned the meal and the waiter told me that he later tasted it and said it was medium but for me definitely not. Because I didn’t like the wok I ordered penne arabiata and the pasta was soft as mud it was far away from al dente. Altough the sauce was good and also the wine we ordered was good we did not enjoy our dinner. The waiter looked like he did not wanna be there. I do not recommend this restaurant , we didn’t read the reviews prior and now we regret it.
Sorry to the Owners, but they should hunt for Michelin Stars; the soup is very tasty, but the rest is not worth it
Really, because it has supposed Michelin stars, I expected more; very bad, not worth it; very expensive because it is bad and does not deliver what it promises; It's a shame to give a bad review, but I really don't recommend it.
A place to remember
The food is excellent and the service is absolutely fantastic! Kind and smiling personnel in a modern atmosphere. I certainly recommend this restaurant
No interest, we absolutely did not understand the recommendation of the Michelin guide
Besides the fact that the card lacks identity (American, Italian and Austrian) ...if each dish was independently well prepared, there would be no problem but when you are served spaghetti carbonara which turns out to be linguini cut with cream and bacon… it’s worthy of a canteen! An unseasoned carpaccio, a tagliata without any interest, we still don't understand the Michelin guide's recommendation which made us make a bad choice this evening. Friendly and responsive service.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Can come from a lot of places, people who don't want to get charged their cancellation fee or people who just have them and cant go.

almost all restaurants aren't affiliated with AT and I'm guessing it's mostly people wanting to not pay cancellation fees.
