🤢 2/5 - Best dish from here was the Bourbon Tres Leches--flavorful

Best dish from here was the Bourbon Tres Leches--flavorful with a hint of bourbon with just enough sweetness and contrasted by the kumquat. Overall all the dishes fell short of expectations. They were either too one noted with not enough separation of flavors or one component of the dish was too salty. For $79/pp with a $21 supplement, I would've expected a bit more. Seems like the dishes could never find the balance it sought to achieve with barely any hints of striking Korean flavors I've become accustomed to. This place is trying to be low key and it under-delivers on that as well. With a price like that it's hard to justify...as infatuation said "a massive candlelit sauna."Servers were great though! Attentive, fast, and can explain each dish in great detail. Also, what's with the presentation of the pork jowl? lol
