Its a tiny restaurant in the 14th, about a 5-10 minute walk from the Metro. The restaurant is very small but "cute." The staff speaks little english but they have a rough translation menu and they help out. The prices are great - le menu is 35 or 47 euros, depending on what you get.Our first course was an amuse bouche of some type of pate. It was amazing! Warm with a great texture, rich and velvety. A fantastic start - I could have eaten a whole tub of it.For our entrees (appetizers), my wife and I shared a creamy artichoke soup with foie gras and marinated mackerel. These were the two best dishes we had during our whole stay in Paris. The artichoke soup was so creamy yet not heavy, with a perfect topping of foie gras to make it luxurious. The marinated mackerel was beautiful to look at and even better to eat. It tasted like fish without the fishy taste. Delicate and delicious. Our plats (mains) were the cochon and the duck. The duck was cooked perfectly. The cochon was maybe just a touch too much done, but I am being picky. Both were great dishes done very well, but they weren't going to top the entrees. For dessert, we had a pudding soup concoction which was very tasty and an amazing soufflé. The soufflé was perfect, with great chocolate inside. A beautiful dessert. After dinner, the chef came out to ask us how our meal was, a nice touch. Overall, this was an amazing dinner and a restaurant I recommend. Just leave the safety of central Paris and take the short trip down here!
