Overpriced, substandard food
We went there with family. We found that everything was heavily overpriced. The wine list was crazy overpriced compared to the price of wine. The food was scarce, the quality was juts decent and the price was obscene. Also, you leave the plane smelling like BBQ. Do not go there!
Be the first to ReplyWorks with two menus > Frauds!
This “renomated” restaurant works with a two menu system. I ordered the lambs racks and when ordering I was sure it said $60 exc tax. When the bill came it said $89 exc tax. So I told the waiter that: I might be mistaken, but I believe the menu said $60. The waiter came out and showed me the menu stating $89. I apoliged and paid the bill. Because I was still unsure I checked the menu on their website, and surely: $60 for the lambrack. All the prices for the other items we ordered corresponded perfectly with the price on the menu online. It is porposterous that a so called renomated restaurant, that already overcharges their dishes, tries to squeeze out an extra few bucks and ruins a couples evening. They should be ashamed of themselves and you should not go to this place.
Be the first to ReplyAn excellent Steakhouse to enjoy with friends, attention of 10!!
I saw several videos of this place, the tasting menu looks amazing, but we decided to order at the center and share, the tartare was a delight, the Lucia salad, the bison carpaccio, the Iberian ham, the rainbow carrots, the cow Bieja, everything was a delight, Domingo's attention (Sunday) was spectacular, he explained everything to us, he gave us recommendations, he was very attentive to us, a great experience, I hope to try the tasting menu next time!!

Nice restaurant with many selections for the meat. The appetizers are unique and it’s great for special occasions!!!!
Be the first to ReplySlow Service, Subpar food
We had a reservation at 7, seated at 7:20, server did not acknowledge us for an additional 30 minutes. No water, nothing. 7:50 finally we were treated like people. Did not leave until 9:30 and we only ordered an appetizer, steak, and 2 sides. Ridiculous. Spent $400 and the steak was under, I would only recommend this place to my enemies.

Beautiful setting with immaculate servers .Disappointing small dishes that lacked flavour , apart from the mash. Extremely expensive & so overrated. Off to the golden steer..
Be the first to ReplyGood but expensive
One of the best meals I’ve had! The dishes were full of creativity, amazing plating and packed with flavors. But, it was also one of the most expensive meals I’ve had. I would describe this restaurant as tapas style restaurant as many of their dishes are tiny and sold as each. Each small dish is $13+ so it’s easy to lose track on how much you ordered until the bill comes! They do have steaks that you can share but those too come with pretty hefty price tag. My personal fave was the Philly Cheesesteak. It came on airy, pillowy bread filled with cheese and topped with thinly sliced beef….yum! My second fave was the Ora King Salmon Tiradito. The server told us to savor the sauce on the plate and he was right….it was so refreshing and tart which helps cut thru the fattines of the salmon. The hubby loved the Iberico ham. We both like the wagyu steak but not sure if we would order it again given the hefty price tag. But do get the mashed potatoes, it was more like whipped butter with a dash of potato. The rest of dishes: sloppy Joe, cotton candy foie gras and desserts were ok but they don’t make it t our repeat list. The desserts were the biggest let down for us. Lastly, it wouldn’t be right if we don’t give a shout out to the best waiter ever…..SUNDAY! Ask for him and you will not be disappointed.
Be the first to ReplyCreates a great atmosphere for making friends
We love eating here every time in Vegas. We did the tasting menu with friends this time and it’s always creative and outstanding. We added a couple ounces of Kobe for each of us and it was perfect. They have an extensive wine menu and their cocktail program is always a delight.
Be the first to ReplySteak was delicious. Sahara seems random. Server not friendly. Bar atmosphere is lacking.
Interesting how many people gave this place 5 stars. Definitely, the food was superb. But, I thought the bar area was meh and no one waited on us in the 5-8 minutes we sat there before our table was ready. (I realize that is not a crazy long time, but it was not busy and an acknowledgment of existence isn't a big ask), in my opinion. Food was great, but was not crazy about our server. Felt rushed by him. He told us steaks take an hour to cook and was on us to order immediately. Not my favorite. We wanted to relax for at least a few minutes, plus the menu is extensive and expensive and deserves a little focus before ordering. Overall, happy we chose to experience the restaurant, but I wouldn't rush back. As great as our steak was, server was a PITA and detracted from the overall enjoyment. If I get a chance, I'll find some photos of what we ordered and the item names.
Be the first to ReplyDisappointing
Certainly not a high-quality steak, particularly for the price. And they rushed us out. no baked potatoes for those who can’t eat dairy. They gave you these potato straws that we couldn’t even put on a fork. They were too high Classi have ketchup.
Be the first to ReplyNot impressed!
We arrived and we were served drinks. They asked us to order our meat since it take 1 hour to prepare. We did our salads did not come out together some waited 15 minutes for theirs. Everything tasted delicious. My rib eye came out which I shared with my husband. Half the ribeye was completely fat. Tasted delicious but my husband and I each ate 2 pieces and the rest was fat. The potatoes are fantastic. Dessert excellent. They have a celiac menu. I took so long for everyone to come out we were there for 3 1/2 hours. Then the waitress came over and whispered to our host that they needed the table! It wasn’t our fault the meal went on forever. I have had much better meals in other high end steak houses. Will not go back.
Be the first to ReplySo yummy! Book it now!!
Nothing short of spectacular! Is it expensive? Yes, is worth it? Yes! We arrived for a reservation in a bit early and took a seat at the bar. I will say, the bar staff left something to be desired. We waited 20 minutes for a drink, which was a bit excessive, considering it wasn’t overly crowded. I am so glad that our bar experience was not indicative of our dinner. We ordered the ultimate prefixed menu. I highly suggest doing this because they bring you menu items that you might not necessarily try— missing out on some great culinary treats. True to its name, all of the beef dishes were incredible and a few chicken items were equally good. If you’re hesitant, that’s such an expensive option isn’t going to yield enough food, you’re wrong. We had so much food. It was hard to finish but out of principle we did! If you’re looking for a restaurant experience that you can’t find in every major city, this is the place you’re looking for!!

Really great experience. Liked the decor and atmosphere. Relatively dark and a steady volume of chatter. Service was very professional and was ready with explanations and recommendations. We were taken through the menu items and options. We decided to against the tasting menus and plan our own meal. We started with salt air margaritas which were very good. We were advised to put our main order in first as the meat would take time to prepare. We decided to split a 2lb ribeye that was a mixed breed. We also order the 10oz pork secreto. For sides the peppers and the potato purée. We were actually advised against the Brussels sprouts. Then we started with the cotton candy foie gras, Kobe air bread, and tacos. The foie gras was very good. A piece of terrine surrounded by cotton candy, sweet and savory combo. The air bread was great. Creamy cheese interior, crispy bread, thin beef on top. The tacos didn’t do it for us. Seaweed paper, with a slice of jamon, topped with caviar. It seemed like I had a mouthful of the seaweed paper and eventually got to the other items. The steak came out perfect. There is a recommended doneness. We said med rare, and we’re advised it would be more on the rare side which is was. Tender, some salt, a little smoke really good. The 2lb wait is with the bone so it wasn’t too much. We were advised to be sure to eat the meat on the bone which was good but a little difficult to get at. The side were both great. The peppers was a nice change of pace and pallet fresher. The surprise was the pork secreto. This was amazing. Juicy, tender, melt in your mouth. Very impressive. Served with a coupe fruit wedges and mostarda. Great experience. We brought a bottle of wine and the corkage of $35 was reasonable for this level of restaurant and the wine service was on point as well.
Be the first to ReplyPerfect VEGETARIAN meal
Yes, I said VEGETARIAN meal, at Bazaar MEAT. A good tasting menu for me is hard to find, but Jose Andres does not disappoint. The restaurant has 2 meat tasting menus, and a la carte options, but if you ask for the vegetarian tasting menu, they have it available. $125 for a TON of food. All delicious, some fancy "molecular gastronomy" and some more traditional preparations. I went with a meat eater who ordered a la carte (the whole table doesn't have to do the tasting!). But she wanted to taste some of my dishes, and I think they must have doubled most of my tasting menu portions becuase what came out was enough to feed an army (or at least a small family). A wonderful variety of tastes and textures. She enjoyed her meat as well. The service was excellent and attentive but not overwhelming. The place is upscale but not pretentious. The staff knows their food and is passionate about it. The menu description doesn't do it all justice, but uploading the picture since I know good vegetarian info is hard to find!
Be the first to ReplyThe Reason We Came To Las Vegas!
This restaurant has been on my bucket list for a while now so I was extremely excited when we planned a trip to Las Vegas! We arrived to on a Thursday and couldn't secure a reservation before we left home. We arrived at 6:00 PM in hopes that we could at least get seating at the bar and to our surprise they had a table available to sit us at! The wait staff was incredible in explaining the menu and offering suggestions as it was our first time there. Everything that we had was delicious. We had the Kobe Beef Airbread, Skirt Steak (American Wagyu), Kobe Eye Of The Rib, Satsuma Eye Of The Rib, and the Buttered Potato Puree. Truly amazing food, amazing service and we will definitely come back on our next trip!
Be the first to ReplyStalwart Excellende
This gem in the SLS hotel provides a vibrant and cool atmosphere with consistently excellent food. Each tapas course is packed with flavor and distinctive attributes. “Wow, that was really good and interesting” is uttered or thought throughout the meal. The cocktails are also excellent and creative/distinct. On top of that, the service is prompt, polite and professional. It has been several years between trips to the Bazaar. It remains excellent.
Be the first to ReplyWonderful
Absolutely superb from beginning to end, particularly knowledgeable and helpful server. The steak was the best ever and all I can say is try it.
Be the first to ReplyProbably 3.5 Tasting Menu is just a taste
Place and service is very good. THe entire table has to do tasting or not at all. We did $195 tasting. Cotton candy thing interesting, olives OK, cone OK, now both tartars were very good, cured meats OK. We had 4 people, the amount of steak was fairly small and that causes the entire table to get it cooked 1 way. The sides are also for table and really just a taste. Our steak had very tough parts you could not eat. I would not recommend the tasting menu, just order what you want and share, still not sure I would recommend to anyone without giving them the feedback.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing Tasting Menu and Experience
The atmosphere and decor of this restaurant is outstanding. The ambiance is welcoming yet edgy. First, let’s talk about service. We were greeted immediately by the hosts. They were friendly and able to accommodate us arriving early to our reservation. We were promptly seated at a table that was a booth style on one side and comfortable chair on the other. We were quickly greeted by the team that would be assisting in our amazing experience for the evening. Tony Ortega-Perez was our Bazaar Meat Captain and he did not disappoint. He went above and beyond to ensure our experience was amazing. He included extras that we inquired about and even finished off our night with his signature cocktail. The wine sommelier did nothing short of excellence service. He explained each wine that paired with our tasting menu. He was extremely personable and had an extensive knowledge of the wines being served. Overall, I would rate the service a 10/10. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience. Second, let’s talk food. If you are able to treat yourself to the tasting please do so. You will not be disappointed. My husband and I are adventurous eaters and had an incredible time experiences the wonderful flavors Jose Andres has created. Each dish was explained to us and we had ample amounts of time to enjoy each course!
Be the first to ReplyPretty Good Steak - not the best!
We had an OK experience. Honestly, this was our least favorite restaurant and I wouldn't recommend to friends. I rated 4 out of 5 because 3 is too low for this type of restaurant but I wasn't impressed!! Steak was OK - they don't let half your table do the tasting which we didn't like. Portions are extremely small and just didn't have the flavor explosions I would expect for the price and type of restaurant. Our server was really good! The food just OK!
Be the first to ReplyFine but meh
It was...fine. The food was fine. It wasn't inventive or innovative, most dishes lacked any identity or personality. The flavors were pretty meh, nothing special, felt like more or less standard kitchen fare with way more butter and way more salt. The cocktails were fine, but not worth the $20+ price tag. The meat was fine. Better than lesser competition surely, but it wasn't anything to write home about. If you're good at cooking steak, you may find yourself disappointed. If you aren't good at cooking steak, well then you'll have a fine meal. The service was great, and there were definitely some highlights; the sobrasada toast and the key lime tart were absolutely delicious. Overall, I just didn't feel like it was nearly as good as what I can do at home. It was fine, but for the price, I expected better. Also, the croquetas were served in a large translucent, red high heel and it was honestly one of the tackiest things I have ever seen. But this place has a dress code? I can't.
Be the first to ReplyVery good $275+ ultimate tasting but not perfect
Extremely expensive $275++ ultimate tasting should have been paced slower and with more attention to detail. We felt rushed (we were there on Christmas Day off peak time). Food didn't resemble the pictures on their instagram and was often missing the small garnishes that could elevate each course. Other than the quality of the beef, there was no real distinction from the cheaper tasting menu. Drinks are surprisingly affordable. Friendly service. Chef Candace was not in the kitchen so perhaps attention to detail declines in her absence. Dessert didn't match the menu. We loved most of the food, though. Dining room is too dark and not conducive to taking photos.
Be the first to ReplyNot our kind of place
We stopped in to possibly grab a bite to eat and have a drink. Took around 5 minutes to be acknowledged by someone, they were not busy. Another couple walked in same time as us and were treated with similar greetings and service. We were told the kitchen was closing down early and only small plates were available. We were okay with that and asked to see a menu. We ordered a couple drinks but were never asked to place an order. The staff was not welcoming and really seemed bothered we were there, kind you the restaurant was still open and had a good 45 min before last seating. Throughout our trip we had been sampling many steak houses, and restaurants. This was the one that we were looking forward to experiencing the most, and it was the biggest let down of our trip. We did not get a good vibe, nor did we receive any sort of decent service that would encourage us to return when the kitchen was fully operational. I am sure the food is phenomenal, unfortunately we were never offered a chance to even try it.
