They did my cuticles so well and applied the polish so evenly. I've never walked out of a salon so happy with my nails until now. Their service was unmatched and so was the aesthetic of the salon. I can't wait to go back!

It has been quite some time since I've been to this location. However I still feel hurt by the way I was treated here. I was a consistent client for one year - spending between $300-$400 every visit 1-2 times a month. $150 for manicure and $130 for pedicure + $20 tip x2 for each nail tech. And an additional $20 for French tips hands and feet. Every time I went I was sure to have my nails done by Austin (beautiful young Armenian girl). She did such an incredible job every time that I never knew otherwise. I assumed that was why the prices were so high and so I was fine with it. After a while, I brought a friend from out town. This meant that Austin was doing my nails and someone else would be doing my friends. Unfortunately, my friend left extremely unhappy with her nails. I could agree. They were far from special and cost a fortune for the outcome. I was paying so I guess the anger wasn't too strong since I was happy with my nails and my friend didn't pay herself. Moving forward to the next friend who came to visit a few months later. Same situation. I had Austine and she had someone else. She left literally bleeding from being cut in two places. Emotionally distraught from the rudeness of the Russian lady who was doing her toes and mocking her while she was in pain from being cut. And to top it off her nails looked terrible AND we still paid full price. Again. I paid. So yes we were frustrated, but my nails were still good and I left it up to my friend to handle her situation if she wanted to get them fixed (of course not since she was bleeding). I reached out to Nune about the situation and she asked for images in return to "prove" the incident. Let's recap... I've been a consistent client for a year at this point spending more than $300/ month and bringing in new clients regardless of the previous issues. And yet I am having to "prove" that my friend received a bad service.... Hmmm. Now, the final straw was when I got the worst nails I've ever had. I called in and always got the same thing: gel extension manicure with French tip from Austine. ALWAYS Austin. And Gel French tip pedicure from any nail tech. For some reason when I booked this appointment I came in and Austin was not there. I was confused. Why would they book me when they know I don't like anyone but Austin? So I went with it since I took time off work for it. And I left bleeding and in shock at how terrible they looked. So whatever. I should be able to let Nune know and get a full set on the house. Right? Having paid $300+ for this set I can't imagine them charging me again. LOL NOPE! She told me to come back in and have them fixed. Then I was leaving and out of my own kindness I still stopped at the front desk to confirm they would be taking care of it. The receptionist called Nune in front of me and at the end of the call said "she will only be charging you $180" LOL WTF THATS THE NORMAL PRICE! Keep in mind I came back within one week of having the bad set. Because I didn't want to seem like I was trying to get one whole set for free. I didn't wait until they needed to be filled. I couldn't have anyways they were so hideous. So I paid. And I tipped. And I never went the f*ck back. AND I took almost one year to write this review for some reason. They were nice to my face but that is insane behavior for a place that is never busy with clients and has numerous bad reviews. Just because Khloe Kardashian came to your opening doesn't mean sh**. You can't ride off that and provide terrible customer service. Anyways. Just don't go here. I haven't found anywhere in Glendale that is quality. Austin needs to open her own shop. They also changed their suppliers near the end because my last few sets started breaking out of nowhere. Causing me to have to schedule time to come in and fix one nail at a time. Very inconvenient and trashy. That's not how you increase profit. Increase profit by maintaining consistency and kindness.

They over charge and under deliver. At first sight, it's a cute set up but once you've been there for a few minutes you notice the lack of cleanliness. My nail tech never really spoke to me. In fact she nicked me, filed my skin and poked me more that she spoke to me. Her hands had no finesse. Everything was hard and rough. No leg massage just a quick foot rub. I was having a pedicure done.

I'm so sad to write this as I have waited a long time before even reviewing. Owner at the front desk is a scary lady, rude to her girls that do nails, constantly talks in her language with a mad look and rolling her eyes. Yells. And a few of the girls have let me know just how unfair and controlling she can be. I came here for the last time on my birthday. And I will never return. She also treated me like if I'm not white and rich I'm not worth customer service. So different from the way she looks at other customers. I was late and she loudly let it be known even though I called. My mistake but I waited an hour to be seen and didn't mind. And then when I was left to sit down after my nails were done, she comes over and very loudly, that the other women waiting and getting their nails done looked at me with im sorry eyes, she says "excuse me move you can't be late and then just sit there this isn't ok!" So I moved with a smile, smiled at the other customers. Sat and took a few pics for my Instagram. And vowed never to return. And I never will. No free service will coax me back. Every time I paid 130 with tip and the girls are all so talented and nice. But each time the owner lady made my time so uncomfortable. She was always hollering and getting her hair done or nails done and was not pleasant at all. It's too bad this is my favorite Russian manicure spot. Luckily I found another. More expensive but very professional :(

Finally a nail salon that has skilled staff who provide excellent service! I particularly appreciate the salon's commitment to hygiene. All tools are sterilized and the workstations are impeccably clean. I always get asked where I go for my nails!
I had been going to this nail salon very long time.
First let me mention how clean and hygienic the salon is. I'm very OCD when it comes to clean places. Second of all the nail technicians are beyond amazing but mine is beyond amazing. Sunny is so good that I do not allow anyone else to touch my nails. The owner and the staff super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Anyone know how increase payout transfer to bank as I can only send $50 a day and they charge $5 for every transaction. There must be a way. I’ve contacted support two days ago and not a reply.

I posted a request for a reservation this Thursday between 6:30 and 8 pm and initially the potential seller said it would be fulfilled by today. Now they changed it that they will only fulfill it by 5pm that same day. Basically I would have an hour and a half to get to the restaurant. Is this allowed?
