We had a great meal here last night.
We went with the non-vegetarian tasting menu. Almost every dish was amazing. Imaginative with creative flares like a passion fruit with the seeds removed coated in gelatin and seasoned with Indian spices. There was one dish I didn't care for but

Delicious food and interesting flavors
Food was delicious and flavors were interesting. I don't like restaurants that are too fancy & overcomplicate things just to outdo themselves, but in this case the food matched all the expectations and the presentation.

Average experience vs. the hype
I love Indian cuisine and was very excited to try a Michelin-stared Indian restaurant. Iβve been to at least a dozen Michelin-starred restaurants, and so far this is the only one that was a bit of a letdown. The food was beautifully presented and

A mixed experience
The dinner had its high points but also had some issues. On the positive side, the scallop dish and the lobster (a28$ supplement) were outstanding. However the two dishes with truffles were so over spiced that the delicate truffles were lost and not

So- so meal, good service, poor value for money. We will not return.
We had some very mixed feelings about Indienne but ultimately it did not live up to our expectations, not by a long way. We are huge fans of Indian food and India itself, we eat Indian food regularly and eat at fine dining establishments several time

Celebrated my husband's birthday here, and very well worth it. The food was fun and tasty. The restaurant was busy on a Saturday night but our corner table was very romantic. I had the pescatarian tasting menu and hubby had the non-vegetarian menu. T

We came in with high standards due to the Michelin status, but were still truly impressed by the food, the service, and the beautifully chic vibe of the interior decorating. The food was incredible. The chef did not shy away from traditional Indian
Overall the atmosphere is great and the service was good.
However, I think this meal started off on a very high note but didn't maintain it throughout the meal. All of the food was good and it was definitely date night worthy, but I kept wanting to be amazed and after the second course I felt like the meal

An Upscale Indian Restaurant.
Indienne is housed in a 19th century printing warehouse in a converted timber-loft. The design of the restaurant embraces smooth warehouse floors, exposed ceilings, thick wooden beams, rose colored booths, a dramatic bar and a sign of fine dining....

Lovely, well executed avant-garde Indian food
Spectacular. We got the set menu and wine pairing. Everything was well plated, explained, timed - and they accommodate all kinds of diets. Would definitely go again for a fancy special occasion meal.
Exquisite Indian tasting menu in a relaxed setting

A Feast

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Indienne Chicago at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Indienne Chicago page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* PerceptiveWash44, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* PerceptiveWash44 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to PerceptiveWash44 for any questions Peter may have as PerceptiveWash44 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* PerceptiveWash44 now uses their connections at Indienne Chicago to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If PerceptiveWash44 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, PerceptiveWash44 receives the $200 reward which is credited to PerceptiveWash44's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Indienne Chicago!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
