This hotel is superb! I have stayed here every 2 months for the last year. The service outstanding , rooms clean , check in process easy& great location. I would like to extend a special thank you to the the staff German, Pablo& Brian they always make sure my stay is excellent and a seamless check in process , they feel like family and this place feels like my second home ! Highly recommend!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here, service was excellent. Room and bathroom were extremely clean. Food was well prepared and delicious. I especially liked the avocado on toast!!
Clean and very central
Hotel was clean and prompt with our bags and super quiet. It’s was a bit overpriced. A terrific clerk walked us to a restaurant that was very good. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful View & Great Service
We had a wonderful stay, traveling from NY for a wedding. The staff were very kind and helpful upon check-in and throughout our stay. Goo energy all around. The food at the restaurant Cana was delicious, we ended up eating lunch here everyday of our stay.

The hotel is hard to find with your GPS, it will send you to the front of the building. Go to the back. Very good front desk and all around service was great. It was a no muss, no fuss kind of hotel and they seem to do a great job hiring competent and upbeat people.

Dirty
Hotel bed had hair and coffee all Over it. They just straightened the sheets of the previous guests and never changed them. Floors dirty, guests drunk and vomiting at the pool which wasn’t cleaned up. Save your money
Clean and nice hotel
Every thing was smooth, the breakfast was nice. The pool was clean and the area was nice. The reception were really good and helpful.
Customer service 😍
Customer service is always so amazing l have them hold our bags till time to leave for cruise which is 4 hours after checkout and they are very kind about it. Also the restaurant staff is very attentive with dirty dishes. You won’t have a dish sit longer than 3-5 minutes. 😂

Mold in shower, valet brought car back with flat tire, and nobody helped with bags-loading or unloading
They don't tell you about a tax that they charge you when you leave
Everything was very good except for an additional tax of 40 dollars per night that they never told us about...
Bad experience with this hotel
The dirty room, the floors full of dirt that have not been cleaned for a long time, the bathroom, the incomplete furniture, the balcony, the dirty furniture, the disgusting floor, dedicated to cleaning, the dark, ugly and dirty restaurant, the bar managers attend with care. indifference
Worth the getaway
This Hotel is in a great location for a getaway and for those that want a peaceful nights sleep. Close to everything or a short metromover ride away. The staff are friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next mini vacation at this hotel.
Wow! All I can say is this place is amazing.
Pablo helped me and his hospitality is amazing and I'll definitely be back here! I live in Hawaii, taking a vacation here. I stated at Marriott Biscayne bay. I hated it they were so rude there. The lobby isn't the best here but they obviously had the customers in mind and decided to make the rooms nice instead of that. At the Marriott the lobby was nice but the rooms were basic I was in the in a suite with view.i was pleasantly surprised here and so happy I switched!!! The people at the Marriott were rude also. I always stay at Marriott and I probably will stop now.
Gorgeous hotel with super nice water views.
The best part is the huge rooftop pool shared with the Panorama (biggest building in Miami). The area is super walkable. You have Downtown Brickell as well as Brickell Key & Brickell City Centre in walking distance. They have amazing drinks at the 2nd floor restaurant and there's also a bar conveniently located by the rooftop pool. Valley is very quick - I would pick that option as the street parking is scarce.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The bar service the food service overall outstanding. Room was very clean. Check in was easy It was close to cruise port and easy ride from Uber. Would highly recommend this hotel. It was outstanding
Disney Cruisers! If you are flying in to get on a Disney
Disney Cruisers! If you are flying in to get on a Disney Cruise, this hotel is good for you! They have bus transportation add-on available when you book the cruise. When you arrive to the hotel, there is a Disney kiosk table set up in the lobby for people to check in. On the morning of your sail date, you can bring your luggage to the lobby and hand it over to the Disney staff and they will take care of your luggage to make sure it gets to your stateroom. The location of this Hotel is a couple miles from the port, center of Miami and many things to do and explore. Hotel check in was a breeze and quick. The staff were all friendly and helpful since we ask recommendations and things to do for the night. Rooms were spacious and modern, it was clean and well lit. One of my favorite thing is the floor is not made of carpet. We got a balcony which was nice. Was very happy with the stay. The price point is a fair and I think it was ok. Would consider booking here if visiting Miami again.
Had a great stay at the Hyatt Centric Brickell.
I liked the location of the hotel especially since La Mar restaurant (this is a must) was a short walk away. There are several shopping malls/centers within walking distance with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The outdoor pool wasn't crowded during our stay, and I have to say the water was so warm - maybe a little too warm. I do like cold water on really hot days. They have a bar/stand where you can order food/drinks. They should probably have a second person to help the bartender as the wait for food was long. Our room was clean and modern with a nice balcony with great views of the bay. You do have to request housekeeping service and our body wash and conditioner was empty and was never refilled. As a Hyatt Explorist/Globalist, you do receive two welcome drinks which you can use at their bar on the 2nd floor. We did enjoy our Rum Old Fashioned and Mojitos. Bartenders was really nice and made some great drinks.
Disappointing experience for the reviews and price point.
We were woken up at two in the morning with a loud party yelling in the hallway. They were there roughly an hour. The breakfast/room service at cana is lacking at best: over priced and very small portions The quality of the room is shabby at best, with small touches added in an attempt to make it look classy.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!

You can only deposit $50 at a time until you earn the “Sales and Low Refund Medal” I believe. Im new to this as well but the ability to deposit more money at once and increase your amount of listings comes with that medal.
