A unique experience on all levels
Everything is exquisite and unusual. The place itself. The handmade plates. The cutlery in the table. The beautiful drink glasses. The embroidered napkins. And of course, the food! Beautifully prepared dishes with unusual textures, flavors and colors, matched with herbal drinks. And the personal attention of the chef and the waiters. My only comment would be that my two desserts were strawberry based, and in this season of plentiful fruits, I would have liked two different ones.

Beautiful interior design with great service. Delicious food, generous & light at the same time. Ideal for a lunch. I would come back and recommend it to my surroundings with pleasure.
Be the first to ReplySo pleased to go again
This was our second visit, our first was in 2019 and we’d hoped to be back before now, sadly that was not to be the case, but we were so pleased to be there again. There were 4 in our party, 3 had the full wild experience and my daughter had the full wild experience with matched non alcoholic drinks. We also had additional wines that were offered. The courses are like a walk through a beautiful coloured garden. Every taste a new pleasure. Exquisitely presented on hand thrown pottery or drunk from classically intriguing glasses. The staff are all delightfully happy and were easy to converse with. Chef Nicolas Decloedt served various courses and spoke to every table. He obviously loves what he does and was a joy to speak to. The price reflects the time and expertise taken with every part of every course. We will be back and hopefully before another 3 years passes.
Be the first to ReplyGreat Vegan fine dining experience for anyone
Fabulous evening meal with family at this quite new vegetarian/ vegan restaurant in Brussels. Pretty much everything we tasted was both interesting and delicious. Our party comprised two carnivores, one pescatarian and one vegan and all of us loved the vegan blind tasting menu with matched drinks. staff were very efficient too. Restaurant does two sittings and you will have to wait outside as they prepare the tables but as it was a beautiful evening no problem.

All courses were absolutely delicious. Expensive, but well worth it. Excellent service and beautiful decor.
Be the first to ReplyGood food with a backache
The food was definitely very tasty and beautifully presented and the concept is interesting even though it sometimes feels lika a cult. The service was a bit rushed and I recommend you to hold on to your glasses. I turned my head once to look around in the restaurant and when I turned back, my glass had disappeared. There wasn't very much left (the glass wasn't very generously filled to begin with) but still one or two sips of the lemon basil, juniper berries hydrolat, tomato powder drink which I had intended to enjoy with the second tomato dish. The one reason I will not go back to this restaurant is the chairs. They are designed to look cool but it is impossible to sit in a good position in them. I got a backache.

Had a wonderful lunch here. We took the five-course option and ordered drinks and cafe gourmand a la carte.
Drinks: I enjoyed my kombucha. Sparkling water is ‘homemade’ and comes with unlimited refills. The coffee was just okay and oddly came without sugar.
Food: two good amuse bouche, a fennel dish, a corn pancake with all kinds of corn iterations, a tomato dish (my favorite), and a hot root vegetable dish, followed by a fruit tarte with ice cream for dessert.
Bread: levain from Charli. Very good. I may have overdone it with 4 slices - so fresh and delicious and served with olive oil.
Nice light and airy ambiance. They need to be more careful with closing the front door systematically to avoid smoke coming in from the outside.
We enjoyed our meal and would return to try it again during another season.
