Came here for a lunch.
The broken chicken......WOW. WOW. WOW. it was so flavorful. It paired well with the champagne mojito. The place was pretty empty when we arrived but service was great.

Excellent experience, great NY vibe and ambiance and unique tasty food. Excellent service. Front entrance was hard to find but food is worth the visit.
Be the first to ReplyThis is a nice, bougie restaurant serving Pan-Asian food.
The ambiance is excellent. It definitely fills up at dinner time with a lot of the crowd being corporate folks having dinner or happy hour since offices are so nearby. Along with food, I ordered the cocktail Optimistic Paradise. It has a unique taste that reminds you of a type of Asian sauce probably because of the hibiscus and peppercorn, but this uniqueness makes the drink work. Their Crystal Shrimp & Snow Pea Dumpling skin is shaped and colored like flowers and makes the dish artful and picturesque. The only reason I don't give this place five stars is because the ambiance set a high bar for the food but the food wasn't anything mind-blowing.

I would recommend this place to anyone visiting. Just be aware that it's a bit hidden(hence the name).

I enjoyed my meal but probably wouldn't go back. I would recommend if you're in the area and looking for a special meal.

Really creative menu - 3 course meal with Asian inspired dishes. The dim sum platter was really colorful, filled with lots of fresh veggies. The main entree had a really good balance of meat and veggies. The mushroom felt almost like a meat texture, very chewy - but a bit hard to cut so definitely eat that in one bite! The dessert was very interesting, that early grey panna cotta was incredible. It had this mango sauce on the side that was so yummy! The food was really good quality here but the one comment for improvement was the service timing. It took probably 20-30 minutes for the dessert to come out.Recommend checking out this restaurant! They do lunch and dinner services.

Fantastic spot for a corporate event or work dinner and every single thing we ate was so good-- yunnan bbq ribs, veggie dumplings, pork fried rice, needle noodle. Would come back for the rest of the menu. It's a cute spot kind of tucked away by a theater near the Hudson Yards area, and that block doesn't feel like a part of Manhattan if you're looking for a getaway!

Came here on a really cold winter night for dinner with my friends. We actually tried out the Midnight Theatre first for a comedy show then decided to check out the restaurant week dinner here. The restaurant has only been open for 8 months and it was pretty busy. The dining area has great views of the ice skating rink below, if you are lucky enough to get the booth seats. The decor is very nice and trendy, awesome ambience. We opted for the restaurant week menu which was an amazing deal. $45 for 3 courses! The servings were decent enough I walked home at the end of the night as I was so full. The earl grey chicken was nice and flavourful, likewise with all their other dishes. The noodles were on the spicier side so if you aren't a fan of spice perhaps ask for non spicy. I thoroughly enjoyed everything though. Their staff member Luke was very helpful and polite. Made us felt welcomed at the restaurant. A+ for service too!Try out this restaurant before the restaurant week ends!

Beautifully designed space (though tricky to find spot with gps). The highlights were the Broad Noodle starter (unreal contrast of flavors!), the tofu fries and the Earl grey roasted chicken (great portion size)! The bass didn't do it for me but is beautifully presented. All the dim sum was beautiful and tasty as well.
