Nice stay at the Hard Rock. Staff were nice and professional. Rooms were clean. Casinos were bright and the temperature was comfortable. We had fun and enjoyed our stay.

Excellent two day stay allows enough time to use the spa and indoor pool. Kuro, Harvest Buffet, and the Hard Rock Cafe were all excellent choices. This was a midweek stay and showed no signs of limited services. Recommended.

Great place to relax and party. As always it was a great experience. The family and I had great food, good service and good times at HardRock I’ll be back soon.

has the potential to be great if a few improvements are made. I limited my play time due to poor winning percentage. Been patronizing hard rock for years an have never won there. The service is not that great either.. free play is non existing as well as comps

Very clean and looks still brand new. The food price and some snacks are double the price but overall perfect stay

Quick getaway. Always a good time, just wish I could win :) Steak night at the buffet was delicious! My daughter enjoyed the pool.

This was a great trip overall with the exception oh the food at Hard Rock Cafe it was absolutely terrible. Everything else was f really nice the staff and the room was beautiful. We will definitely go back but not to the Hard Rock Cafe.
Be the first to ReplyAlways enjoyable.
I've stayed in most of the hotel/casinos along the boardwalk but for the last few years I only return to the Hard Rock. All the accommodations are clean and accommodating and other than a jaunt on the boardwalk I have very little reason to go to other casinos.
Be the first to ReplyHard Rock makes it easy
If you want a great gaming time ,a great meal and everything you would expect from the casino atmosphere I would strongly advise the Hard Rock properties .The Council Oak steakhouse and IL Mulino restaurants are a must !

If you like to gamble then this is the casino to go to it is clean and very friendly. They have a good buffet and also a good food court. Also they have nice clean rooms with large bathrooms. Also they have good shows.

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, clean, clean !! Many wonderful places to eat within the facility. The Fresh Harvest buffet was the place to be, included many choices, a carving station and deserts galore.

This was a short trip just to get away for a few days but we enjoyed our stay as usual. Cocktail service was good! A HUGE shout out to Leticia (Letty) who sat down beside us to fix a machine and she struck up a conversation and it was so nice! When we would see her throughout the night she greeted us with a smile and called us by name! Thank you Letty!

The Hardrock casino is where I let my hair down or lack there of .. I’m bald .. lol.. but I always enjoy myself every time I visit. The restaurants are always great and delicious.. the rooms when I do stay there are impeccable

I loved everything about it! I just wish there was a microwave. Otherwise it was perfect. I came here for a business trip for a Philly Pretzel Factory expo and all the food, drinks and atmosphere was wonderful. I loved the room temperature and new thermostat and cleanliness of the room. Just a great experience all around

Room was very nice and clean. Pillows was very soft and fluffy.. Entertainment was nice.. Finding food late at night was hard but worth the trouble. Enjoyed my stay in the south tower, I will book again.
Be the first to ReplyWife’s 40th birthday stayed 1 night north tower
Stayed 1 night to celebrate my wife’s 40th. Stayed in a king room ocean view in the north tower. The room itself far exceeded my expectations. It was more like a mini-suite than a standard room, and was much nicer than the website made it seem - bathroom was huge with double sinks and separate toilet room. The casino itself was great, with modest table limits for us lower-bankroll bettors ($15). Very friendly staff everywhere, clean, lots of food/drink options. I’ve stayed at the Trop many times, but the hard rock will be our new spot.
Be the first to ReplyIf you're in Atlantic City with nothing going on...
Since there was nothing to do mid-week in AC except for the comedy show (which was very entertaining, by the way) in Kiss-Kiss room at the Tropicana, the amenities, affordability, and overall ambience of the Hard Rock made the trip worthwhile!

Hard Rock Hotel Atlantic City Nice room. Very clean. Quiet. Even though our neighbors were loud, we did not hear a thing in our room. Only one complaint....lots of heavy smoking in the casino. Literally no divide between smoking sections and nonsmoking sections. Flr this reason, heavy air freshner is pumped into the hallways of rooms.

I just returned from a 3 night trip to Hard Rock AC. As usual, a great stay. Despite it being prime season, check in was done quickly and efficiently. My room was immaculate and had a great panoramic view. The “clean teams” are still present and moving through the casino at all times. My only issue has been with the reservation system. I have a reservation for 2 weeks from now that I wanted to adjust/add on to. I couldn’t find anyone at the hotel who would handle it & calling the reservation number proved to be beyond frustrating. Thus far this has been my only negative experience with this hotel.

had excellent weather for the beach, excellent time at the spa with massages, requested a room in the south tower with 2 queen beds due to ambulatory issues when reserving, received a room in the north tower with 1 king bed, much more walking, casino was terrible, no worthwhile payouts at all, on any machines, restaurants were very good
Be the first to ReplyTerrible Experience…
I don’t think I have ever written a negative review in my life but I couldn’t let our experience go unreported. My husband and I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on the night of 8/2. We normally love staying at this hotel and we even had a lovely evening prior. At a little after 1:00 AM on 8/3, an emergency alarm started blaring in our room/on our floor, getting progressively louder and more intense, informing us that we needed to evacuate the hotel using the stairs, as the elevators were not available. We immediately shot out of bed, packed as much as we could, and ran out of the room. We weren’t sure where to go or what was happening because we assumed if there was a fire, the emergency alarm would have said so. Plus, we didn’t smell any smoke or notice any other obvious signs of fire. There were other guests in the hallway equally confused, some in wheelchairs and electric scooters that had no way of getting downstairs. My husband and I eventually found the stairs and started quickly racing down with our bags - being on the 35th floor, we had a long way to go. There were no staff members to tell us what was going on or to direct us to safety. I honestly assumed there may have been an active shooter in the building. Eventually we made it to the bottom of the stairwell with other guests and it led us outside on the roof of the main floor of the casino. We found a few employees sitting at a table who appeared to be on break and when we asked what was happening, we were met with awkward giggling and more confusion. We finally made our way to the boardwalk, through an alley, around the front of the hotel to the lobby where there were others from our floor asking what had happened. We were wary to even re-enter the building at all until we saw that there were still many people inside and everything seemed calm. They told us that someone had apparently pulled the alarm, it had now been shut off on our floor and two others, and everything was fine and to return to our rooms… At that point, they were offering all of us EITHER a refund of the resort fee charge (which is $25) OR a late checkout for the morning… When my husband asked to speak to a hotel manager, he was given the runaround a number of times and ultimately there was no resolution. Each employee kept pushing off responsibility to the next person they would direct us to. The complete lack of compassion and empathy we received was abhorrent. Someone very easily could have been injured during this unnecessary evacuation, running down 35 flights of stairs in the middle of the night. Personally, I was terrified throughout the entire experience. Luckily this wasn’t an actual emergency but the employees were very uninformed of essential safety policies and procedures. There was a complete lack of communication among the staff. Most of them claimed they didn’t even know the alarm was going off, which is absolutely unacceptable in the case of a legitimate emergency situation. My husband and I eventually checked out around 2:00 AM because we were not comfortable staying there any longer.
