Good place to celebrate birthdays with a large crowd.
Not an upscale place, but definitely a decent place to throw a party. Best to reach out to promoters for bottle service packages which is worth it. Very spacious with a backside available to those who get a table. Although, it seemed as if the backside of the club was too far from the main stage. Good music depending on the DJ for the night.

For everyone who is confused, Harbour is just the same space that used to be Hudson Terrace rebranded.
Be the first to ReplyUnimpressive rooftop bar with expensive drinks, suss
Unimpressive rooftop bar with expensive drinks, suss promoters, and no real central area for dancing. The only saving grace is that it is big enough to host a crew of 15+ if you cannot find other plans, plus the DJ throws some hits.

I'm not one to write bad reviews, but to feel disrespected, disregarded & unwelcome is an understatement. Went to Harbor to celebrate my birthday and let me tell you how unorganized and unprofessional the night life staff is. Not only were the bottle girls extremely rude, they couldn't even tell me who their manager was -- if there even was one that night. & to be even more specific this all occurred on 2/11/23. So whoever was working that specific night-- management needs to reevaluate their staff. I was seated along with my party of 13 at a section that was originally mine to be kicked out and not even be relocated after the waitress/bottle girl sat us down. While we wait-- she fails to redirect us somewhere else and I asked for management and she couldn't tell me who it was -- instead she told me to "text your promoter" when I never had one to begin with LOL I was trying to BUY a section. We went to another section and got kicked out AGAIN -- I'd presume because we were all females and they weren't expecting us to pay I guess? or automatically assumed we had a promoter...As far as security-- they were actually great-- only thing, they weren't familiar with the staff either.. I guess staff runs in and out of that place faster than they get hired ? But most importantly the doorman. Rude, corny, annoying and disrespectful. I asked if the doorman was management talking to us however he wanted -- when I came to realize his position at this place I couldn't help but laugh considering his arrogance and blatant rudeness. I looked forward to Harbor the most to finish off the night-- I'm not from New York -- so coming from out of state to experience something like this? Yeah okay, I'm dumbfounded -- I'll never bring business to this place or recommend it to anyone. And before I forget to mention-- the bartenders were great 5/5 but everyone else working up in there 1/5 automatically.
Be the first to Replyabsolutely sketchiest place ever.
all i gotta say is there are a lot of underage kids and some guys that were being weird with young girls
Be the first to ReplyAttended a Christmas Eve event.
Despite the doors at 10pm we were not let in until after 10. The venue is sketchy (not a place to dress up) and there are extremely steep stairs that are not well maintained (first impressions don't matter here) the staff acts as if they're severely underpaid with the level of service. Lots of men cutting the gender neutral bathroom line and the attendant allowed them. One good bartender and the coat check girls were super sweet!! Otherwise the vip section completely empty, crowd is seedy and the staff will assault you. The venue is lucky they're not shut down for the overly aggressive female staff that shoved me and had her team mates tackle her. Would never allow my event to be hosted at such a GHETTO venue. *do not give this venue business / it will not be a tasteful or classy event. *
Be the first to ReplyThis club was very fun.
The Dj was great he played awesome music, very expensive place but you'll have fun. Bouncers were friendly, bathrooms clean. Security was friendly and checks you before entering. I'd recommend it for a fun night out
Be the first to ReplyI booked this place before I read the terrible reviews.
When I was on the way I was nervous after I read the reviews. I had a table for 18 booked for a birthday brunch at 3 pm. At the end if I could give this 6 stars I would! Food, hookah, bottle service, everything went great. Zero issues with the staff or security. Great time!
Be the first to ReplyWorse club experience.
Door is messy and very disorganized. Making guys & girls stand on separate lines? Waiting for an hour to get in WITH TICKETS! Anytime ANY incident went down at door..."hold the line" ANYTHING. Letting so so many random folks in 'while Line got longer. So bad. Security Arguing with people and each other. So unprofessional. Packed inside as soon as you walk in...then realIze the WHOLE CLUB is VIP tables. The main dance floor was covered in tables. Very little room to dance & crowd was EXTRA thirsty. Never go back. Too many nicer and better venues in NYC. Def not worth it.
Be the first to ReplyI was denied entry because of my size.
Based on the reviews I'm shocked this place is still open.

Rude. Impolite. Horrible. Go anywhere in the lower east side or Williamsburg for a better fun house music vibe.
Be the first to ReplyA group of us went to see Chromeo on a Friday night.
They don't allow any liquids, so security took my eye drops and hand sanitizer but the lady said I could pick them back up on my way out, so I did when we left. They have a mandatory coat check for $5 (cash only) even though I just had a cardigan; there is an ATM there in case you don't have cash. It was a pretty light crowd so the dance floor was spacious. Positives are the bathrooms and the ventilation in the space. The bathrooms were quite clean and attended. There were also no lines around the time doors opened. A big negative was the price of drinks at the bar. We got four shots and three cocktails for $167 for the first round. I should explain that we actually only wanted two cocktails. We originally ordered two margaritas but then switched to one margarita and a tequila soda. She "misheard" us and charged us for three drinks and said she couldn't change the charge without calling the manager over. We said it was fine and took our drinks but it felt a little shady. I later went back to ask for some water and they said they only have water bottles for sale, which kind of sucks. At the end of the night we spent almost $300 on six shots, five cocktails, and three water bottles. Gratuity is included in every bill. Not sure I'll be back. All in all it felt like they were trying to do something special but when business wasn't booming they upcharged for everything to make up for the losses.

Don't bring anything liquid-y in your purse, like a small bottle of perfume of freshening up. They will confiscate it! I'm not sure why, but I guess they assume people will smuggle alcohol inside? Not sure, but I've got to but a new one ... it is what it is -_-
Be the first to ReplyThis is by far the worst venue I have ever been to.
Went here for an event and I was shocked by the disgusting treatment I and others received. The bouncers were extremely rude and racist. The female bouncers at the door all need to be fired. This place needs to be closed down. After emailing the management about my horrible experience, I received no response. I bought 2 drinks and was charged $42 and they weren't even using top shelf liquor. Wouldn't take my worst enemy here.
Be the first to ReplyWish I could give zero stars.
This place is ridiculously over priced and so mediocre. Watched them turn away a group of beautiful girls because they weren't under 100 lbs, meanwhile every man in there was underdressed and very strange. The male bouncers all have napoleon complexes. I had one woman who took my pepper spray, when I looked obviously nervous, considering it's for self defense, she was nice enough to let me have it when I was leaving. She was the highlight of the night, along with our promoter, who quit the same night we were there because of the audacity this place.
Be the first to ReplyCoat check is required, $5 per coat (cash only).
This was my first time coming to Harbor NYC to see a DJ, and will probably be my last due to the coat check requirement. There is security standing in all 4 corners of the main room. The line was unnecessarily held up even though there were barely any people inside when we arrived at midnight. I'll stick to rave venues in Brooklyn.
Be the first to ReplyI went for an event, which was fun.
Not like the pictures, it looks run-down. Super expensive drinks for no reason on top of they add gratuity. My friend and I had fries with chicken fingers, which was good. They didn't have the decency to turn on the Harbor LED; people are buying bottles and spending money they could've done so for some good picture ops. The djs for the event were good, but they all played the same thing. All in all, I enjoyed myself.

We visited this location for the Red Velvet Burlesque show on Saturday. It was a great show the host FeeFee was excellent and extremely funny. We will come again. The location was a nice place.
Be the first to ReplyThe club environment is extremely racist.
Went with a promoter and was told that the club doesn't allow people of color to be at the front of the club near the DJ, and was told to stand away from that area. Upon asking why we were not allowed to stand there, the promoter stated that it was the club's policy to only allow people who looked a certain way to stand in that area when he and the club were clearly discriminating against people of color. It is extremely disappointing that even in the 21st century, clubs like this continue to perpetuate racism and do not do anything about how their guests are treated. This place does not receive even 1 star. The bouncers were extremely rude and I witnessed a man pushing a girl extremely hard just so that she would not get close to the performer. Treating women like this is should be unacceptable for a "new" club in New York City.
Be the first to ReplyOur group paid for the event, and the bouncer claimed one
Our group paid for the event, and the bouncer claimed one of our IDs was fake, which it wasn't. We were polite and asked him to scan/swipe the license, but he didn't want to do that. He got quickly agitated, and he told the whole party to leave and that we aren't allowed inside. Just like that, all the money we paid to go here was gone because of one man's fragile ego. The bouncers here are short-tempered and mean-spirited, and need basic training on how to be decent human beings. 100% don't recommend anyone go here because of this place treats its guest.
Be the first to ReplyNice atmosphere, good space, atrocious service.
Need to re think management and how they service their guests.

Nice spot, happened to be one of the first customers for that day. Staff was cool, we sat an enjoyed the music being played by the DJ, who did a great job entertaining us while we waited on our drinks and meal. The bar/drinks were ok, not strong enough but ok. Food was ok, nothing spectacular but ok. In my opinion the place is just ok. Very, very overpriced but hey, to each it's own! Not sure I'll be back but I can honestly see why certain people can enjoy it for what it is. My recommendation is to try it for yourself then you can cast your own opinion.
Be the first to ReplyThis place is awful! Not fun at all.
Paid to get in and they wouldn't even let us go to the second level. And I saw one woman get DRAGGED down the stairs by her HAIR for trying to go upstairs to the second level! And when I finally finessed my way upstairs to the second level, it wasn't anything special. No one was dancing on either level and the vibes were off. Also, floor plan made it really awkward with all of the "sections" connected in one big rectangle, there was NO DANCE FLOOR on the second floor. And it looked nothing like the pictures on its website. Your only option was to dance ON the couch in your section or dance in the WALKWAY. Which is probably the reason no one was dancing. But there was no one dancing downstairs, where there was a dance floor, either. Everyone was probably too depressed about the amount of money they spent on drinks, which were outrageously priced. One 6 oz drink here cost the same amount as a 32 oz BOTTLE of top shelf alcohol at the liquor store. I spent SO much money at this place and it wasn't even fun. I was so embarrassed to have brought my friends here. I don't recommend. Save your money and go somewhere funner and cheaper --there are many MUCH better party places in NYC.
Be the first to ReplyThis place is a SCAM.
They had 2 parties here for Halloween: purge was canceled last minute to accommodate NBA celebrities...people in line that paid for this event were asked to simply 'fuck off, you're not getting in'. The other was where Fabulous was performing...we paid for this but he never performed or come out. Don't bother coming out here...they don't deserve your business. On top of all this, drinks are more than $20/drink.
