Terrible service by manager Alessandro
We just tried to have dinner there with our 1-year old daughter. Terrible experience and rude service by the manager Alessandro, who was first persistently ignoring us when we entered (even though baby was on my wifeās shoulders clearly very tired and hungry) and then had us stood at the door waiting for 20 mins with no coherent answer as to whether we can get a table. When we finally asked what was going on, he told us to go away and that they had no table for us. We live in the area, and are appalled that such places still survive despite falling demand. We left the restaurant with a crying baby, and are never to return again.
Beautiful meal and service second to none!
Couldnāt recommend it more! Food was beautiful, atmosphere lovely and relaxing after a long day and the service impeccable! We were here celebrating my dadās birthday but hadnāt told the restaurant this and our wonderful waiter Sanjana overheard us doing a birthday cheers and discreetly asked me if it was my dadās birthday. She then prepared a lovely birthday sweet treat platter for a surprise and sang happy birthday to him. She truly is an asset to the company and is amazing at her job!

Poor value and cold
Poor value for money. The seating is in totally the wrong place. Every time your staff go outside to serve the tables. The cold air just rushed in and itās constant. Not pleasant. You need to have the door opening from behind the bar. If you havenāt got something on the menu tell customers when you give them the menu. Food overpriced for what it is just because of where it is. Would not recommend or go back.
Refused to serve me as I am a coeliac
I have been fortunate enough to enjoy many of the Relais & Chatteaux establishments in London and throughout Europe. This is the first time I have ever been refused service due to being a coeliac (very allergic to gluten). I was shocked, humiliated and disappointed that the restaurant would not cater for my allergy and I write this review as a warning to anyone else with a food allergy. My advice would be to look elsewhere.
Very good and a service as excellent as it was unexpectedā¦.
The burgers and fries were delicious. But it was above all the service that I appreciated: while the order took a while to be served, I received apologies from the staff and, to my great surprise, a 20% reduction on the bill as a courtesy. commercial gesture for the wait considered too long! And this even though I hadnāt asked for anything and even less complained and we are tourists who probably wonāt return to the region for a long time! Well done !
No mistake, lovely place with fresh food.
I like a lot this elegant and comfortable place. The food is very fresh and the service is great. Iām going often because Iām very satisfied and itās keeping the high quality of food.
Terrible service and below average food
Terrible service and average food. For a restaurant that felt not even half full, the service was awful. Inattentive staff who disappear, long wait time for food which then all came at different times. The menu reads really well but steak was over cooked and fish & chips was breaded rather than with batter. Sounded promising and decor nice but donāt waste your time until kitchen and service revamped.

Waited 33 minutes for water and coffee. Absolutely horrible service, food was ok we had breakfast, took almost an hour to arrive!
Dreadful service
Dreadful service, I think theyāre understaffed or just seriously inefficient, one waitress had a terrible attitude. I am always polite but just because sheās stressed, she should not take it out on guests! Both meals lunch and breakfast were horrendously slow too.

Hi everyone, I am new to appointment trader and a friend of mine told me about it and I found it to be a super interesting idea, so I decided to try it.
I was just wondering if you guys had any tips or tricks that would help me get better on this platform as a seller. If you could let me know of some things you did not know about when you began it would be greatly appreciated to know :)

Iām new too. Iām trying the Trial and Error approach. I look at the top trending restaurants and make a few reservations then see what sells.

Iām also new but half a step ahead of you. There are two ways to make money.
Post listing or fill bids. Bids are placed by the customer that means if you get the reservation it will sell. Listing may not sell.
Go where there is demand and trying filling bids. It will give you an idea of what restaurants are popular and how to secure them.
Try to make your first dollar and everything will get easier from there. When trying for your first bid, go for a lower paying reservation. There is less competition and will let you understand the process.
