Uses the name to deliver low quality at a stellar price - disappointing
We booked the chef table experience, which at the end means you are closer to the grills, with more smoke and nothing special to see. Prices are crazy high, but this is somehow expected. The disappointment is that you wonโt get the quality you would expect from such a name nor the quality you would expect from this kind of prices (even putting aside the name). We took the Wellington and the NY strip: both underwhelming, especially the steak, quite gummy and not juicy. In the US itโs very difficult to get disappointed by a steak, steaks in the US are among the best world wide - unfortunately that was an exception. Disappointing.

The atmosphere is amazing! Beautiful place and very intimate! My wife and I went for our anniversary and everything was wonderful! From the initial check in to the server keeping our water topped off was great! Everyone was very friendly and the food was AMAZING!

h, this was expensive, but I have to tell you was an absolutely wonderful experience. Great customer service from the staff, Absolutely the most wonderful delightful food I have had in years. The scallops and risotto were sublime and delightful, the beef Wellington superb, the oysters sublime, the sticky pudding over the moon.
Be the first to ReplyDelicious grossly overpriced food
Ended up going there for dinner to celebrate our friends wedding anniversary. The atmosphere is pretty cool, though very dark lighting. Our server was very attentive, friendly, and with great recommendations. We all tried several dishes, all were delicious, and all were extremely overpriced. My wife and I shared the beef wellington, which was perfectly cooked. We both had one glass of the Pinot grigio, and with taxes and tipping, it was just over $170. The food was really good, the atmosphere was pretty cool, and the service was very dedicated. But I really can't understand and foreseen us going back again, when you pay almost $200 to share one main dish, no appetizers, and 2 small pours of an average wine.

A great place to enjoy a family meal. My son has a seafood allergy that includes sea salt and they were wonderful making sure all the food they brought to the table was safe for him. All of our stakes were cooked to our liking. The desserts were fantastic. The employees make us feel welcome to the restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyBEST meal/experience of our entire USA trip.
The BEST meal of our entire USA trip. My husband and I had dinner here with our 2 children. The staff were amazing and the food top notch. You can tell the chefโs respect the food they are preparing. I highly recommend the shellfish seafood platter which is what we had to start. Then we shared a beef Wellington which was cooked to perfection and we accompanied this dish with 3 sides. The mushrooms were delicious along with the truffle fries. We also ordered the sticky date for dessert which was out of this world.
Be the first to ReplyGood food, unhelpful hostesses.
A large group of family and friends came together in Vegas for a surprise 40th birthday celebration for my daughter. My SIL called the restaurant and spoke to the hostess staff. Told them there would be at least 12 possibly more. When we arrived the hostess informed us we could have 12 people. The other 3 in our party would have to go to the lounge and it was first come first served for a table. At no time weโre we offered a private room nor would they consider putting 3 more chairs at the table. We were in a corner and 3 more would have fit fine. Needless to say the celebration was not fun knowing 3 of our party were off sitting by themselves. No effort to be helpful at all. The food was very good which you would expect for the prices. My filet was over $100 and comes with absolutely no sides. No bread or salad. I had to pay $22 for a ceasar salad. I asked for my steak medium well and received a medium rare steak. Everyone was happy with the food. Service was wonderful. Ambiance was ok, the music was a bit too loud. It was hard to have a conversation. We were just so turned off by the hostesses lack of helpfulness I for one will not return.
Be the first to ReplyDisappointed
Disappointed to say the least. The prices are outrageous compared to the food. The portions are very small and when we didnโt order the highest priced options offered by the waiter, you can tell that he was annoyed and treated us like we were cheap. I will say the sliders were great. I will not be back.

Our daughter loves Chef Ramsay (and Tilly!) and always asks to dine at his restaurants when possible so we enjoyed all of the options in Vegas! Even in off season, lines are long and it can be difficult to get a table quickly in Vegas so finding the Ramsay restaurants on Open Table made everything so much easier! We all ordered a steak here and they came well prepared. The service was a little pushier than we would've liked as they tried to upsell us on everything. We enjoyed the experience of passing through from Paris to London and had a good evening all the same. One area of improvement, my husband wanted a British beer (we were in "London" after all!) and was shocked that they had nothing available.

We went to dinner here for a large business dinner after an event. First off, I want to give a shout out to our server, Richard! He was fabulous! Took wonderful care of our entire table, was super pleasant and very informative! Now to all of the haters, I donโt know what you are all talking aboutโฆ. We came here this one time and this was by far my favorite meal! It as if Gordon himself had prepared it. We got the infamous Beef Wellington, and I havenโt had anything better than that. The steak was cooked to perfection, the pastry was flaky, and the seasonings were on POINT! It was a beautiful environment too. We sat upstairs in a smaller room so it was a little loud but then got quiet and then was loud again with the younger crowds coming in. All in all, we loved it. Not one person in our group had a negative thing to say about anything there! I would definitely go back if given the opportunity!!

Weโve eaten here 4 times and have had bad experiences 2 times. Over priced and the food quality has gone down as of our last visit. Most importantly though is the obvious management method of upselling on both main and side dishes. I can say that weโll be sure to pass along by word of mouth not to attend any GR restaurant from here on.
Be the first to ReplyFood is not even close to what you pay.
Don't bother, we went to hells kitchen first witch to start off os cheaper and much better. We were under the impression from Gordon's website that it had a dress code and required a reservation. But you can just go sit in the lounge and bar and wear shorts and t shirt and have the same experience. My wife got a chicken dish and it had a hair in it, they did fix it and it was good. I ordered a steak and it was about 100 dollars and I've had better 20 dollar steaks. They over cooked it, and it was chewy and lacked flavor. For a supposed top of the line restaurant it was disappointing in the spotty quality and confusing policies on entry. So if your looking for an overpriced steak, walk right in to the bar in your filp flops and tank top and your sure to pass off all those who got on a waiting list months in advance, ie like us. No excuse will make up for the experience, time and money that was wasted.

We have been here 4 times. Great experience each time. This time we had Dennis and Alexis and they were amazing! My husband had Wagyu Felet and I had same but butterflies. Mack n cheese and asparagus. Ordered drinks from bar wi h was amazing.
Be the first to ReplyThe mushrooms alone were worth a visit!
We sat in the bar as it was crowded, this was fine and a small table for two was perfect. I had Branzino which was a healthier and delicious dish. The side order of mushrooms with a glazed sauce were heaven.

Service and food were both great. Only complaint was that the restaurant was cold. A little fancier and high priced than what Iโm used to, but not too big of a deal for a date night out on vacation
Be the first to ReplyBest two steaks Iโve ever had!
Absolutely loved the atmosphere. From taking the Chunnel from Paris to England the experience did not fail to amaze. I tease I had the best two steaks there finishing my girlfriendโs steak. Highly recommend the wagyu rib cap; does not disappoint.

This restaurant is fabulous. We had an incredible experience and highly recommend it. Just might be the best steak I have ever had! 10oz Filet with Oscar style add-on...superb. GREAT service, great atmosphere, great dessert and great music in the background. LOVED IT.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing tasting menu
Iโm a big Gordon Ramsay fan so I love everything about his steak house. We went for the tasting menu and it did not disappoint. Yes there are many steaks to choose from but the tasting menu was an experience. The Beef Wellington was amazing. Ever course was perfect and cooked to perfection. Service was incredible. Our server was knowledgeable and on point. Ambience was beautiful and elegant with a few pieces of art work inspired by Paris.
Be the first to Reply20th anniversary dinner
Excellence from beginning to end at Gordon Ramsey Steak. From the onion soup, salad, giant seafood appetizer and then the steak. Oh yes, everyone had something different and all 9 guests were enamored by the taste and presentation. Truly an experience to remember for our 20th anniversary with some great company. Service was spectacular and the establishment was amazing.

We loved the entire experience. We had the Tasting Menu and weโre able to experience so many flavors. The wine was wonderful, I loved the decorโฆvery deep colors and open feeling. Our waitress was so nice and kept us happy between courses with fresh water and awesome wine. We had a great experience.
Be the first to Replygreat staff, bad food
the guys serving us were brilliant and did great job to create the special experience that we were hoping for. I had the lamb rib and the food was greasy and awful. it all came back out when i was sick in the Venetian 30 mins later which ended the evening for me. Gordon, you are letting your staff down at this location with some complicated food that is hard to understand. As i came through the door the guy told me that i was passing through the channel tunnel from France back to the UK and then he took me back to France or (where ever) when he showed me the menu!! judging by your character and the simplicity of the name of the restaurant and the massive union flag painted on the ceiling, some thought needs to go into the items on the menu. why can't you do lamb with mint sauce or some sort of amazing meat pie etc. Someone in the kitchen has no idea how to support your brand and clearly has no idea what British food is. As you would say - what a !!

My wife and I dined here for dinner. We made a 8:15pm reservation and were seated immediately. My wife ordered the El Matador cocktail. The meal started with a bread roll that was half wheat/half white formed into one roll. Sorry picture came out blurry, but it was a great presentation. We shared the 18oz Bone-In New York Strip Steak and a side of Potato Puree. For dessert we had to have the Sticky Toffee Pudding, and it was excellent. Presented differently from Hell's Kitchen. It was deconstructed. Pudding on the left, caramel sauce in a cup, and a divine butter ice cream shaped like a stick of butter. We actually had to ask what the bar was because my wife refused to eat a stick a butter. We were supposed to mix all 3 ingredients together. We did and YUM! My wife and I will dine here again on another special occasion, as we don't usually eat at such high-end restaurants. Management should be very proud. WOW! What a great meal.

This is a MUST when we visit Vegas. Yes it is pricey. But you wonโt find a better wagyu steak than here. Get the rib cap. Itโs delicious!!
Be the first to ReplyI cook a better steak
Laugh all you want at my title but it's true. I love Gordon Ramsay I watch all of his stuff and I can tell you that he would be so disappointed if he ate here. It's obvious the name alone is all that has to do with him because the standards were disappointing. Appetizer came out cold and then when we sent it back the manager didn't bring it out. When you're spending $500 on a meal you truly do expect a manager even at the smallest mistake to apologize and be accountable. Nope. Replacement appetizer showed up after dinner was served and was still lackluster at best. The steak was not hot either and didn't have much flavor. My friend's wife requested A1 - That's embarrassing at a topnotch steakhouse. Here's my thought: Management needs replaced because they should be doing it the way Gordon would want it done.... I had his Burger restaurant the following day and that was 10 times better. Just beware.

We were looking forward to this meal, and it did not disappoint! Every single thing we ate was cooked to perfection. The service was top notch. It was expensive and worth every penny.
