GORDON RAMSAY HELL'S KITCHEN Miami Reviews from The Last Year
The service was great and the manager came around twice to
The service was great and the manager came around twice to ask us how things were. The layout of the place was exactly what you'd expect out of Hell's Kitchen and high end Miami dining. The meal presentation was stunning. However, the actual taste of both my starter and main course was not up to par with the other Hells Kitchens I've been to. The steak tartare was average and could have used a better ratio of toast to tartare. I had expected to slice through the beef wellington like butter and was quite disappointed...it tasted overcooked as it was more of a medium verse medium rare. And the side vegetables were strictly for the presentation as they were watery and without flavor.

We've visited Hell's Kitchen in Vegas and this one here in Miami did NOT disappoint! Everything from the delicious drinks, appetizers, the main course, and the desert was 10/10. Plus the service was excellent. We were so grateful we chose this for our dinner date. Perfect place if you're wanting excellent food and an amazing experience.
Give it a try you won’t be disappointed
We visited on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was very full. Upon entering you are greeted by a life size talking Gordon. Our waiter was excellent and answered all of our questions. We started with a Cesar Salad which was outstanding and very large, we should have ordered the smaller size. We had the crispy salmon and filet with mashed potato delicious and cooked as requested. For us we had a wonderful evening and never felt rushed.

The food and service here are second to none.

We visited Hell's Kitchen for a special occasion and as soon as you enter it's like you've stepped into the TV show. Our server was attentive and welcoming and really went the extra mile to make our night feel special. We had the scallops and the lobster risotto to start. The scallops came as a plate of three in a rich buttery sauce and it was a perfect appetizer portion. The lobster risotto was creamy and had a citrusy flavor from the lobster that balanced the richness. It's a slightly larger appetizer so keep that in mind if you're saving room for the entree. I couldn't leave without trying the iconic beef Wellington. It was so different than I imagined from watching the show, but in all the right ways. The beef was cooked a perfect medium rare and the pastry and sauce really made it a perfect bite. The braised short rib was tender and delicious and we'd definitely have it again. We finished with the sticky toffee pudding. It's not a pudding in the American sense. It's a cake soaked with a buttery caramel sauce and topped with ice cream and I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. A perfect way to end the meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant for fans of the show looking to celebrate a special occasion. For anyone who hasn't tried fine dining before, this is a perfect introduction to the experience as it had all the fine dining elements and ambiance without feeling intimidating like some high end restaurants can be. If you're on the fence about fine dining, give this place a try.
I made reservations for my son's 15th birthday.
We were a party of 4. Myself and my 3 kids, one which is an adult, my 15 yo and my 11 yo. I'm disabled and when I made the reservations I specifically asked for first floor seating. Being up looking down makes me have vertigo (I'm a stroke survivor). I also mentioned we were going to celebrate my son's 15th birthday which was on the actual day we were going. Immediately when we arrived, they asked what we were celebrating. We said my son's birthday. They wished him happy birthday and proceeded to take us to the second floor via an elevator. I almost froze. We were sat by a bar and an open window looking down over the bay. Nice view, but when you suffer from vertigo and asked for a reasonable accommodation, it was disappointing to say the least. I was nauseous the entire meal. We ordered three prix fix menus and everything was delicious. My daughter had the wagyu meatballs for an app , the filet for her main, & the strawberry truffle for dessert. She was also pleased. The food was delicious. Service was so so. I had to wave down my server serval times for things like another bottle of water, he took off when we ordered my daughters dessert before my adult daughter and I could request coffee, but he was sure prompt In bringing us the bill. As we were leaving, we saw two other parties getting their desserts with a candle in it. I was fuming. I made reservations that said we were there for a birthday for a 15 yo. But I'm most disappointed in the fact that they didn't accommodate my disability request. Overall the food is amazing. The service, if I could give it a zero star I would, but that's not fair. Don't go there expecting usual 5 star dining experience. You simply won't get it. It's niche dining.
Mediocre at best!
"I have eaten at many of Gordons restaurants across the country over the years and enjoyed them all, but my wife and I were disappointed in this one. The lobster risotto was a little "crunchy", the wagyu meatballs were not to our liking at all, the scallops were good (all 3 of them), the baked macaroni was OK, and the Figgie pudding was good. My bill was $209.00 for a meal that was mediocre at best! Save your money, I think this one is a tourist trap."

The scallops and croquettes were very good, as was the Caesar salad. The beef Wellington was fantastic. Service was excellent. A bit over priced but worth the visit. Cheesecake was average. Sticky toffee pudding was amazing! Seated immediately in comfortable booth. Could've done with lower volume on music.

This is the first time at any of the hell kitchen
This is the first time at any of the hell kitchen restaurants. I loved that it looked just like in the show. All the decor was amazing. We had the beef Wellington, short rib, and the sticky pudding for dessert. They close at 10 pm, we had a reservation for 9:30 pm and the staff never rushed us. If I had to order something again it would be the lobster risotto.
Don' be a Donkey - visit Hell's Kitchen
One of the things my wife and I enjoy together is watching Gordon Ramsay as he grooms future chefs on Hell’s Kitchen. So, when we booked our cruise to leave from Miami, we immediately booked a table for lunch. On arrival, we captured a picture in front of the entrance before making our way into the dining room that overlooked the iconic red/blue kitchen. Once seated, we placed our drink order and looked over the menu. This step really was not necessary since we had memorized the menu and practiced placing our order many times in the months leading up to this afternoon. So, what did we order? We started with the short rib and chorizo croquettes. Next, we split an order of pan seared scallops before sharing both the petite beef Wellington and the skirt steak. For dessert, we sampled the sticky toffee pudding and the strawberry shortcake trifle. Go ahead and wipe your mouth because I know you are drooling. Everything was amazing. The flavors were complex and the presentation was eye-popping. We did, however, realize that we had made a couple of mistakes. First, we chose lunch because we were leaving on a cruise the following day and did not want to be gluttonous. Bad choice. We should have gone for dinner and arrived at the cruise full and happy. Second, we ordered the petite “Welly” even after the server asked if we wanted the dinner portion. Big mistake since the beef Wellington is absolutely the best thing I have ever eaten. There is a reason it is a signature dish. So, here are my pointers. Book a table for dinner. Order the beef Wellington and do not share it no matter how much you like, or even love, you table mate. Make room for dessert because the strawberry shortcake trifle is something you will crave well after you have returned home.
Christina is fabulous!!!! Our server was the best part.
The Branzino was good too. Thank you! A little pricey but great experience

From the welcome, to our server, to the food it was all an amazing experience. Lobster risotto, beef wellington, salmon, and stick toffee pudding were all delicious!
What a great experience here.
As a huge Gordon Ramsay fan, it was great to finally try this restaurant out (and see if the beef Wellington lived up to the hype). Everything was absolutely delicious. The Prix Fixe Dinner consists of 3 courses. I went with the pan seared scallops which were perfectly cooked, so soft and buttery, melts in your mouth. Then the beef Wellington, which definitely did not disappoint. The steak inside was perfectly cooked and sooo soft and flavorful. For dessert was the sticky toffee pudding, which was a pretty big portion and very sweet. Overall, absolutely loved dinner here. Food was phenomenal and service was great as well.
Lovely experience
I gave it a 5 for atmosphere and the lovely, very accommodating staff. The one downside of the experience was very few vegetarian or vegan options. I ordered the lentil dish and it was just black lentils with carrots on top. No flavor. My daughter had salmon and said it was excellent. So was the corn elote. Also, the waiter was helpful in suggesting that some dishes can be made vegetarian, leaving out the meat. Vegan would be a little harder. Desserts were lovely, especially the sticky caramel pudding. I want to end with: kudos to the wait staff. Knowledgeable and helpful.
Okay so the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful.
10/10 for that. But the food just was not up to par with what I would've expected. The flavor of the lobster risotto was great but it was cold. The beef Wellington was fine. The strawberry shortcake was the absolute best! Would I go back? Probably not.
Actually outstanding
We didn't want to go too far from the hotel because of the rain... So we had a quick look at the restaurants in the area. As luck would have it, Hell's Kitchen was right on the next corner. We seized the opportunity and returned home from the train happy and satisfied. The restaurant is perfectly styled, and the wine list and the balanced menu are not worth mentioning in this league. The friendliness of the service is a given in America anyway. So the only really assessable factor is the kitchen's performance. And this can only be described as outstanding. We will definitely go back next time, it was a great evening with a meal that surpassed many of the Michelin-starred nonsense. Many thanks to the team and the boss of the whole thing!

My family and I were celebrating my mom's 67th birthday and we recently dined at Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen and it was truly a culinary experience to remember. The Idiot sandwich was a delightful sandwich, bursting with flavor that set the perfect tone for the meal. The drink, A Note from Gordon, was a strong and refreshing companion that complemented the dish perfectly. We had for appetizers the short rib and chorizo croquetas and they weren't so great but ... the pan seared scallops and they were THE BEST SCALLOPS I have ever had. And I am Peruvian, so that says a lot! My family's entrees were equally impressive - from the Beef Wellington that left my mom raving, to the juicy Skirt Steak enjoyed by my dad. My husband's Margarita pizza impressed with its flavorful sauce and perfectly crisp crust, while my son couldn't get enough of the Backyard Burger. Dessert was a highlight of the meal, with the Strawberry Shortcake and Sticky Toffee Bun leaving our taste buds dancing. We ended the night with coffees - a relaxing chamomile for some and a bold espresso for others. Lastly the waiter we had was so nice, he brought us a complimentary scoop of their coconut ice cream and it was delicious! Overall, our experience at Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen was nothing short of amazing, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable meal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!
I'm not joking when I say this place is everything I
I'm not joking when I say this place is everything I imagined! I love watching Hell's Kitchen and Next Level Chef so I had to make a visit while in town. Upon entering you're greeted by Gordon Ramsay through a video and pictures of all past winners. The restaurant has two levels with the first level resembling much of how it is on tv. I went during the first hour of lunch because I was just that excited so the restaurant wasn't crowded at all. That meant faster and friendly service for me! I ordered a Caesar salad which is to die for. Literally the best caesar salad I've ever had, I'm not exaggerating. I don't know if it was the lemon zest that made it pop, but it was amazing! I also ordered the infamous Beef Wellington. And while I was hesitant on ordering it because it only comes cooked medium rare due to the pastry (I usually have my steaks cooked medium), it was actually pretty good! Putting my fear aside, I could taste the flavoring of the meat mixed with the soft and warm breading. I would without a doubt return whenever I am near a Hell's Kitchen location.
My mom and I celebrated Mother's Day at Hell's Kitchen.
We came to enjoy the brunch menu. Everything we had as delicious but my favorite dishes were the beef Wellington and the toffee sticky cake. I want to go back for dinner to have the full size beef Wellington and more dessert. I'm also looking forward to trying more dishes. The place is gorgeous. The server was super nice and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with everything. Although, it came recommended from many friends I was still a bit skeptical but I was not disappointed.
Fantastic food and wine pairing Enjoy our meal.
Definitely go back for pan seared scallops.
My husband and I had an amazing anniversary dinner last
My husband and I had an amazing anniversary dinner last night. The atmosphere was exciting, the service was excellent and the food was one of the best meals we have ever had. We enjoyed every bite. The scallops and beef Wellington were my favorites. So fresh and cooked to perfection. Hell's Kitchen has been on our want to try list for a while and it didn't not disappoint. We will most definitely be back for our next special occasion. Thank you for such a great experience.

This was our first time visiting Hell's Kitchen in Miami, and we had an absolutely amazing time. Our bar tenders, Harris and Sabina, made my husband's birthday dinner one to remember. They were so personable, it was like we had been regulars at the restaurant for years. Not only did Harris give my husband and I some amazing recommendations on where to visit around town, but Sabina made the best old fashioned that either of us had ever tasted. The atmosphere was beautiful, the kitchen was in full view for those who are fans of the show, and the two story seating allowed for plenty of room at either bar if you didn't reserve a table. When we come back, we will definitely have our meal with Harris and Sabina at the bar again. What exceptional service!
Great food
Delicious salmon with Crispy skin and chicken breaded burger with crispy bacon Service was very nice, too. Fries delicious. Who can ask for more?
Quality food, cooked perfectly in a iconic setting
I read so many negative reviews I felt compelled to write this. First off, if you want to complain about the prices or valet this restaurant is not for you. Our reservation was at 6 pm so the dining room was not slammed during our visit. Their service was excellent from the minute we entered. It is obvious this restaurant is well managed. I appreciated the generous space between tables. The restaurant itself is tastefully decorated. We took the prefixed menu. The scallops and burrata were both beyond excellent!! We chose the beef wellington. It was the best we've ever had. It is cooked medium rare. If you like your meat medium to well this is not the dish for you. We also chose the elote corn which the server recommended the hot sauce put on the side. It is similar to a mexican street corn and my husband raved about it. We finished off the meal with the sticky toffee pudding which was rich and decadent. We left feeling stuffed and happy. It was impossible to find anything negative. Our only minor concern was they do not have bread service.
WHY IS THERE NOT A HORRIFIC RATING OPTION?
My husband and I came here for a meeting in one of their conference rooms last night, Thursday, June 6, 2024. There was a pre-fixed menu with set salad and dessert but different options for a main course. I selected the short ribs, and he selected the vegetarian risotto. After we received and ate our meals, I specifically asked the server if this was the same food that is served in the dining room and he proudly exclaimed “Yes, absolutely”, much to my disappointment. We each got a Caesar salad which were good, just good but lacking salt (also the wait staff seems to have some type of aversion to giving you salt because I had to ask for it at least 4 times) and at (I’m going by menu prices here except for the risotto which is not on the regular menu) $11 each was not bad but it had some type of funky after taste that was fixed once I finally got and added the much requested salt. I had the braised short ribs which were just “ok” and I do mean JUST OK because they were overly fatty and not the quality that I would expect from “Hell’s Kitchen” and definitely not worth $48. And OMG, the risotto, my poor husband requested the risotto which I priced it at $20 because they only have the lobster risotto on the menu at $38 so I took $18 off for the lobster but it was completely flavorless and just a tiny pile of mush. I had to give him some of my short ribs before he started chewing on the napkin from hunger. We’ve had better risotto from a box that I can make at home. Now the sticky toffee pudding was impressive and very yummy as it better be for $17. We did not pay for this meal as it was included in the meeting we were attending but had we paid for this meal with tax, mandatory 20% tip and sodas, it would have been roughly $182.88 or more and trust me when I tell you, it was NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. It wasn’t even worth half that much. This was all in all a very disappointing experience because I had high hopes that if the food that was served at the meeting was the same as in the dining room and it was good, I would have made my husband bring me back here for the regular dining experience but thank goodness we didn’t pay for this meal because had we, I would have had to go full blown “Karen” with the manager because of how horrible it was and especially at THOSE prices. And again, the worse part was the risotto which Ramsey SEEMS to be such a stickler about in all his shows. It tasted more like Elmer's glue (yes I remember from my childhood) than anything else.
Very disappointed
Very average. Risotto over cooked. Salmon flavourless. Steak rare despite asking for medium. Barely any service from waitress. Very disappointing
Fair At Best - 20% added Service Charge
We stopped in for drinks and possibly appetizers. We sat at the bar, which was empty. The bartender asked if we wanted to see a menu, but we declined. He started to tell us about the beef wellington, which we would never order. We had just 2 drinks, a glass of wine and 12 yr. old scotch. I looked on TA as we were sipping our drinks and the reviews were less than glowing. The music was not good and quite annoying to us. We had no desire to sit in the dining room. We spent $47.00 for 2 drinks. That included their 20% service charge that they include on your bill. We would never return, we just didn't care for the music or atmosphere. My average rating is generous.

We are huge Gordon Ramsay fans and were supper excited to try Hells Kitchen as soon as we found out they opened up in Miami. From the moment we walked in everything was excellent! Of course it would be, it's Gordon Ramsey! The staff and service were exactly as you'd expect, super friendly, efficient and just amazing. The prices are what you would expect but it's worth it. The speciality drink, appetizers, entrees and desserts all deliciously wonderful. Amazing experience, you won't regret. Gordon Ramsey really does an amazing job with his brand so you can see how he's been so successful. Can't wait to bring the kiddos.
Warning! Unpopular opinion.
. Been wanting the opportunity to eat at Hell's Kitchen for a long time! Finally had the chance for our pre wedding day celebration.. my thoughts, I was not impressed. We tried: The scallops (delicious! must have!), the Wagyu meatballs, raised short rib and the baked Mac and cheese. The deserts did not catch our attention. Don't get me wrong, the food was all cooked or baked beautifully, but It didn't blow me out of the water. If Mac and cheese is on the menu, I want something with an explosion of flavor (Finka makes an out of this world Mac), and the meat although melted in my mouth, just wasn't my favorite (Kamodo's short rib still holds my heart). I know his style is not to over season or sauce his dishes, and I completely understand that as it can definitely take away from the main dish, but I just expected a little more flavor. Service was exceptional and the ambiance was really cool and classy, it just wasn't worth $260.. For me, it was as one time thing. But don't take my word for it, go give it a try!!
Ryan did an excellent Job as our Waiter
We went to the Hell’s Kitchen in Miami just before the holidays for lunch. Ryan our waiter gave excellent suggestions and was very patient while we decided. Ryan helped us understand our choices and gave suggestions to complement the meal, including a fine understanding of the most appropriate wine to choose. Ryan was attentive connected with us and personally made our experience the best we had in Miami.

This restaurant is really for tourists , although it's very well appointed and the ambiance is extremely enjoyable the prices are not justified by the portion size and flavors, the Wellington is good NOT great since it lacks flavor if it wasn't for the wine sauce it wouldn't taste like anything, the corn side dish is awesome and so are the meatballs, I also had the lobster risotto which tasted great but it was so small that it shouldn't be priced at $30.00 for a few bites. The Short ribs are soft but also bland. The espresso martinis are the best I've had. After you've been there for the sake of just checking out this restaurant I'm sure you wouldn't return. I forgot that the restaurant was so warm that you really feel like you're in HELLS KITCHEN.
If you're a fan of Hell's Kitchen and Gordon Ramsay then I
If you're a fan of Hell's Kitchen and Gordon Ramsay then I highly recommend dining here. Our table ordered the scallops, wagyu meatballs, mushroom soup, beef Wellington, Mac and cheese, and sticky toffee pudding. All dishes were rich in flavor, and honestly, I couldn't find anything wrong with the dishes. The atmosphere and the service was great. We'll be coming back to try the plates we didn't try.
Lovely graduation dinner here for my friend.
We did the pre-fix menu with the wine pairings and it was such a great experience. The staff was very friendly and informative especially when explaining the dishes and how the menu worked. I love the way the restaurant is set up, and the two kitchens similarly to how it is represented in the show. While the restaurant is quaint, the seating is set up so everyone has a view of the kitchens, and the food comes out perfectly timed. Now onto the food, i recommend if you do the pre-fix in your selection of appetizer definitely go for the scallops, even if you're not a big seafood fan. They're very flavorful, and do not have a fishy taste at all. The arugula salad was super disappointing, most of the dressing was at the bottom and offered little to no flavor. Overall the salad was very bland, so the scallops is definitely the better of the two options but if you come with a friend that doesn't mind sharing definitely get both just to try. Of course the main course is the beef Wellington which i have no words for, it is literal perfection and if this place wasn't ridiculously expensive i'd come here more often just to eat it again. Lastly the toffee cake desert was a beautiful dream in your mouth, it was super spongey and flavorful and the ice cream on top was great. I enjoyed the wine pairings for the appetizers and the desert, how they got a wine that taste exactly like the desert is very impressive. I'm personally not a red wine fan so it might be that but the wine for the beef Wellington did not pair well at all in my opinion and overpowered the nice after taste of the Wellington. I absolutely loved dinner here and was so happy to finally experience this restaurant since i am a huge fan of Gordon Ramsey, i'd love to come back but after my wallet takes a break because $500 for all that was not for the faint of heart. I definitely don't think it's worth that much especially with so many other more flavorful and delicious restaurants in miami but you are also paying for the fact that it's Gordon Ramsay's restaurant.
I have returned and I am quite afraid to say something's
I have returned and I am quite afraid to say something's might have changed, some for worst and some for best. Last time i went here was January 15, and i had the best waiter imaginable. He was quick and agile, making me feel important, and having everything I needed met. This time around on May 15th my waiter was not as good. He kept getting side tracked by another table and talking to them for quite some time. I don't know if he didn't want to be rude, but this caused even other waiters to realized that our food was ready but our waiter was no where to be found. We had plates from our appetizers sitting there for 20 minutes and had our main courses brought by another waiter apologizing, she had to scramble quick and get everything out of the way because our waiter definitely forgot about us. I think he got in trouble by the manager because after that he was scurrying around the restaurant trying to get everything to everyone. It made me anxious and i did not feel like i had a relaxing dinner. He also had only brought my boyfriend his water and not my sparkling water. I was sitting there for 10 minutes without anything to sip on. Quite different experience from the first. Now moving on to the food, i was so excited to eat the beef wellington again only for it to disappoint. This one was so hard to cut and did not melt in your mouth like the first time. It was honestly kind of gross to eat, i felt like i was eating someone's bad barbecue attempt. Everything else was good. Lobster risotto and oysters was delicious. The lobster risotto is my absolute favorite. The cheese cake was the best cheese cake i have ever eaten. Ambiance was way better downstairs. The first time i sat upstairs and it was quite nice, i took a little peep down stairs and the lights looked very harsh, felt like i was in a middle school cafeteria. When i came back this time they added new lights that weren't so harsh. Definitely felt like a nice date night, quite dim. I hope to come back one day, but i feel like it will never live up to the first time i came. This trip back truly disappointed me.

I can't say enough about the service & food! We (party of 4) arrived to celebrate our May Bdays & were warmly greeted by Gigi. After a drink at the bar, we were escorted to our table where Trent (our server) couldn't have made the evening any better. Actually, EVERYONE we interacted with was super friendly, big smiles & made you feel like a million bucks. The Prix Fixe menu features their amazing Beef Wellington with a Demi glacé to die for. We also enjoyed lobster risotto, shaved asparagus salad, Mac & cheese. The filet mignon was perfectly cooked & DONT miss out on the elotes. Dessert was Sticky toffee pudding. Dining experience was without a doubt A++ Our server Trent was definitely icing on the cake in making this a memorable evening!

What a great time we had here on Sunday evening celebrating Mother's Day! Our experience exceeded our expectations. As you step inside Hell's Kitchen, you are greeted by a life-size video of Gordon Ramsay, "speaking" to his guests. It was a fun photo opportunity with a small line behind us. The staff at check-in were very cordial and seated us on the main floor in a large curved booth with a great view of the stunning kitchen as well as the entire dining room! The dining room is very inviting with its glamorous and stunning decor. We were impressed. Our first server was the lovely Elizabeth, who graciously welcomed us to HK. She came to check on us thruout the evening to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We appreciated her attentiveness. Our other server was Joseph, who was equally attentive and friendly. He gave us great drink suggestions. My daughter picked the Smoke on the Water, which arrived in a glass box with a cloud of smoke in it. She enjoyed her drink! He suggested the Notes from Gordon for me, a lighter drink. I will keep my note a secret for now. My drink was sweet, powerful, and delicious. We both ordered the Dinner Prix Ffxe, which included Pan-seared Scallops ( incredibly delicious, best ever tasted), the Beef Wellington (melted in my mouth, incredibly delicious), Potato Puree side and for dessert, the Sticky Toffee Pudding (addictingly delicious). Outstanding dinner!! A huge thanks to my daughter for picking HK to celebrate Mother's Day! We left our vehicle with the valet as there is no street parking or garage nearby that we could find. There was comfortable seating outdoors while waiting for your vehicle. It was fast moving, and the valets were friendly and professional.

For my boyfriend's birthday we decided to have dinner at Hell's Kitchen. The place is gorgeous and very clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our reservation was at 7:15 and we asked to come in earlier and they said no problem. We had to wait about 15 mins for a table so we went to the bar and my boyfriend ordered a drink. It was a Smokey old fashion which he said was great. Once we sat down we ordered the filet mignon, beef Wellington and mac and cheese. Everything was good but not absolutely amazing and was room temperature. I feel this restaurant is more for an experience. The best part about the experience was the dessert. I believe it was the sticky toffee cake. It was delicious and I would go back just for that.

Me and my girlfriend decided to have a nice evening and splurge so we went made reservations to eat at Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen. The first thing we noticed upon arriving was the level of professionalism by the entire staff. Everybody had a certain level of polish to the way they talked and even walked. Upon being sat down, we were greeted by our waiter Desiree. Upon reviewing the menu we ordered the Dinner Prix Fixe, which includes the Pan seared Scallops, the Beef Wellington and the Sticky toffee pudding. We also ordered the Lobster Risotto and the Wagyu meatballs. First off, the Pan seared scallops came out. And my goodness. They were absolutely delicious and phenomenal. They were so tender that they basically melted like butter. The pea puree, the braised bacon, the pickled fennel and the chives all paired perfectly with the scallops. Honestly, almost a week later and I am still thinking about those scallops. Next up, the lobster risotto and wagyu meatballs. To be honest, the lobster risotto didn't stand out to me much. The lobster was extremely chewy. The risotto was great but I would pass over it. The Wagyu meatballs came smothered in cheese and a house made tomato sauce, and polentas. Honestly, as heavy as these were, the meatballs were perfect. They were the perfect consistency and the polenta they came paired with were awesome! The polenta was crispy! So good. Next our main dish came out and we were truly looking forward to it! The beef Wellington. The staple of Gordon Ramsay. And it was....underwhelming. The flavor was good. The cook on mine was perfectly medium rare. But it lacked a certain kick to it. My girlfriends Beef Wellington came fully rare and the puff pastry was also undercooked, but she had finished it before our waitress came back. She offered to get her another one but we declined. Finally, the sticky toffee pudding came out. And WOW! What a phenomenal dessert that just absolutely sent us into a food coma. It was so soft and delicious and not overly sweet that I could've eaten about 10 more. To speak on the restaurant itself, it is located on Biscayne Blvd. it's a very nice interior. Very hip and cool. However some of the decorations are a bit lacking. Overall, this is definitely a place should at least go to once in your life. I would love to go again and form a second opinion! But until next time folks! Enjoy the meal!
Lives up to expectation, awesome dining experience!
Fantastic! Food was amazing, scallops cooked perfectly :) I had the short rib, we shared the English toffee pudding cake for dessert which was the best I've had, my daughter didn't think she would like it but she loved it of course (I knew she would). Service was great, the best meal we had the whole week we were in Miami <3. thank you Gordon Ramsay!
Met expectations
I wanted to try this place to see if it was true or just advertising...and it met expectations, the filet mignon was tender, juicy and had an excellent flavor. It's not cheap but it was what I expected. I liked
Best experience ever!
We had the best time at Hell’s Kitchen! The food was awesome and his signature drink is so good! Our servers Elizabeth and Joseph were so patient with us and explained everything. Definitely recommend this restaurant if you like upscale dining.
From Hell
This renowned chef, who judges young aspiring chefs, would be so disappointed with his restaurant! The service was incredibly slow, and they kept apologizing due to a large group. Although they comped a starter, the dessert took even longer, and they had run out of milk! The food itself was mediocre at best. Overall, it was a major letdown. You're better off dining at Chili's!
Excellent and tasty food!
Very lovely food at a reasonable price in a lovely setting with a great view of the masters at work. My husband and I travelled to Miami from the UK for a holiday and immediately booked Hell’s Kitchen when we saw a new restaurant had opened. We were not disappointed by the experience, top level service from Edin our server, and the food was hot and TASTY! I was dubious about the reviews when coming but I would suggest those who have written bad reviews go and experience the REAL poor service in Europe ;) Thanks for a great end to our holiday HK!
Love the show, food was cold, service was good.
My wife and I ate here for our 8th anniversary. It was a bucket list item of mine. The food was okay. Lobster risotto was cold. Lobster was overcooked. The pan seared scallops were delicious but also cold. The Wellington was delicious but again, cold. The pastry around the beef was soggy. The sticky toffee pudding was AMAZING. That was definitely the highlight of the meal. For $290, I'd say it is not worth it. But I still love Gordon Ramsay and will support the show.
I cannot wait to return!
After reading sooner of the negative reviews we were a little concerned but it was a great experience and we loved it! The staff were wonderful. The food was spectacular. We were four, my wife, two adult daughters, and myself. We chose to share two appetizers, two entrees, and a desert. Tuna tartare and the meatball appetizer were 10 out of 10. Beef Wellington and Chicken Scallopini were great. We all liked the Beef more than the Scallopini, but the best thing was the Sticky Toffee Pudding. We were in London over Christmas and tried the sticky pudding at least five times and this was way better than any we had in London. It was not inexpensive but you can’t expect it to be but I will go again.
