Terrible Customer Service
We arrived without a reservation but were seated at a pub height table. Not our first choice but we understood. After having our water glasses filled we were completely ignored. Servers continuously passed us but we were never acknowledged. After more than 20 minutes we left. We let the hostess know, but all she did was shrug her shoulders and walk by.

Gordon, you need to be aware this restaurant is using your name! No way this could be associated with you. This is Caesars primary restaurant, located in the lobby area. For dinner, firstly the hostess was terrible, extremely slow to seat guests, the waiter was very friendly and helpful with the menu. I had the wings to start and they were good, my wife had the calamari and this was awful, must have been frozen (surely not from Gordon!). The mains were disappointing, definitely not British pub food! I have the steak and ale pie, it was very nice but it is not served with anything (this is not how the British serve a pie!). My wife had the chicken sandwich, this was terrible (we had to ask for salt and pepper to add some flavour). Looked and tasted like something from a cheap take out. Didn’t chance the desert! We went back for breakfast (no other choice apart from a deli in the hotel), hostess was much better and good waiter too. The issue is the food, I had the farmer’s breakfast and my wife had the Salmon bagel, it was all just lacking in flavour, the home fries must have been frozen…… Gordon, you need to sort this or close it (perhaps it’s a candidate for kitchen nightmares!)

We have always wanted to eat at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant and we finally got the opportunity staying at Caesars. When you enter the hotel check in area you cannot miss it, it’s inviting. We were able to get seated on the 2 times we went during our stay with no wait. The service was great. Anything beef related was amazing. Such as the beef Wellington, Wagyu skirt steak and Angus NY Strip. The chicken pot pie was ok but seemed too plain compared to the beef dishes we had so I will try the Shepards pie next time I go. The hot tea they serve is delicious and smooth. We also had calamari and it was perfect. You will leave here wanting to try more because the flavor does hit in all the right ways. Well worth it and after watching Ramsay’s shows on how much he cares about the quality of dishes made, this restaurant proves that. We will be back!
Be the first to ReplyThis place so underwhelming. Our expectations were so high but our experience was far from good.Bad,Bad, Bad
This place so underwhelming. Our expectations were so high but our experience was far from good. We assumed fish & chips from a British themed pub should be good (not even offered malt vinegar). Please don’t order this because it was terrible. Let me say again “TERRIBLE” appetizers were late night dinner like & others in our party had different sandwiches (honey glazed chicken, Rueben & burgers) no one enjoyed their experience. I’ve had better experiences at Applebees, TGI Fridays & Chili’s. Save your money. Extremely overpriced for the quality level of the food. Don’t do it
Be the first to ReplyAt the bar at GR’s Pub & Grill
We were staying at Caesars and wanted to stay close. We’ve eaten here before Covid but it’s been a while. I read the reviews on the price hikes but sadly it is what it is. Well, we sat at the bar. The staff was great, very cheerful and attentive. She suggested a beer that was awesome. We ordered the price fix to split and added the Mac and cheese side. Everything was super. That Mac & Cheese was big enough to split and was as good as we’ve had. From watching all the chefs shows I wanted to sample the Wellington, it did not disappoint. As good as I was hoping BUT the onion soup was like nothing we have had EXQUISITE. All in all a really good experience. We will go back during this stay to get the soup and Mac & Cheese The prices are up there but that has to be expected at a place like this. At the end of the day it was well worth it. Also, we commented about liking the beer and the bartender mentioned happy hour at 4 when the beer is only $5. They prices are
Be the first to ReplyPrice increases are insane. Beware.
We have been here many times because we are locals. But have not been in about 5 months. Husband and I cannot believe the increase in prices on everything. We it the cauliflower appetizer which is $5 more at $17.99. And split the Dubliner which was $23.99 for a corned beef sandwich! Now the kicker when we got the bill. Both of us were drinking grey goose. Husbands on the rocks. Mine with cranberry. They were $21 each. So our bill was $130! It had nothing to do with the bartender I know. But I had to ask. He said prices of drinks are changing every day. Going up and up. He did not understand it either. Says it is cutting into tips because people are getting mad that the drinks are so expensive. Needless to say that will be the last time we will visit there. Plenty of other places we frequent that do not charge over $20 for grey goose.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food & service
Just arrived at Caesar’s. Went to room, unpacked, walked around casino a few minutes. Was hungry so stopped in & sat at the bar. Ordered a Mind the Gap. Sidney put a little less passion fruit in it so it wouldn’t be so sweet. Amazing drink. Ordered the calamari and pork belly from the starters. Just wonderful. Light and flavorable. Sauce with the pork belly made it perfect. Sidney was the perfect host. Attentive, made wonderful suggestions, new all the answers. I definitely will eat there again many times.
Be the first to ReplyWorth the price and wait.
The cheeseburger with French Fries was worth every penny, and the charcoal taste of the burger was perfect. The fries were very good and I could not finish them. Hey, Gordon Ramsay, I will come back to your restaurant, I will have a steak next time. The meat in your burger was fresh and it was the best burger we ever had.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent lunch
OMG, saw the duck poutine advertised (don't remember where I saw it) I had to try it. Waited over an hour before they opened for lunch. The duck was sooo tender and flavorful. The best poutine I've ever had! You will not be disappointed! It's an appetizer but it was huge, a full bowl full! Filled us up. Can't wait to go back!

Absolutely enjoyed GR pub in Caesars! I had the burger and fries while hubby had the salmon and risotto. We shared the PB and J bar which so delicious!! Highly recommend that desert as it was nothing like I expected but oh so worth it!! The pub was nice and cozy and not crowded at all. We didn’t have reservations but walked right in.
Be the first to ReplyGood food - good service
My husband and I were staying at Caesars for the weekend and decided to check out the Gordon Ramsey Pub for breakfast and lunch. The food options were pretty good and the portion sizes were great for the price. The staff was friendly and provided good service. We did have an incident when we came to the restaurant for lunch. When we were seated we noticed that there was something leaking from ceiling. We did not want to sit through lunch and deal with this. At first it seemed like the staff did not want to accommodate our request to move even though the restaurant was not overly crowded. There were plenty of other tables available so I am not sure why they were reluctant to accommodate our request to move. We eventually were moved to a new table and were able to enjoy our lunch.
Be the first to ReplyOverpriced and very disappointing
Had dinner with a couple of friends (avoided the beef Wellington as it was a disappointment in my Las Vegas dinner). Service was very good but the food was very expensive for what you get(and yes, I know it was at Caesars Palace). The duck poutine was salty but good. The burger was disappointingly dry and tasteless, the French dip was odd tasting and the other parts of the dinner order was mediocre at best. This is my third try at a different Gordon Ramsey establishment and will be the last time I try one out. Go if you are starving and flush with cash, otherwise go to the coffee house (IE Starbucks)
Be the first to ReplyBreakfast should be delicious at those prices but not
I ordered blueberry waffles for 20 dollars. You get four tiny small waffles think of Mickey waffles without the ears. They were dry and terrible. If you are going to charge those prices the food should be outstanding. Nothing was great. Friend had the farmers breakfast I think they are frozen potatoes. Nothing was great.
Be the first to ReplyService was really slow
The food tasted good even if it was cold....it was the only place we could find for a decent breakfast for eggs. ($60.00 for 2) I miss the coffee shop.
Be the first to ReplyCustomer service sucks
I visited this place 2 years ago the food was delicious it was great this time service sucked 1st off the waiter gave me coffee and then took the spoon and tossed it on the table instead of placing it on the table then 40 minutes into me sitting there I noticed my food was still not coming out asked the waiter he went in the back and got the food the steak was extremely hard to cut it wasn't medium well as I asked for eggs was hardi asked for the manager.. I will not be visiting this place until they get there stuff together And then gonna hand me a bill worth $37🤦🏾 ♀️😡 Give me a break coffee is not $37 no I did not eat that food
Be the first to ReplyPay for a name.
Well, 1st of all, you pay for the name. It's ala-cart ,our waiter was awesome. Let's get that out he was very accommodating. The food was good, but not enough for me to say exception. One of my employees had a steak 1st time it came was rare he asked for it to be medium well it came a 2nd time it was still very rare ,the waiter took the meal off the tab,my 2nd employee had the beef wellington he said it was very good me for the price and portion I was very disappointed,I had the half chicken it had good flavor again for the price it should of over whelmed me .My opinion we just paid for the name ,not for an exceptional meal.

Be the first to ReplyShockingly BAD
Stayed 2 days, saw Gordon's name and made a reservation. Always a fan. Expectations were high. I was looking fwd to a tasty meal. Nothing was further from the truth. Service was really bad. Our female server was arrogant and not once did she do a check back until the end. Wings app. Molasses, brown ale. Point Rae blue cheese. Apple and scallion. So bland. No apple and the flavors did NOT work. I pushed them aside was going to send them back when my boss sat down and served himself He said, "these are bland". We tried the Callamari. Large rings, NO tentacles, they had a bitter chemical flavor. We left them. Busser cleared it. I had the prime rib burger. Boss had chicken sandwich. My burger was a frozen patty with no sear. Cold bun, not toasted. Nothing on it. Boss said his chicken was not good. $37 for the worst burger I have eve had. I'm guessing Chef Ramsey has never visited this place. Shame. Avoid this place.
Be the first to ReplyOnly place worth the money @ Ceasars
Very good breakfast place--ok fornch Same menu-has not changed since the place was opened-getting boring to eat there
Be the first to ReplyGood for What is is
Ok place to eat if you are in the hotel. Don't go out of your way to eat here. If you are staying at Ceasars it is the ONLY option for breakfast or Lunch other than the Fast Food Take out (no seating available). The menu is VERY limited as to choices. Chef Ramsey, we know you can do better.

Great food. Loved the chicken sandwich and the scalloped potatoes. Iced teas and hot teas were really good. Atmosphere was nice and staff was very attentive.
