Gordon Ramsay Burger Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
Best Burgers in Vegas
The BEST Burgers! It is now a must visit dinner place whenever I go to Vegas. I have no idea how they make them, but every single burger I have tried is chef's kiss. Definitely have them with the sweet potato fries.
Gordon would be ashamed
$28 for a hot dog that was soaked in grease and the worst quality I’ve ever had. Burgers were apparently ok but overpriced at nearly $50 for the flagship house special. Returning food in a restaurant with Gordon’s name to it isn’t good, pretty sure he’d be fuming! Total contrast to the excellent food in Hell’s Kitchen Dubai, which was not only fantastic value but totally lived up to his reputation.
We finally made it here on the last day of the trip.
Got a table in a few minutes without any reservations. The burgers were good, but mine was kind of cold and the meat didn't seem to be seasoned. The fries on the other hand were amazing. The sweet potato fries actually had powdered sugar on them, which I guess works for sweet potato fries. The parmesan truffle fries were also a worthy upgrade.
We've been here many times.
Food and drinks always taste as expected. Great service again! Recommended!
I'm giving the staff 5 stars.
The food was beautiful and the ingredients looked amazing and fresh. But there was so much seasoning and salt on the food, I literally pulled the meat out of the burger and ate only that. Left everything else including fries. obviously chef was not in the kitchen today.

If you find yourself in Vegas, you need to go to Gordon Ramsay Burger restaurant in Planet Hollywood! Do not skip your chance to eat here it's honestly amazing! PS:GET TRUFFLE FRIES The service as incredible and the ambiance is so fun!
Burgers were really good but my fav was truffle fries.
Service was a little slow but def recommend.
Below average burger with an above average price.
It was so much better a couple years ago. Won't go back.
Perfection
We have eaten here several times over the last few years and every single time it is perfect. The service is always top notch and I must say these burgers are some of the best I’ve ever had. In addition, some of the other menu items are also marvelous such as the chicken wings, the idiot sandwich, and the fish and crisps sandwich. The milkshakes are outstanding…. And we love the housemade ketchup that is served with the fries. We both really enjoy places like this that pay attention to the little details- the menu is not fancy but everything is just done so well. There is usually a line out the door to get in so reservations are strongly encouraged. Five stars and highly recommended.
Food was good, burger was delicious and juicy.
Service hmmmm, maybe they were a little busy... who knows.
Service was polite and attentive to water refills, but food
Service was polite and attentive to water refills, but food was very slow to come out and had slight errors upon also being of varying temperatures (often happens due to waiting for entire table to be ready... no big deal.) The burgers are large and were all "okay" to good. I could not finish mine and could have easily shared with someone else. They are beyond THICK to the point you cant get your mouth around it, and it becomes a mess to eat. The fries are a problem though. They just tasted "off" making us wonder how old the oil was or something. They really are no better than your typical freezer bag french fry. Within an hour, it's sad to say that 3 out of 4 people in our party needed a bathroom! Not exactly the experience you care to encounter in Vegas while walking the strip. So, whether it was the fries, bad meat, dirty grill? Not sure... but tummies paid for it! Will not be going back unfortunately; especially after reading other reviews from within the past several weeks of many other customers experiencing the same stomach issues! This seems to be a common problem as of recently and should really be given some focus.

To begin the service was exceptional and the food was fast hot and so delicious! Really appreciated Joey and his sweet remembrance of my birthday!
Indulge yourself at Gordon Ramsey's Burger, Despite the
Indulge yourself at Gordon Ramsey's Burger, Despite the occasional wait, the impeccable service and delectable food offerings make it a worthwhile experience. With an annual tradition of dining here, I have consistently savored exceptional meals that never fail to impress. During my recent visit, the Hell's Kitchen burger stole the show with its fiery roasted jalapeños, earning its place as a standout on the menu. The Farmhouse burger, smacked with Dubliner cheese, bacon, and a perfectly fried egg cascading with rich yolk, delivered a burst of flavors that delighted the senses. While the fries were satisfactory as a side dish, they did not overshadow the main attractions. A must-try at Ramsey Burger is their classic yet irresistibly tasty shakes, topped with a luxurious scoop of frozen custard for an extra touch of indulgence. The combination of flavors and textures in each sip is a true delight for the taste buds.
A Hearty Flame-Grilled Experience at Gordon Ramsay Burger, Las Vegas
In the heart of Las Vegas, where the bright lights of casinos blend with the hustle of shoppers, Gordon Ramsay Burger stands out not just for its celebrity chef’s name but for its distinctive cooking method and vibrant setting. My recent visit to this culinary hotspot at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino offered a memorable dining experience defined by bold flavors and a lively atmosphere. After an hour of strolling along the Strip, the pangs of hunger made my decision simple. Despite its popularity, Gordon Ramsay Burger had no daunting line, a rare sight for a place of its reputation. My friend and I managed to get seated after a 20-minute wait, which, given the venue’s buzzing environment, was reasonable. The service was a tad slow—10 minutes to be greeted by our server and another 30 for our meals to arrive—but the delay was a blessing in disguise, giving us ample time to reconnect over personal tales and laughter. The ambiance, highlighted by a striking 30-foot fire feature, kept our spirits high with its dynamic energy and stylish décor. I opted for "The Idiot Sandwich," a cheeky nod perhaps to the chef’s television persona. This was no ordinary sandwich. Packed with luxuriously braised short rib, melting cheddar, confit mushrooms, and a spiced tomato chutney, each bite delivered a rich blend of flavors enhanced by the smoky essence of hardwood flames—the signature of Gordon Ramsay Burger. The complexity of tastes was impressive, making every mouthful a discovery of seasoned craftsmanship. The cost, over $130 for two including a burger, the Idiot Sandwich, a cocktail, and a beer, reflects the premium one expects in such a famed Las Vegas establishment. It’s steep, but not unexpected in a city that prides itself on luxury and indulgence. Overall, the meal at Gordon Ramsay Burger was a delightful treat. Despite the wait times, the quality of food and the vibrant setting provided a fulfilling experience. It’s a place where the energy of Las Vegas meets the culinary excellence of Gordon Ramsay, making it a must-visit for those seeking a taste of the Strip’s fiery flair.
Burgers to try in Las Vegas
We had lunch choosing two typical burgers. Truly top quality ingredients. From the meat to the vegetables of the filling all very good. Absolutely worth trying
Low quality at a high price
We tried a salad with chicken, it wasn't bad at all although it was small in quantity and quite expensive. We also ordered the fish and chips burger, quite sad, we didn't like it at all, it came with fries that weren't worth it either. Very high prices and quite low quality. The normal service. I imagine the prices are commensurate with where you are and I would be happy to pay that price if the quality of the food was adequate.
Terrible experience at Gordon Ramsey burger Las Vegas
Don’t go there, terrible place, terrible service. Meat was cold. No one told us about 40mins wait time. We went there on Thursday 7th of March and ordered at 17:35. At 18:10 when I asked our waitress to check on our burgers, she told us about 40 mins wait time and also she was going to check. She didn’t tell us about wait time when we placed order and she never came back. Burgers arrived at 18:25, meat cold, no apology from waitress. We had to eat very very quickly because we went to see “O” by Cirque du Soleil in Bellagio. Luckily Bellagio was across the street. If I could use Gordon Ramsey’s language it would be very appropriate in this review.
Delicious onion soup
Pleasant location and service, quality dishes, perfect for a quick lunch. A beautiful card with great suggestions.
Skip It and Go to Whataburger or Wendys - You will get a better burger at a better price!
After all of the hype about the quality and variety of burgers on the menu, we were really excited to try Gordon Ramsay' Burger in Planet Hollywood. We made a reservation for 6:00 p.m. which was a must because the line to get in wrapped around the corner. We arrived about 5 minutes early. The young hostess checked us in and had us wait off to the side (she seemed to be bothered that we were early). After about 8 minutes or so, we were escorted to our table beside the giant flaming wall that anchors the exterior of the restaurant. Before we even sat down, you could feel the heat coming off of the wall, so we requested to sit elsewhere. The girl seemed very put out and escorted us to the bar in front of the cook line. There were 4 empty seats with 2 at the end that would not leave us cramped between 2 other couples. She said the 2 at the end had no server assigned. We asked if there was another table available (there were SEVERAL) and she basically said take it or leave it and walked off. We decided to stay since one of the couples was finishing up. We waited on our server for about 10-12 minutes and ordered drinks. It was SO loud in the restaurant, we could barely hear her and each other throughout the course of the evening. While we did enjoy watching the line work, we noticed several "un-Gordon Ramsay" things happening. For example, he constantly harps on his shows about using fresh cut potatoes for fries. Every fry we observed came right from a brown paper freezer bag. While the burgers were supposed to be cooked to order, there was one station dedicated to buns that became a parking lot with them stacked everywhere on the grill, so you know they were not fresh when they made it to the burger. We noticed several items placed under a not plate in front of the chef that either came out too early or were part of an incomplete order. One of the "chefs" (she was wearing a white jacket, had very long acrylic nails, and long black hair not put up or in a net) was filling the ketchup and mayo ramekins while scratching the side of her ear and head the entire time (very unsanitary). When we finally ordered, it took well over 30 minutes to get our dinner. I ordered the Euro Burger (MR) and my husband ordered the Backyard Burger (M). We both ordered fries - I got truffle parm and he got just fries. When our dinner finally arrived, it was very cold. The quality of the meat was underwhelming and the patties were not plump and juicy at all. The goat cheese on the Euro burger was cold and just slapped on as an afterthought. It did not cover the entire burger. The Backyard burger was dry (lots of ketchup intervention) and slightly over M. The fries were not crispy and had clearly been sitting for a while. We didn't bother complaining or sending anything back because we would have been there easily another hour (burgers were stacking up on the line). Overall, it was a highly disappointing experience. The burgers are WAY overpriced for the lack of quality. For such a limited menu, one would think the quality would be exceptional. It wasn't. Skip it and go to Whataburger or Wendy's. If you want a good in-dining experience, we suggest the Yard House at the Linq, which has actual quality burgers, better service, and a more extended menu.

I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a delicious and somewhat affordable meal in Vegas. We got the truffle burger and the 24 hour burger. We cut them in half and shared them amongst each other. They were so delicious that they had my mouth watering! I'm in love with this place and will definitely be back! The service is fast and attentive. The ambiance is a typical burger restaurant, but noisy since it is located in the mall of the Planet Hollywood.
Fun and good menu
Great range on the menu, my husband didn’t think his wagyu burger was worth the price. Very loud place to eat but I enjoyed my burger.
Great tasty food.
Noisy ambiance, smoke smelling, long wait for food, very loud, not the experience I was expecting from a restaurant with Gordon's name. Our server wasn't the best, not details oriented, just felt like a number $$. Doggie bag is red and stained hands by the time we were back at the room (20 minutes). If Ryan Trahan is reading this please take note. My 8 year old son is still your biggest fan.

Food was fantastic, ambiance was great, but service was lacking a bit. We were in town with the kids and were disappointed with grilled cheese being the only option for them, so had to pay $26 for a regular meal for my 8 year old.
*TIP* Reserve on Open Table.
I was able to reserve 15 mins before arriving and was seated as soon as I got there. I enjoyed dining at Gordon Ramsay Burger. The menu is large though and there are bound to be some disappointments. FOOD Hells Kitchen Burger - I liked everything about this burger. All of the ingredients were great and they all meshed well. Truffle Fries - these were ok. I don't think they are good enough to justify the upcharge. I'd just stick with normal fries. Soda - my first cup turned out to be flat. This was a simple fix though as staff are easy to flag down. SERVICE Service is good here. If you run into any issues, they will fix it for you without any worries.
Is this a joke? Easily one of the WORST run restaurants
Is this a joke? Easily one of the WORST run restaurants I've ever patronized. There is a massive line to eat while there are about 1/3 of the tables clearly unoccupied. The excuse was that they didn't have a server for them. You are in VEGAS. Are you telling me you can't manage a staff of servers for a place that charges $30 for a burger? When we finally sat down, they told us it would be about 40 mins for a burger and suggested we order an appetizer because they come out faster. LOL. Dear Gordon - I suggest you visit your own restaurant and apply your ridiculous claims of knowing how to manage one. This makes you look ridiculous.
Hubby and I ate here and had no idea what we were in for!
Hubby and I ate here and had no idea what we were in for! We were completely blown away with not only the food, but also the service! This burger was everything!! In fact, the absolute best burger I've had in my entire life! If you have never been, then, you absolutely must go when you are in Vegas! You will not regret it. A little pricey, but totally worth it!
Within 10 minutes we had water and placed our drink order.
Another 10 minutes and no drinks. Server came by as we were going to walk out and after that was fairly attentive. In her defense she appeared to have at least 5-6 tables. The restaurant is very busy. I had the Beef Wellington Lunch Course and it was delicious. French Onion Soup and Toffee Pudding was really good. My husband had a big burger and truffle fries. We shared everything and it was plenty of food. The ambiance was perfect for the food.
Tourist trap
When paying over $100 for 3 burgers, I expected a higher level of service. What I got was a snooty hostess, waiter who never checked in on us after we ordered, and food that took over 30 minutes to arrive including an order of onion rings that showed up as we were finishing our meals. Overall, this place qualifies as a genuine tourist trap.
Honestly, I think this place is way overhyped.
Everything is pretty good and you're not going to have a bad meal here but it all tastes so standard. Gordon Ramsay's name is the highlight of this restaurant rather than the food itself. If it was a bit cheaper, that would probably raise my rating. But it just seems too expensive for what you're actually getting.
Waited about 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order.
It took an hour for our food to be served after we ordered. Burgers were not cooked correctly. I would not return

Was in town for a rugby league game and struggled to find a place with seating available for a late breakfast/early lunch. Finally decided on this burger place, even though it was 11 am and a little early for a burger. The burgers were pretty tasty! They came out quickly, as well, which was nice since we were all pretty hungry. The staff was attentive, too, which is always a plus. One thing I will say is that the water tasted pretty off - I don't know if they needed to change the filters or something, but it was not good (and I'm not a picky water drinker). I settled on just drinking coffee, instead, and that did the trick.
Honestly one of the most disappointing experiences I've had
Honestly one of the most disappointing experiences I've had in a very long time. Expected a lot more from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. Decided to splurge a little and went for the Wagyu burger, which was close to $50. Keep in mind that the only toppings you get are some onion pieces, the patty and a piece of cheese. The burger was severely under seasoned, the bun was completely soggy by the time it arrived to my table. Only thing that was great was the Parmesan truffle fries, was nice and fragrant. The overall environment felt like I was at a burger joint, maybe that was what they were going for. The server was nice, spoke to the manager about my experience. Two of us both ordered the wagyu burger, I ate less than half of mine and he ate barely any of his, but they ended up comping one of them. Was a pretty disappointing experience, most likely wouldn't come here again.
Solid every visit, it's a must each time I'm in town.
I've always been able to walk up with minimal wait time.
Make a reservation
This is a loud, popular spot for lunch and I recommend making a reservation, although the line seemed to move pretty quickly. Burgers are obviously the specialty and are expensive, but it is Vegas. The burger wasn't as hot or thick as I would have liked but tasty none the less. I had the Stout Burger which had Guinness mustard, gruyere cheese, crispy onions and mushrooms. There are also salads and even hot dogs. The sides of fries are large enough for sharing.
Have had better Burgers
I expected a better experience after waiting in line for over 30 minutes. Service was a bit slow. Burgers were good but not extraordinary to be worth the prices.
Try this place
I am a big fan of Gordon Ramsay but I have to give a honest review. I made a reservation to eat at the Hollywood burger bar, when we got there and got seated they advised us it would be a 45 minute wait… but disappointed as I had a reservation. When the food came out our jalapeño chicken poppers was cold inside, I had to go and find a server to put this right. The service was excellent, they were so busy. The burger didn’t disappoint, the dips was excellent,
Love Gordon
I have to say before I start writing this review that I AM A BIG Gordon Ramsay fan. That said a honest review is what I am giving….. I made a reservation but still had a wait of 45 minutes, I think if I had of been advised about his on arrival I don’t think I would have waited, after all this is why I made a reservation. When the food came the jalapeños chicken poppers was cold inside. I had to get up and find a server to get this sorted. To be fair to the server she was excellent, sorted out no problem. The people that came in after us got served a whole lot quicker. The hell burger was delicious, the servers doing a brilliant job considering their work load.
Prices are outrageous!
I take visitors to Las Vegas to Burger all the time. It was a few months since last time I visited and the menu changed a bit - they added fries to their burger (rather than a la carte). The fries were not the same, tasted like average frozen fries. The burger was good as always, but our bill came out to $100 for my sister and me - and we shared a burger! My sister drank water, so just one drink, one burger, onion rings & corn dip for $100. How can people afford these prices? I was so upset it ruined the whole experience.
Excellent Place
Food was great. Service was even better. This was a great location but gets busy in the evening. Also, the burgers were all good we tried.
Best burger I ever had. Typical Ramsay restaurant. Make sure to book as waiting line long. Staff very helpful. A must visit pla
The food was superb. Onion rings for starters were superb. Food reasonable prices however wine at $18 too expensive...
Great food and atmosphere
Ordered Bangers and Mash and wife had Lobster rolls. Daughter lived the Shepherd Pie! She said it was the brst shrs ever had. Great atmosphere, very good food, quick service, and good variety of food choices. Would definitely go back.
Perfect and the best in the world
The best burger I've ever eaten, delicious! You can wait in line to try this burger. The service is very good. You will never forget this meal.

Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid? |
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted. |
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from? |
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
How to list a Nobu Malibu reservation
Hi, I have a reservation to Nobu Malibu, but since they don't do text or e-mail confirmations I haven't been able to get my reservation posted. I have posted a screen shot of the phone conversation on the listing, but it keeps getting rejected. If anyone has an idea how I can get it approved that would be much appreciated, thanks!
