Mixed feelings
I’d dinner on my own in Frantzen, the only restaurant with 3 Michelin stars in Sweden, on 6 March 2024. The tables for the upcoming month are only open for online reservation on the first day of each month at 10:00 local time. I got online on 1 February 2024 at 17:00 sharp Hong Kong time and was lucky enough to score a seat. Both the place and the ambience were nice although some people may find it noisy in the dining area. All the staff were very professional and friendly and certainly took pride in what they did. I wasn’t really impressed by the food. There’s no question about the freshness and quality of the ingredients. However, I just tried to recall what I’d eaten and only 2 dishes (langoustine and truffle French toast) came to my mind instantly. A couple of dishes, chawanmushi in particular, were too salty for my taste. During my 1-week trip to Stockholm, I had dinner in some other 1 or 2 Michelin starred restaurants (Operakallaren, Adam/Albin, Ekstedt and AIRA). The price of the tasting menu of Frantzen was more or less 2 times the price of the tasting menu of Adam/Albin and Ekstedt. Sadly, the food in Frantzen wasn’t so much better than or as delicious as what I had in the latter. With the tasting menu, grand vin pairing, a glass of champagne and an expresso, the bill was 8,260 SEK (about 730 euros). It’s certainly the most expensive meal I’ve ever paid for so far. I don’t regret going to Frantzen. After all, it’d been on my must go restaurant list for some time. It’s quite an experience and maybe an once in a lifetime experience. It wasn’t a bad meal at all. Just that I expected more considering what I’d read about the restaurant and the high price of the meal.
Best restaurant in the world?
This is the best restaurant I’ve been to. In my humble opinion, far better than Noma and Geranium. It has the tastes that I love, taken to a level I’ve never experienced. It is a very friendly place, where everyone feels welcome. You eat at a bar where you have full view of the cooking area, which is an experience on its own. I appreciated that Christopher explained the process behind their take on “råraka”, and then we got to see it live during the prep kitchen visit. Everything about this experience is top notch. There is a reason for why this restaurant by many is considered to be one of the best in the world.

Outstanding!!!! Loved every minute, didn’t want the experience to end, and that’s what it is an experience. I’m so thankful I’ve had the chance to eat here. The food is unreal it’s fascinating as well as delicious. The staff are so friendly & unpretentious you are made to feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Loved the music getting louder the higher up in the lift you get. Super super service, super super food. Divine!
Still need progress
Well, maybe it’s a curse resting on your shoulders on the top of the world, but we did not have the experience we have had at similar visits before - there were some details missing here, both in knowledge and service.

What an extraterrestrial experience, wow! The french toast with truffle is also back 😋, everything tastes so delicious 🤤 ! The service by the Frantzén-Team is as usual outstanding, the atmosphere is cozy-relaxed and although high-end! All in all it was another magical experience, congratulations to the whole Frantzén-team!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Yes unfortunately they are finding more and more ways to lock up sellers money. Sell thru rate, refund rate, limiting withdrawal amounts ler day and per month (which for me are the same number which makes no sense). Lot of sellers leaving as you can see from the lifetime sales not really increasing. Most posts on here are frustrated sellers which is not a recipe for success
