Fresh and tasty
Tasty and fresh vegetarian options, fast service and warm welcome. It wasn’t very busy but it’s new but definitely worth a try. Would go back to try other food options.

A group of 10 of us went for my birthday having never eaten Vietnamese food before. We had a great time. Wonderful service and great food. The lovely owner made sure we were happy as she had cooked all the food that night. The pork & prawn spring rolls were delicious, as was the steamed sea bass. Next time it will be the sizzling beef as that looked soooo nice! To top it all, when they knew it was my birthday, they presented me with 2 bottles of Prosecco - such a lovely unexpected surprise. This is a lovely family restaurant with caring staff. Can’t wait to go back!

We were a family looking for a nice restaurant en route home from a weekend getaway. Relied upon reviews, that are - let's face it - sometimes quite unreliable. However, in this case the excellent reviews were on the mark. This was a lovely experience all round: Our waiter was both knowledge, patient & very attentive in all aspects The food was exceptional: big flavours, perfect cooking & generous portions. You could tell that the consumer experience didn't just matter, it was WHAT mattered. The owner came across to speak to us & it was very apparent that this business was delivered from the heart. Thank you

Went for an early evening meal with my wife and kids. The service was attentive and the owner came over to say hello and my kids were offered a treat from a sweet box when we left, small personal touches. The food was fantastic, fresh and full of flavour. I would highly recommend this restaurant for on many levels.

Really tasty, generous portions, all freshly prepared. The crispy sea bass and the sizzling beef were wonderful. Staff and the owner were warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend going and I will be returning!
Be the first to ReplyA little disappointing
I truly love Vietnamese food, and have suffered from a lack of it in my area until recently, so I was very excited to see this place in passing on a recent trip into Stratford and made a mental note to check it out. Possibly I set my own expectations too high. Plus points: the staff were friendly, the restaurant is spacious (and disabled-friendly), and about half of the food is absolutely to die for (the salt and pepper squid starter was magnificent, and my son loved the spicy tamarind ribs). Unfortunately, I mostly picked the other half; the beef pho was bland and tasteless to the point where I had to add a small bowlful of fish sauce just to get some flavour into it, and the fried ice cream was 50% made of some odd doughy cake substance... both were utterly unlike any other version of these dishes that I've had in many, many other Vietnamese restaurants in the past. The final indignity was the price; this place is not cheap, and whilst that would be ok if all the dishes were of the same quality as the best dishes, it didn't feel ok when much of the meal was disappointing. Expect to pay around £40 per person for three courses and drinks; be aware that a 10% service charge is also added automatically. I wouldn't say don't go; you might luck out and choose better dishes than we did.

Absolutely beautiful Vietnamese food in a lovely and welcoming restaurant. The service was quick and very friendly, and we were made to feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We both ordered the Special Pho, which was absolutely delicious, and the portions are very generous. A really lovely atmosphere in the restaurant as well - it was a pleasure to eat here.

The food was incredibly delicious and full of flavour. The portions are huge and worth every penny. The service was great, we were attended to by a lovely waiter and our food came very quickly. There is such a lovely atmosphere in this restaurant. 10/10 on every level!

We have never eaten Vietnamese food before, but thought we would give it a go. Lovely bright restaurant very near to hilton hotel where we were staying. We were shown to our table and given the menu, we ordered summer rolls with prawn and fried spring rolls with chicken, we didn't much much care for the summer rolls which were cold and the rice paper was thick and rubbery, the fried rolls were nice. We ordered mixed Pho as a main our nephew has been working in Vietnam for the last 4 years and said we would love it, a flavoursome beef broth with chicken beef and prawns, with noodles, what came up was a thin watery bland so called broth flavourless brisket and chicken, my husband left most of his, and I left about a quarter. Shame because it's a family run business with all their children sitting at the back of the restaurant even an eight month old baby.
